क्र. एफ 1 ( बी) 204-2012- बी-4- दो. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल एतद्वारा , मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस कार्यपालिक ( राजपत्रित ) सेवा भर्ती तथा पदोन्नति नियम -2000 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों में-
नियम-23 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित नियम अन्तः स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-
" 23 क. राज्य पुलिस सेवा के वरिष्ठ प्रवर श्रेणी वेतनमान से अधिसमय वेतनमान में नियुक्ति के लिये पात्रता की शर्तें : -
(1) राज्य पुलिस सेवा के वरिष्ठ प्रवर श्रेणी वेतनमान में कार्यरत् केवल ऐसे अधिकारी सेवा के अधिसमय वेतनमान में नियुक्ति के लिये विचार किये जाने के पात्र होंगे, जिन्होंने उस वर्ष की पहली जनवरी को, जिसमें कि चयन किया जाना है, वरिष्ठ प्रवर श्रेणी में कुल 6 वर्षों की सेवा पूर्ण कर ली हो.
(2) वरिष्ठ प्रवर श्रेणी वेतनमान में कार्यरत् अधिकारियों में से सेवा के अधिसमय वेतनमान में नियुक्ति हेतु चयन, अनुसूची- चार में यथा उल्लिखित वरिष्ठ प्रवर श्रेणी के लिए गठित समिति द्वारा किया जायेगा.
(3) चयन, सभी प्रकार से उपयुक्तता के अध्यधीन रहते हुये , " योग्यता- सह-ज्येष्ठता " ( मेरिट- कम- सीनियॉरिटी ) के आधार पर किया जाएगा. " .

In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Madhya Pradesh , hereby, makes the following further amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Police Executive (Gazetted ) Services recruitment and promotion rules , 2000 , namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules
After rule 23 , the following rule shall be inserted, namely :-
"23 ( A. ) . Conditions of eligibility for appointment from Senior Selection Grade Scale to Super Time Scale of State Police Service
(1) Only such officers working in the Senior Selection Grade Scale of the State Police Service shall be eligible for consideration for appointment in the Super Time Scale of the Service, who have completed a total of 6 years of service in the Senior Selection Grade on the first day of January of the year in which the selection is to be made .
(2) Selection for appointment in the Super Time Scale of Service , from amongst the officers working in the Senior Selection Grade Scale , shall be made by a Committee constituted for Senior Selection Grade , as mentioned in Schedule IV.
(3) Selection shall be made on the basis of merit - cum - seniority, subject to fitness in all respects . "
