क्र 15 - विधि निर्वा.- चार म.प्र.-वि. स.- 2023- यतः , भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 172 के खण्ड ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसार मध्य प्रदेश राज्य की विद्यमान विधान सभा, यदि पहले ही विघटित नहीं कर दी जाती है तो , दिनांक 06 जनवरी , 2024 को सम्मिलित करते हुए इस तारीख तक बनी रहेगी और उसके पश्चात् उसकी अवधिके अवसान पर विघटित मानी जाएगी; और
यतः , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 15 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के उपबंधों केअनुसार, राज्य की नई विधान सभा के गठन के प्रयोजन के लिए साधारण निर्वाचन कराया जाना है;
अतः , अब, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 15 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के अनुसरण में , जैसा कि भारत निर्वाचन आयोग ने सिफारिश की है, मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के राज्यपाल, राज्य के प्रत्येक विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से यह अपेक्षा करते हैं कि वे उक्त अधिनियम और तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों और किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार, मध्य प्रदेश राज्य की विधानसभा के लिए सदस्य निर्वाचित करें ।

क्र 15-विधि निर्वा. चार म.प्र.वि.स. - 2023- WHEREAS , in accordance with the provisions of clause ( 1 ) of Article 172 of the Constitution of India , the existing Legislative Assembly of the State of Madhya Pradesh , unless sooner dissolved , shall continue up to and including the 06th January, 2024 and shall , thereafter , stand dissolved on the expiration of its duration ; and
WHEREAS , in terms of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 15 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , a General Election has to be held for the purpose of constituting a new Legislative Assembly of the State of Madhya Pradesh;
NOW , THEREFORE , as recommended by the Election Commission of India , in pursuance of sub- section (2 ) of Section 15 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Governor of the State of Madhya Pradesh is , hereby , pleased to call upon each of the Assembly Constituencies of the State Madhya Pradesh , to elect members to the Legislative Assembly of the State , in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder .

अधिसूचना
यतः , मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के राज्यपाल , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 15 की उप- धारा (2 ) के अधीन जारी और 21 अक्टूबर, 2023 को राज्य के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना द्वारा, राज्य के सभी विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों, में से प्रत्येक से यह अपेक्षा करते हैं कि वे उक्त अधिनियम और तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों और किए गए आदेशों के उपबन्धों के अनुसार राज्य की विधान सभा के गठन के लिए सदस्यनिर्वाचित कर दें;
अतः अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 30 और 56 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग , एतद्वारा: -
(अ) प्रत्येक विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों से, उक्त निर्वाचन के सम्बन्ध में
(क) नाम निर्देशन करने की अन्तिम तारीख
: 30 अक्टूबर, 2023 (सोमवार);
(ख) नाम निर्देशनों की संवीक्षा की तारीख : 31 अक्टूबर , 2023 (मंगलवार) ;
(ग) अभ्यर्थिताएं वापस लेने की अन्तिम तारीख 2 नवम्बर , 2023 (गुरूवार);
(घ) वह तारीख जिसको, यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो मतदान होगा, : 17 नवम्बर, 2023 (शुक्रवार);
(ङ) वह तारीख , जिससे पूर्व निर्वाचन सम्पन्न : 3 दिसम्बर , 2023 (रविवार) करा लिया जाएगा
नियत करता है; और
(आ) सुबह 07:00 बजे से शाम 06:00 बजे तक का समय नियत करता है जिसके दौरान, यदि आवश्यक हुआ, तो सभी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के संबंध में निर्वाचन के लिए ऊपर निर्दिष्ट तिथि पर मतदान सम्पन्न किया जाएगा सिवाए,
( i ) बालाघाट जिले में शामिल तीन विधानसभा क्षेत्र नामतः , 108- बैहर( अ . ज. जा. ) ,109- लांजी और 110- परसवाड़ा के सभी मतदान केन्द्रों,
(ii ) मंडला जिले के अंतर्गत आने वाले 105-बिछिया विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के 47 मतदान केन्द्रों (118 , 135 से 138 तक, 140, 142, 144, 145 , 193 , 198 , 200 , 201 , 202 , 204 , 251 , 262 से 265 तक, 268 , 271 से 274 तक, 276, 278 से 281 तक, 283 से 288 तक, 291 , 292, 294 , 297 से 304 तक) और107- मंडला विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत 8 मतदान केन्द्रों ( 65, 66, 67 , 69 , 70, 107, 108 तथा 130 ) ,
( iii ) डिण्डौरी ज़िले में शामिल 104- डिण्डौरी विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत 40 मतदान केन्द्रों (129, 142 से 150 तक, 157 से 159 तक, 195 से 199 तक, 270 , 279 से 284 तक , 298 , 299 , 300, 305, 308, 310 से 319 तक) के, 670(3 )

NOTIFICATION
No. 464/MP - LA/ 2023 : - WHEREAS , the Governor of the State of Madhya
Pradesh has , by a notification issued under sub- section ( 2) of Section 15 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , published in the official Gazette of the State on the 21st October, 2023 ( Saturday ) , been pleased to call upon all the Assembly Constituencies in the State of Madhya Pradesh , to elect members of the Legislative Assembly of the State , in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder;
NOW, THEREFORE , in pursuance of Sections 30 and 56 of the said Act, the Election Commission of India hereby-
(A) appoints , with respect to the said election from each of the Assembly Constituencies : -
(a) the 30th October , 2023 ( Monday) , as the last date for making nominations;
(b) the 31st October, 2023 (Tuesday) , as the date for scrutiny of nominations;
(c) the 2nd November , 2023 ( Thursday) , as the last date for withdrawal ofcandidatures ;
(d) the 17th November , 2023 ( Friday ) , as the date , on which a poll shall, if necessary be taken ; and

( iii)40 Polling Stations ( 129 , 142-150 , 157-159 , 195-199 , 270 , 279-284 , 298 , 299, 300 , 305, 308 , 310-319 ) under 104- Dindori Assembly Constituency comprised within the District of Dindori ,
for which , fixes the hours from 07.00 am to 3.00 pm as the hours during which the poll shall , if necessary , be taken on the date specified above , for the election in respect of these Polling Station .
