क्र. 1851162-2024- बी-1- दो. यतः, दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापना अधिनियम, 1946 (1946 का 25) की धारा 6 के अनुसरण में , मध्यप्रदेश शासन, कथित तौर पर केन्द्र सरकार , केन्द्रीय सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों के कर्मचारियों और निजी व्यक्तियों द्वारा किए गए (चाहे वे अलग से काम कर रहे हों या केन्द्र सरकार / केन्द्र सरकार के उपक्रमों के कर्मचारियों के साथ मिलकर) , समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अधीन अधिसूचित अपराधों या अपराधों की श्रेणियों की जांच के लिए सम्पूर्ण मध्यप्रदेश राज्य में दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापना के सदस्यों की शक्तियों और अधिकार क्षेत्र के विस्तार के लिए अपनी सहमति प्रदान करता है.
अतएव , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश शासन द्वारा नियंत्रित लोक सेवकों से संबंधित मामलों में , ऐसी कोई जांच राज्य सरकार की पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के बिना नहीं की जाएगी. किन्हीं भी अन्य अपराधों के लिए पिछली सभी सामान्य सहमति और राज्य सरकार द्वारा किसी अन्य अपराध के लिए मामले- दर- मामले के आधार पर दी गई सहमति भी लागू रहेगी.
यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 1 जुलाई, 2024 से प्रवृत्त हुई समझी जाएगी.

No. 1851162-2024 - B - 1 - II.- Whereas , the Government of Madhya Pradesh in pursuance of Section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act , 1946 (25 of 1946) , hereby gives its consent to the extension of powers and jurisdiction of the members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh for investigation of the offences or classes of offences notified under Section 3 of the said Act , as amended from time to time , alleged to have been committed by employees of the Central Government , Central Public Sector Undertakings and private persons ( whether acting separately or in conjunction with the employees of the Central Government/ Central Government Undertakings) .
2. Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the said Act , no such investigation shall be taken up in cases relating to the public servants controlled by the Government of Madhya Pradesh except with the prior written permission of the State Government . All previous general consents for any other offences and consent accorded on case to case basis for any other offence by the State Government shall also remain in force .
3. This notification shall be deemed to have been come into force from 1st July, 2024.
