क्र.-1851162-2024- बी-1- दो. भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता , 2023 (2023 का 46) की धारा 20 की उपधारा (11 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा , संचालक लोक अभियोजन, उप संचालक अभियोजन तथा सहायक संचालक अभियोजन के अधिकार एवं दायित्वों को अधिसूचित करती है :-
संचालक लोक अभियोजन के कृत्य. -
(क) संचालक लोक अभियोजन , राज्य के सभी दण्ड न्यायालयों के समक्ष मध्यप्रदेश शासन के सभी विभागों की ओर से संस्थित आपराधिक प्रकरणों में उत्तरदायित्वपूर्ण अभियोजन संचालन सुनिश्चित करने हेतु प्रथमतः उत्तरदायी होगा.
राज्य के प्रत्येक दण्ड न्यायालय के समझ , लोक अभियोजक/ अपर लोक अभियोजक/विशेष लोक अभियोजक/सहायक लोक अभियोजक की उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित कराना संचालक लोक अभियोजन का दायित्व होगा. (ख)
(ग) संचालक लोक अभियोजन राज्य के सभी अधीनस्थ दण्ड न्यायालयों के समक्ष उपस्थित होने वाले लोक अभियोजक/ अपर लोक अभियोजक/विशेष लोक अभियोजक/सहायक लोक अभियोजक के कार्य की नियतकालिक समीक्षा कर उनके कार्य का मूल्यांकन करेगा एवं अभियोजक की कार्यदक्षता के संबंध में नियतकालिक प्रतिवेदन शासन को प्रेषित करेगा.
(घ) संचालक लोक अभियोजन प्रदेश के सभी दण्ड न्यायालयों के समक्ष लंबित आपराधिक प्रकरणों की प्रगति एवं शीघ्र विचारण सुनिश्चित् करने हेतु उत्तरदायी होगा.
(3) वह जिला मजिस्ट्रेट के माध्यम से माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत होने वाली आपराधिक अपील आदि के प्रस्ताव प्राप्त कर परीक्षण उपरांत अनुशंसा सहित शासन को अग्रेषित करेगा.
(च) वह शासन की ओर से प्रस्तुत होने वाली आपराधिक अपील एवं पुनरीक्षण याचिकाओं का विहित समयावधि में न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत कराया जाना सुनिश्चित् कर न्यायालय में ऐसी अपील एवं पुनरीक्षण कार्यवाही में पक्ष समर्थन सुनिश्चित् करेगा.
(छ ) वह राज्य की ओर से उपस्थित होने वाले अभियोजकों की कार्यदक्षता संवर्धन एवं अभियोजन कार्य की गुणवत्ता बनाये रखने हेतु दायित्वाधीन होगा.

2. उपरोक्त कृत्यों के दक्षतापूर्ण निर्वाहन हेतु संचालक लोक अभियोजन की निम्नलिखित शक्तियां होंगी.-
(क) संचालक लोक अभियोजन उच्च न्यायालय के समक्ष राज्य की ओर से, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (2023 का 46) की धारा 18 की उपधारा (1 ) के अधीन नियुक्त लोक अभियोजको/ अपर लोक अभियोजको तथा धारा 18 की उपधारा (8 ) के अधीन नियुक्त विशेष लोक अभियोजको (महाधिवक्ता / अतिरिक्त महाधिवक्ता को छोडकर) से उनके कार्य के संबंध में समय- समय पर आवश्यक प्रतिवेदन एवं जानकारी आहूत कर सकेगा ।
(ख) संचालक लोक अभियोजन प्रदेश के समस्त दण्ड न्यायालयों के समक्ष अभियोजन संचालन करने वाले लोक अभियोजक / अपर लोक अभियोजक / विशेष लोक अभियोजक / सहायक लोक अभियोजक के कार्य का नियंत्रण एवं पर्यवेक्षण कर सकेगा ।
(ग) वह सत्र न्यायालयों / मजिस्ट्रेट न्यायालयों के समक्ष अभियोजन संचालित करने वाले लोक अभियोजको, अपर लोक अभियोजको, विशेष लोक अभियोजको के कार्य के संबंध में उप संचालक अभियोजन के माध्यम से नियतकालिक प्रतिवेदन एवं ऐसी जानकारी आहूत कर सकेगा, जो वह अभियोजन कार्यवाही की गुणवत्ता बनाये रखने हेतु आवश्यक समझे ।
(घ) वह समस्त अभियोजकों से डिजिटल साफ्टवेयर जिसमें अंतस्प्रचलित आपराधिक न्याय प्रणाली (आई सी जे एस) साफ्टवेयर भी सम्मिलित है, के माध्यम से दैनिक कार्य की रिपोर्ट आहूत कर सकेगा ।
(ङ) वह दण्ड न्यायालयों के समक्ष अभियोजकों की उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने हेतु आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी कर सकेगा ।
(च) वह अभियोजकों के कार्य का मूल्यांकन करेगा और उनकी कार्यक्षमता एवं गुणवत्ता के संबंध में समय- समय पर, शासन को अनुशंसा सहित प्रतिवेदन प्रेषित करेगा ।
(छ) वह अभियोजकों के कार्यभार का मूल्यांकन करेगा और सुचारू कार्यसंचालन हेतु सगठनांत्मक एवं आंतरिक संसाधनों के विकास हेतु राज्य सरकार के समक्ष प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत कर सकेगा ।
(ज ) वह माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय एवं उच्च न्यायालय के समक्ष लंबित गंभीर दांडिक प्रकरणों में महाधिवक्ता कार्यालय में महाधिवक्ता / अतिरिक्त महाधिवक्ता के समन्वय हेतु अपने अधीनस्थ अधिकारियों में से किसी को शासन की पूर्व अनुमति से नियुक्त कर सकेगा ।
(झ ) संचालक , लोक अभियोजन प्राधिकारी के अधीन कार्यवाहियों के सुगमतापूर्वक संचालन हेतु अन्य विभागों जैसे पुलिस, आबकारी विभाग , वन विभाग, नापतौल विभाग , न्यायिक विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला आदि से आवश्यक सहयोग एवं समन्वय की अपेक्षा कर सकेगा ।
(ग) वह विभाग अध्यक्ष की हैसियत से विभाग अध्यक्ष को राज्य शासन द्वारा प्रदत्त सभी प्रशासनिक एवं वित्तीय शक्तियां प्रयोग करेगा ।

(ट) वह ऐसी अन्य शक्तियों का प्रयोग भी करेगा जो समय - समय पर शासन द्वारा साधारण अथवा विशेष आदेश के माध्यम से प्रदान की जावे ।
(8) वह उपरोक्त सभी शक्तियों का या इनमें से किसी का प्रत्यायोजन अपने अधीनस्थ अधिकारियों को कर सकेगा ।
3. जिला निदेशालय में पदस्थ उप संचालक अभियोजन के दायित्व एवं शक्तियां.-
(क) उप संचालक लोक अभियोजन मध्यप्रदेश के शासन के सभी विभागों की ओर से संस्थित आपराधिक प्रकरणों में जिला दण्ड न्यायालयों में उत्तरदायित्वपूर्ण अभियोजन संचालन सुनिश्चित करने हेतु प्रथमतः दायित्वाधीन होगा ।
(ख) जिला दण्ड न्यायालय के समक्ष, लोक अभियोजक / अपर लोक अभियोजक / विशेष लोक अभियोजक / सहायक लोक अभियोजक की उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित कराना उप संचालक का दायित्व होगा ।
)عل( उप संचालक , लोक अभियोजन जिले के सभी अधीनस्थ दण्ड न्यायालयों के समक्ष लोक अभियोजक /अपर लोक अभियोजक / विशेष लोक अभियोजक / सहायक लोक अभियोजक के कार्य की नियतकालिक समीक्षा करेगा और लोक अभियोजन के कार्य का मूल्यांकन करेगा एवं अभियोजक की कार्यदक्षता के संबंध में नियतकालिक प्रतिवेदन संचालक लोक अभियोजन को प्रेषित करेगा ।
(घ) उप संचालक लोक अभियोजन जिले के सभी दण्ड न्यायालयों के समक्ष लम्बित आपराधिक प्रकरणों की प्रगति एवं शीघ्र विचारण सुनिश्चित करने हेतु दायित्वाधीन होगा ।
(ङ) वह शासन की ओर से प्रस्तुत की गई आपराधिक अपीलों एवं पुनरीक्षण याचिकाओं का विहित समयावधि में न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत कराया जाना सुनिश्चित करेगा एवं न्यायालय के समक्ष ऐसी अपील एवं पुनरीक्षण कार्यवाही में पक्ष समर्थन सुनिश्चित करेगा ।
(च) वह राज्य की ओर से उपस्थित होने वाले अभियोजकों की कार्यदक्षता संवर्धन एवं अभियोजन कार्य की गुणवत्ता बनाये रखने हेतु दायित्वाधीन होगा ।
(छ) वह ऐसे अन्य सभी दायित्वों का निर्वाहन करेगा जो राज्य शासन अथवा संचालक लोक अभियोजन अथवा जिला दंडाधिकारी द्वारा साधारण अथवा विशेष आदेश के माध्यम से समुनिदेशित किये जाएं ।
4. जिला निदेशालय में पदस्थ सहायक संचालक अभियोजन के अधिकार एवं दायित्व.-
(क) सहायक संचालक अभियोजन प्रथमतः जिले के मजिस्ट्रेट न्यायालयों के समक्ष शासन के सभी विभागों की ओर से संस्थित अपराधिक प्रकरणों में उत्तरदायित्व पूर्ण अभियोजन सुनिश्चित करने हेतु उत्तरदायी होगा ।
(ख) वह सात वर्ष तक के दण्ड से दण्डनीय अपराधों के मामलों में जो मजिस्ट्रेट न्यायालय द्वारा विचारणीय है, संहिता के अधीन अपेक्षित सभी कार्यवाहियों का समयबद्ध रूप से निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करेगा ।
(ग) सहायक संचालक लोक अभियोजन , संचालक लोक अभियोजन के साधारण नियंत्रण में रहते हुए उप संचालक अभियोजन के अधीनस्थ होगा तथा ऐसे सभी दायित्वों का निर्वहन करेगा जो राज्य शासन अथवा संचालक लोक अभियोजन अथवा उप संचालक अभियोजन द्वारा उसे साधारण अथवा विशेष आदेश द्वारा समनुदेशित किए जाएं ।
5. यह अधिसूचना भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (2023 का 46) के अधिनियमित की दिनांक से प्रवृत्त होगी ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 11 ) of section 20 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (46 of 2023) , the State Government , hereby , notifies the rights and responsibilities of the Director of Prosecution , Deputy Directors of Prosecution and Assistant Directors of Prosecution as follows , namely : - 1. Functions of the Director of Public Prosecution.-
( a) Director of Public Prosecution, Madhya Pradesh shall be primarily responsible for ensuring responsible prosecution before all the criminal courts in criminal cases instituted on behalf of all the departments of the Government of Madhya Pradesh .
(b) It shall be the responsibility of the Director of Public Prosecution to ensure the presence of the Public Prosecutor / Additional Public Prosecutor / Special Public Prosecutor / Assistant Public Prosecutor before every criminal court of the State .
(c) The Director of Public Prosecution shall periodically review and evaluate the work of the Public Prosecutor/ Additional Public Prosecutor/ Special Public Prosecutor/Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing before all the subordinate criminal courts of the State and shall send a periodic report regarding the efficiency of the prosecutors to the Government.
(d) The Director of Public Prosecution shall be responsible for ensuring the progress and speedy trial of criminal cases pending before all the criminal courts of the state .
(e) He shall receive the proposal of criminal appeal etc. to be presented before the Hon'ble High Court through the District Magistrate and shall forward it to the Government along with recommendations after examination .

(f) He shall ensure that the criminal appeals and revision petitions presented by the Government are presented before the court within the prescribed time period and shall ensure the advocacy on behalf of Government in such appeal and revision proceedings before the court .
(g) He shall be responsible for improving the efficiency of the prosecutors appearing on behalf of the State and maintaining the quality of prosecution work.
2. For efficient discharge of the above functions , the Director of Public Prosecution shall have the following powers , namely: -
(a) Director of Public Prosecution on behalf of the State , before the Hon'ble High Court shall be able to call necessary reports and information regarding work done by the Public Prosecutors/Additional Public Prosecutors appointed under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 ( 46 of 2023 ) and the Special Public Prosecutors ( except the Advocate General /Additional Advocate General ) appointed under sub- section ( 8 ) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 ( 46 of 2023 ) .
(b) The Director of Public Prosecution may control and supervise the prosecution work of the Public Prosecutor/Additional Public Prosecutor/ Special Public Prosecutor/Assistant Public Prosecutor who conducts prosecution before all criminal courts of the State .
(c) He shall be able to call periodic reports and such information through the Deputy Director of Prosecution regarding the work of the Public Prosecutors , Additional Public Prosecutors , Special Public Prosecutors conducting the prosecution before the Sessions Courts/ Magistrate Courts which is necessary to maintain the quality of the prosecution proceedings .

(d) He shall be able to call reports of daily work from all the prosecutors through digital software which shall also includes Interoperable Criminal Justice System software .
(e) He shall be able to issue necessary guidelines to ensure the presence of prosecutors before the criminal courts .
(f) He shall evaluate the work of the prosecutors and send reports with recommendations to the Government, from time to time regarding their efficiency and quality .
(g) He shall be able to evaluate the workload of the prosecutors and submit a report to the State Government for the development of organizational and internal resources for smooth functioning .
(h) He shall be able to appoint any of his subordinate officers with the prior permission of the Government to coordinate with the Advocate General / Additional Advocate General in the Office of Advocate General in serious criminal cases pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court.
(i ) The Director shall expect necessary cooperation and coordination from other departments like Police , Excise Department , Forest Department , Weights and Measures Department , Forensic Science Laboratory etc. for smooth conduction of the proceedings under the Public Prosecution Authority.
(j ) In the capacity of the Head of the Department , he shall be able to exercise all the administrative and financial powers provided to the Head of the Department by the State Government .
(k) He shall also exercise such other powers as may be provided by the Government, from time to time through general or special orders .
(1 ) He may delegate the above powers or any of them to any officer sub ordinate to him.

3. Responsibilities and powers of the Deputy Director of Prosecution posted in the District Directorate.-
(a) The Deputy Director of Public Prosecution , Madhya Pradesh shall be primarily responsible for ensuring responsible prosecution in all the criminal cases of the District Criminal Courts instituted on behalf of all the departments of the Government .
(b) It shall be the responsibility of the Deputy Director to ensure the presence of the Public Prosecutor/Additional Public Prosecutor / Special Public Prosecutor/ Assistant Public Prosecutor before the District Criminal Court .
(c) The Deputy Director of Public Prosecution shall periodically review the work of the Public Prosecutor/Additional Public Prosecutor/ Special Public Prosecutor/ Assistant Public Prosecutor and evaluate the work of the Public Prosecutor appearing before all the sub- ordinate Criminal Courts of the District and shall send a periodic report regarding the efficiency of the Prosecutor to the Director of Public Prosecution .
(d) The Deputy Director of Public Prosecution shall be responsible for ensuring the progress and speedy trial of criminal cases pending before all the Criminal Courts of the District .
(e) He shall ensure that the criminal appeals and revision petitions presented by the Government are presented before the court within the prescribed time period and ensure advocacy in such appeal and revision proceedings before the court .
( f) He shall be responsible for improving the efficiency of the prosecutors appearing on behalf of the State and maintaining the quality of prosecution work .

(g ) He shall perform all such other responsibilities which may be assigned by the State Government or the Director of Public Prosecution or the District Magistrate through general or special order .
4. Rights and responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Prosecution posted in the District Directorate.-
( a) The Assistant Director of Prosecution shall firstly be responsible for ensuring responsible prosecution in criminal cases instituted by all the departments of the Government before the Magistrate Courts of the District .
(b) He shall ensure timely execution of all proceedings required under the Code in cases of offences punishable with imprisonment up to seven years which are triable by the Magistrate Court .
( c) The Assistant Director of Public Prosecution shall be sub- ordinate to the Deputy Director of Prosecution under the general control of the Director of Public Prosecution and shall discharge all such responsibilities , as may be assigned to him by general or special order by the State Government or the Director of Public Prosecution or the Deputy Director of Prosecution .
5. This notification shall come into force from the date of enactment of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023 ) .

राज्य शासन भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023 (46 सन् 2023) की धारा 37 के अंतर्गत प्रदता शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए निम्नानुसार अधिसूचित करती है: -
(1 ) प्रत्येक जिले के जिला मुख्यालय पर स्थित पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष को धारा 37 के प्रयोजन के लिए भी पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष घोषित किया जाता है ।
(2 ) पुलिस मुख्यालय भोपाल मध्यप्रदेश में स्थित पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष को धारा 37 के प्रयोजन के लिए भी पुसिस नियंत्रण कक्ष घोषित किया जाता है ।
(3 ) पुलिस अधीक्षक प्रत्येक जिले के जिला मुख्यालय पर स्थित पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष के लिए एक पुलिस अधिकारी पदाभिहित करेंगे जो सहायक पुलिस उप निरीक्षक की पंक्ति से नीचे का नहीं होगा ।
(4) पुलिस अधीक्षक, धारा 37 के प्रयोजन के लिए, अपने क्षेत्राधिकार के प्रत्येक थाने के लिए एक पुलिस अधिकारी पदाभिहित करेंगे जो सहायक पुलिस उप निरीक्षक की पंक्ति से नीचे का नहीं होगा ।
(5) धारा 37 के प्रयोजन के लिए थाने पर पदाभिहित पुलिस अधिकारी गिरफ्तार किए गए व्यक्तियों के नाम, पते एवं जिस अपराध में उसे गिरफ्तार किया गया है, की जानकारी रखने के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा और थाने पर उक्त जानकारी को प्रदर्शित भी किया जाएगा, जिसके अंतर्गत डिजिटल मोड भी सम्मिलित है ।
(6) प्रत्येक थाने पदाभिहित पुलिस अधिकारी प्रतिदिन गिरफ्तार किए गए व्यक्तियों के नाम, पते एवं जिस अपराध में उसे गिरफ्तार किया गया है , की जानकारी जिला मुख्यालय पर स्थित पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष को उपलब्ध कराएगा ।
(7 ) जिला मुख्यालय पर स्थित पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष के लिए पदाभिहित पुलिस अधिकारी जिले में गिरफ्तार किए गए व्यक्तियों के नाम , पते एवं जिस अपराध में उसे गिरफ्तार किया गया है , की जानकारी रखने के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा और उक्त जानकारी को प्रदर्शित भी किया जाएगा , जिसके अंतर्गत डिजिटल मोड भी सम्मिलित है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (46 सन् 2023) के प्रवर्तन के दिनांक से लागू होगी ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (46 of 2023 ) , the Government of Madhya Pradesh , hereby , notifies the following , namely : -
(1) The Police Control Room situated at every District Headquaters of the State is hereby declared as the Police Control Room for carrying out the purpose of section 37 .
The Police Control Room situated at Police Headquarters , Bhopal is also hereby declared as Police Control Room for the purpose of section 37. (2)
(3) The Superintendent of Police shall designate a police officer not below the rank of Assistant Sub Inspector for the Police Control Room , situated at every District Headquarters .
(4) For the purpose of section 37 , the Superintendent of Police shall designate a police officer not below the rank of Assistant Sub - Inspector , for every Police Station under his jurisdiction .
(5) The police officer of a police station , so designated by the Superintendent of Police under the provisions of section 37 shall be responsible for maintaining the information about the names and addresses of the persons arrested , nature of the offence with which he is charged and shall also be responsible for displaying this information in any manner including in digital mode at the police station .
(6) The designated police officer of a police station shall provide names and addresses of the persons arrested everyday and gives detail of the cases under which they are arrested , to the Police Control Room situated at District Headquaters .
(7) The designated police officer of the Police Control Room of District Headquaters shall be responsible for maintaining the information about the names and addresses of the persons arrested in the District , nature of the offence with which charged and shall also be responsible for displaying this information in any manner including in digital mode .
2 . This notification shall come into force from the date of enactment of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (46 of 2023 ) .

मध्यप्रदेश सरकार, एतद्वारा भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (क्र. 46 सन् 2023 ) की धारा 64 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए यह निर्धारित करती है कि प्रत्येक पुलिस थाने पर समन किए गए व्यक्तियों के संबंध में एक रजिस्टर (भौतिक या इलेक्ट्रिानिक प्रारूप में) रखा जाएगा, जिसमें निम्न प्रविष्टियां की जाएगी : -

(6) जिले का नाम,
(7) थाने का नाम,
(8) अपराध क्रमांक,
(9) धारा, .....
(10) न्यायालय का नाम,
(11 ) न्यायालय का प्रकरण क्रमांक ।
2. यह अधिसूचना भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (46 सन् 2023 ) के प्रवर्तन के दिनांक से लागू होगी ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (46 of 2023 ) , the Government of Madhya Pradesh , hereby , prescribes to maintain a register ( whether in physical or electronic format ) at every police station , wherein following entries shall be made in respect of persons , who are summoned at the police station , namely: -
(1) Full name and address of the person summoned:
(2) Father/ Husband's name of the person summoned ;
(3) Present address of the person summoned and also permanent address , if any:
(4) Mobile number and WhatsApp number of the person summoned:
(5) E - mail address of the person summoned:
(6) Name of the district :
(7) Name of the police station:
(8) Criminal Case Number:
(9) Provisions of Law:
(10) Name of the Court of Law:
(11) Court Case Number :
2. This notification shall come into force from the date of enactment of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (46 of2023) .

मध्यप्रदेश सरकार , राज्य शासन , भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (क्र. 46 सन् 2023 ) की धारा 265 (3) के द्वितीय परंतुक के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , मध्यप्रदेश सरकार, मध्यप्रदश उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा जिला एवं तहसील स्तर पर श्रव्य दृश्य इलेक्ट्रानिक साधनों से साक्षी की परीक्षा के लिए समय - समय पर स्थापित वीडियों कान्फ्रेंसिंग (वीसी) रूप को, एतद्वारा साक्षी की परीक्षा के लिए , अभिहित स्थान के रूप में , अधिसूचित करती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता , 2023 (46 सन् 2023 ) के प्रवर्तन के दिनांक से लागू होगी ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso of sub- section ( 3 ) of section 265 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (46 of 2023 ) , the Government of Madhya Pradesh , hereby , notifies the Video- Conferencing (VC ) Rooms , established from time to time , by the Madhya Pradesh High Court at District and Tehsil levels , for recordir..g of statements of witnesses through audio - video means of communications , as designated place for - examination of witnesses .
2. This notification shall come into force from the date of enactment of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 ( 46 of2023) .
