अधिसूचना
: सं. 318 /रा.स. -मल्टी/2/2024 (1 )- यतः , भारत के राष्ट्रपति ने लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43) की धारा 12 के अधीन जारी , और तारीख 08 फरवरी , 2024 को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना द्वारा नीचे कीसारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्यों की विधान सभा के प्रत्येक निर्वाचित सदस्यों से यह अपेक्षा की है कि वे उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में राज्यों के सामने विनिर्दिष्ट संख्या में सदस्य निर्वाचित कर दें:

(अ) उक्तनिर्वाचन के संबंध में निम्नलिखित निर्धारित करता हैः-
(क) नाम निर्देशित करने कीअन्तिमतारीख - 15 फरवरी , 2024 (गुरुवार)
(ख) नाम निर्देशनों की संविक्षा की तारीख - 16 फरवरी , 2024 (शुक्रवार)
(ग) अभ्यर्थिताएं वापस लेने की अंतिम तारीख -20फरवरी, 2024 (मंगलवार)
(घ) वह तारीख, जिसको यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो मतदान होगा, 27 फरवरी , 2024 (मंगलवार) , और
(ङ) वह तारीख जिससे पूर्व निर्वाचन सम्पन्न करा लिया जाएगा - 29 फरवरी , 2024 (गुरुवार) , और

(A) appoints , with respect to the said election;
(a) the 15th February, 2024 (Thursday) , as the last date for making nominations;
(b) the 16th February, 2024 ( Friday) , as the date for the scrutiny of the nominations ;
(c) the 20th February , 2024 (Tuesday), as the last date for the withdrawal of candidatures ;
(d) the 27th February, 2024 (Tuesday) , as the date on which a poll shall , if necessary , be taken; and
(e) the 29th February, 2024 (Thursday) , as the date before which the election shall be completed ;
and
(B) fixes the hours from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm, as the hours during which the poll shall , if necessary, be taken in all the above- mentioned States on the date specified above for the election .
