क्रमांक एफ जीएडी/ 7/0001 /2024-जीएडी- 1-01 (जीएडी) भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 318 व्दारां प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए , मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल , एतद्वद्वारा, मध्यप्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग (सेवा की शर्ते) विनियम, 1973 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है , अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त विनियमों में , -
विनियम-8 के उप- विनियम (3) के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित उप- विनियम स्थापित (1)
किया जाए , अर्थात् : -
"(3) उप- विनियम ( 1 ) के अधीन आने वाले किसी सदस्य को, ऐसे सदस्य के रूप में उसके पद पर नहीं रहने पर, आयोग में दी गई सेवा के लिए , सेवा के प्रत्येक पूर्ण वर्ष के लिये , अध्यक्ष की दशा में ₹ 27,988/- तथा सदस्य की दशा में ₹ 25,418/- पेंशन इस शर्त के अध्यधीन रहते हुए दी जाएगी, कि सरकारी सेवा के लिये देय पेंशन और आयोग में सेवा के लिए देय पेंशन की राशि अध्यक्ष की दशा में र 12,33,600/- तथा सदस्य की दशा में ₹ 12,18,180/- प्रतिवर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी। इस पेंशन का भुगतान आयोग के ऐसे शासकीय सदस्यों को नहीं किया जाएगा, जो उप-विनियम (2 ) के अधीन सरकारी पेंशन के लिए आयोग में की गई अपनी सेवा की गणना किए जाने का विकल्प देते हैं । "

(2) विनियम-9 के उप- विनियम (4) में , -
(क) खण्ड ( एक) में, शब्द " एक लाख पचपन हजार एक सौं " के स्थान पर , शब्द " तीन लाख अन्ठानबे हजार छः सौ चार " स्थापित किए जाएं ।
(ख) खण्ड (दो) में , शब्द " एक लाख अड़तीस हजार सात सौ अस्सी " के स्थान पर , शब्द " तीन लाख छप्पन हजार छः सौ चौसठ स्थापित किए जाएं ।
टीप्पण : उपरोक्त पुनरीक्षित पेंशन दिनांक 01.04.2018 से प्रभावी होगी ।

मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, रंजना पाटने, उपसचिव.

No. F GAD/ 7/ 0001/2024 - GAD - 1-01 ( GAD) In exercise of the powers conferred by article 318 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Madhya Pradesh , hereby , makes the following further amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission ( Conditions of Service ) Regulations , 1973 , namely : -
AMENDMENTS
In the said Regulations ,
(1) For sub - regulation ( 3) of regulation 8 , the following sub- regulation shall be substituted , namely : -
" (3 ) A member , falling under sub- regulation ( 1 ) , shall be paid pension , on his ceasing to hold office as such member , for service rendered in the Commission 27,988/- in the case of the Chairman , and 25,418/- in case of the member , for each completed year of service , subject to the मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र, दिनांक 26 फरवरी 2024

condition that the sum of pension payable for Government Service and Pension payable for Service in the Commission shall not exceed 12,33,600/- in the case of the Chairman , and 12,18,180/- in case of the member , per annum . This pension shall not be paid to such official Members of the Commission who opt to count their Service rendered in the Commission for Government pension under sub- regulation ( 2) " .
(2) In sub - regulation (4) of regulation 9 ,
(a) In clause ( i ) for the words "one lac fifty five thousand one hundred " , the words " three lac ninety eight thousand six hundred four " , shall be substituted.
(b) In clause ( ii ) for the words " one lac thirty eight thousand seven hundred eighty " , the words " three lac fifty six thousand six hundred sixty four" , shall be substituted .
Note : The above revised pension will be effective from 01.04.2018.
