क्रमांक एफ ए - 3-42 / 2017 / 1 / पांच ( ५१ ) : मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम , 2017 (2017 का 19 ) की धारा 9 की उप धारा (3 ) और उप धारा (4 ) , धारा 11 की उप धारा ( 1 ) , धारा 15 की उप धारा ( 5 ) , और धारा 148 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राज्य सरकार , इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है, और जीएसटी परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर , एतद्द्वारा , इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ ए - 3- 42/2017/1 / पांच ( 53 ) , भोपाल दिनांक 18 अक्टूबर 2017 मे और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , यथाः
इस अधिसूचना में , तालिका में, -
(1) क्रम संख्या उक और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियों को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-

(2) क्रम संख्या 6 के समक्ष , कॉलम ( 3 ) में, खंड (क ) में, शब्दों डाक विभाग के पश्चात्, शब्दों और कोष्ठक " [और रेल मंत्रालय ( भारतीय रेल ) ] " को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(3 ) क्रम संख्या 7 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3 ) में , स्पष्टीकरण में, खंड (क ) में , उप - खंड ( i ) में , शब्दों "डाक विभाग " के पश्चात्, शब्दों और कोष्ठक " [और रेल मंत्रालय ( भारतीय रेल) । " को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(4) क्रम संख्या 8 के समक्ष, कॉलम ( 3 ) में , परंतुक में, खंड (i ) में , शब्दों "डाक विभाग " के पश्चात्" , शब्दों और कोष्ठक " [और रेल मंत्रालय ( भारतीय रेल) ) " को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(5 ) क्रम संख्या 9 के समक्ष , कॉलम (3 ) में , प्रथम परंतुक में , खंड (i ) में, शब्दों " डाक विभाग" के पश्चात्" , शब्दों और कोष्ठक " [और रेल मंत्रालय ( भारतीय रेल)] " को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 20 अक्तूबर , 2023 से प्रवृत्त हुई मानी जावेगी।

क्रमांक एफ ए 3-42-2017-1- पांच. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में, इस आशय की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ ए 3-42-2017-1- पांच (49), दिनांक 4 दिसम्बर 2023 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.
मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, वन्दना शर्मा , उपसचिव.

No. F A- 3-42 / 2017 / 1 /V ( 49 ) : In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -sections (3 ) and (4) of section 9, sub- section ( 1) of section 11, sub - section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act , 2017 ( 19 of 2017), the State Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , on the recommendations of the Council , hereby makes the following further amendments to amend this department's Notification No. F A - 3-42 / 2017/1 /V( 53 ) dated 30th June , 2017 , namely: -
In the said notification, in the Table, -
(1. ) after serial number 3A and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be inserted , namely: -

Services provided to a Governmental Nil Authority by way of -
(a) water supply;
(b) public health ;
(c) sanitation conservancy;
(d) solid waste management ; and
(e) slum improvement and upgradation .
(2. ) against serial number 6, in column (3 ) , in item ( a ) , after the words " Department of Posts " , the words and brackets " and the Ministry of Railways (Indian Railways) " shall be inserted;
(3. ) against serial number 7, in column (3 ) , in the Explanation , in item (a ) , in sub - item ( i ) , after the words"Department of Posts " , the words and brackets " and the Ministry of Railways ( Indian Railways ) " shall be inserted;
(4.) against serial number 8 , in column ( 3 ) in the proviso , in item ( i ) , after the words " Department of Posts " , the words and brackets " and the Ministry of Railways (Indian Railways ) " shall be inserted ;
(5. ) against serial number 9, in column (3 ), in the first proviso, in item ( i ) , after the words "Department of Posts " , the words and brackets " and the Ministry of Railways (Indian Railways )" shall be inserted;
2. Thisnotification shall be deemed to have come into effect from the 20th day of October , 2023 .
