भोपाल, दिनांक 15 मार्च 2024 भवन तथा अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण उपकर अधिनियम , 1996 ( 1996 का 28 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए , राज्य सरकार , एतद्द्वारा , इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ-4 ई -2 / 2015 /ए- सोलह, दिनांक 15 जून , 2016 , जो मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र दिनांक 24 जून, 2016 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , के खण्ड (बारह) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित परंतुक अन्तःस्थापित करती है, अर्थात्ः-
" परंतु यह कि भवन तथा अन्य सन्निर्माण कार्य की लागत से छूट के प्रयोजन के लिए , छूट से संबंधित खण्ड (एक ) से (बारह) के अधीन दर्शाई गई कुल राशि, ऐसे भवन तथा अन्य सन्निर्माण परियोजना की तकनीकी स्वीकृति में उल्लिखित विविध / आकस्मिक लागत में दर्शित ऊपरी सीमा से अधिक नहीं होगीः

परंतु यह भी कि निर्माण लागत से छूट की कुल राशि, किसी भी दशा में , उस भवन तथा अन्य सन्निर्माण परियोजना की कुल तकनीकी स्वीकृति के तीन प्रतिशत से अधिक नहीं होगी । " ।
यह अधिसूचना सभी कार्यों पर लागू होगी और मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी ।
क्र. -408 - प्र स - श्रम - 2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1A) of section 3 of the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Act, 1996 ( 28 of 1996 ) , the State Government , hereby, insert the following proviso after clause (xii ) of this Department's Notification No. F - 4E - 2/ 2015 / A - XV1 , dated 15th June , 2016 which was published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette , dated 24th June , 2016, namely:-
"Provided that for the purpose of exemption from the cost of building and other construction works , the total amount under the exemption clauses (i) to (xii ) shall not exceed the upper limit ofthe amount shown in the miscellaneous / contingency costs mentioned - in the technical sanction of such building and other con- structionproject:
Provided further that the amount of total exemption from the cost of construction shall not exceed , in any case, three percent of the total technical sanction of that building and other construction project . " .
This notification shall be applicable on all works and shall come into force from the date ofits publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette .
