क्रमांक एफ ए 3-02 / 2017 / 1 / पांच (42 ) मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (क्रमांक 19 सन् 2017 ) की धारा 4 सहपठित मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017 के नियम 109क और इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ ए- 3-19-2017-1 - पांच (28) , भोपाल दिनांक 24 जून, 2017 एवं एफ ए- 3-21-2017-1 - पांच (30) , भोपाल , दिनांक 24 जून, 2017 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए तथा इस विभाग की पूर्व जारी अधिसूचनाओं को अधिष्ठित करते हुए राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा , सारणी के कॉलम (2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को कॉलम (3 ) में उल्लिखित उनके पदनाम के साथ कॉलम (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र (क्षेत्रीय अधिकारिता ) के लिए मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम , 2017 की धारा 107 के अंतर्गत अपीलों की सुनवाई के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है । सारणी के कॉलम (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों द्वारा मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियम , 2017 के नियम 109 क के उपनियम (1 ) के खण्ड (ख ) में उल्लिखित अपीलीय प्राधिकारी की समस्त शक्तियों एवं प्रदत्त या अधिरोपित समस्त कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करेंगे , अर्थात,-

No. F A 3-02 / 2017/ 1 /V( 42 ) : In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Service Tax Act , 2017 (No.19 of 2017 ) read with Rule 109A of Madhya Pradesh Goods and Service Tax Rules , 2017 and Notification No. F - A- 3-19-2017-1 -V(28 ) , Bhopal , dated 24 June , 2017 and No. FA- 3-21-2017-1 - V ( 30 ) , Bhopal , dated 24 june , 2017 of this department and in supersession of this department's prior notifications , the State Government , hereby, authorises the officers mentioned in column (2 ) of the table below with their designation mentioned in column (3 ) thereof as Appellate Authority for the area (territorial Jurisdiction) specified in column (4) under section 107 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Service Tax Act , 2017 to hear appeals .
