क्र. F. No. 1-4-2-0001-2023- Sec- 2- पन्द्रह (COP) .- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल , एतद्वारा, मध्यप्रदेश राज्य सहकारी ( राजपत्रित ) सेवा भर्ती तथा सेवा की शर्तें नियम , 2022 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं , अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्तनियमों में,-
1. नियम 2 में, खण्ड (ग ) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित खण्ड अन्तः स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-
" (ग - क) " समिति" से अभिप्रेत है विभागीय चयन समिति; " ;
2. नियम 13 में,-
(1) उप- नियम ( 1 ) में, शब्द " चयन समिति " के स्थान पर शब्द " विभागीय चयन समिति" स्थापित किए जाएं.
(2) उप- नियम ( 1 ) में, स्पष्टीकरण में, शब्द " विभागीय समिति " के स्थान पर शब्द " विभागीय चयन समिति" स्थापित किए जाएं.

3. नियम 14 में,-
(1) उप-नियम ( 2 ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप- नियम स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-
" (2 ) अनुसूची- चार ( क) के कॉलम ( 5 ) के अनुसार शासन स्तर पर गठित समिति द्वारा केवल ऐसे अधिकारियों को ही, जो कनिष्ठ वेतनमान, वरिष्ठ वेतनमान, चयन वेतनमान, वरिष्ठ चयन वेतनमान का लाभ ले रहे हैं, समकक्ष पदनाम दिया जाएगा. ".
(2) उप- नियम ( 6 ) में, शब्द " विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति " के स्थान पर, शब्द " समिति " स्थापित किया जाए.
(3) उप-नियम (7) में, -
एक) शब्द " विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति " के स्थान पर, शब्द " समिति " स्थापित किया जाए.
(
खण्ड (ङ) में, शब्द " विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति " के स्थान पर, शब्द " समिति " स्थापित किया जाए.
(दो)
तीन) खण्ड (च ) में, शब्द " विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति " के स्थान पर, शब्द " समिति " स्थापित किया जाए.
(
चार ) खण्ड ( छ ) में, शब्द " विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति " के स्थान पर, शब्द " समिति " स्थापित किया जाए.
(
(पांच) खण्ड (ज) में, शब्द " विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति " के स्थान पर, शब्द " समिति " स्थापित किया जाए.
4.
नियम 17 में, उप- नियम ( 1 ) में, शब्द " समिति " के स्थान पर शब्द " विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति " स्थापित किया जाएं.
5.
नियम 18 में, उप- नियम ( तीन ) में , शब्द " समिति " के स्थान पर शब्द " विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति" स्थापित किया जाएं.
6.
अनुसूची-चार में, -
(1) कोष्ठक, शब्द तथा अंक " ( नियम 13 देखिए ) " के स्थान पर, कोष्ठक, शब्द तथा अंक " (नियम 15 देखिए) " स्थापित किए जाएं.
(2) कालम ( 5 ) में, शब्द " विभागीय समिति " के स्थान पर, शब्द " विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति " स्थापित किया जाएं.
टिप्पणी.-नियमों में किए गए उपरोक्त संशोधन 8 दिसम्बर 2022 से प्रवृत्त हुए समझे जाएंगे .
F. No. 1-4-2-0001-2023 - Sec- 2 -XV(COP) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Madhya Pradesh, hereby, makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh State Co- operative (Gazette ) Service Recruitment and Conditions of Service Rules , 2022 , namely:-
AMENDMENTS
In the said rules ,-
1.
In rule 2, after clause ( c ) , the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
"(c- a) "committee " means the Departmental Selection Committee; " ;

2. In rule 13 ,-
(1) in sub -rule ( 1 ) , for the words "Departmental Promotion Committee " , the words " Departmental Selection Committee " shall be substituted.
(2) in sub - rule ( 1 ) , in the explanation , for the words "Departmental Promotion Committee", the words "Departmental Selection Committee " shall be substituted .
(3) in sub -rule (3) , for the words "Departmental Promotion Committee " , the words " Departmental Selection Committee " shall be substituted .
3. In rule 14,-
(1) for sub -rule (2) , the following sub - rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) Only officers getting advantage of junior pay scale , senior pay scale , selection pay scale and senior selection pay scale shall be given designation equivalent to their pay scale by the committee constituted at the Government level as per column (5) of Schedule - IV ( a) . " .
(2) in sub - rule (6) , for the words "Departmental Promotion Committee " , the words "Committee " shall be substituted.
(3) in sub -rule ( 7) ,—
(i) for the words "Departmental Promotion Committee " , the word " Committee " shall be substituted .
(ii) for clause (e) , for the words "Departmental Promotion Committee " , the word "Committee " shall be substituted .
(iii) in clause (f) , for the words "Departmental Promotion Committee " , the word "Committee " shall be substituted .
(iv) in clause (g) , for the words "Departmental Promotion Committee " , the word "Committee " shall be substituted.
(v) in clause (h) , in for the words "Departmental Promotion Committee " , the word "Committee " shall be substituted.
4. in rule 17( 1 ) in sub -rule ( 1 ) , for the words " Committee" , the words "Departmental Promotion Committee " shall be substituted .
5. In Schedule- IV, for the brackets , words and figures " ( see rule 13 ) " , the brackets , words and figures " ( see rule 15) " shall be substituted .
6. in Schedule- IV ( a) , in column (5) for the words "Departmental Promotion Committee " the words 'Departmental Selection Committee " shall be substituted.
Note. The above amendments made in the rules shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 8th December, 2022 .
