क्र. एफ 1-45 / 2013 /स्था ./ 19 , दिव्यांगजन अधिकार अधिनियम , 2016 (2016 का 49 ) की धारा 101 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए , मध्यप्रदेश दिव्यांगजन अधिकार नियम-2017 के नियम 17 के उपबंधों के अधीन निःशक्तजन व्यक्तियों (दिव्यांगजन ) के लिये पदों के चिन्हांकन हेतु पदों के चिन्हांकन के लिये समिति , एतद्वारा , अनुसूची-1 के लोक निर्माण विभाग की स्थापना में अनुसूची -2 में विहित विशिष्टियों के अनुसार निःशक्त व्यक्तियों के लिए आरक्षित पद चिन्हांकित करती हैः-
