क्र. एफ-14-17-2007-बयालीस-1.- मध्यप्रदेश निजी व्यावसायिक शिक्षण संस्था (प्रवेश का विनियमन एवं शुल्क का निर्धारण) अधिनियम, 2007 (क्रमांक 21 सन्‌ 2007) की धारा 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य शासन, एतद्‌द्वारा, प्रवेश नियम, 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्‌ :-

उक्त नियमों में, नियम 8 में, उप-नियम (1-क) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप-नियम स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्‌ :-

"(1-क) सामान्य पूल के परामर्श (काउंसलिंग) में, यदि आरक्षित श्रेणी का कोई अभ्यर्थी अनारक्षित श्रेणी की मेरिट सूची में स्थान प्राप्त करता है, तो उसे सर्वप्रथम अनारक्षित श्रेणी में सीट आबंटित की जाएगी. यदि अनारक्षित श्रेणी में उसे उसकी प्राथमिकता के अनुसार सीट नहीं प्राप्त होती है, तो उसे उसकी पात्रतानुसार आरक्षित श्रेणी में सीट आबंटित की जाएगी.

ऐसे आबंटन के पश्चात्‌, रिक्त आरक्षित सीटें पारस्परिक रूप से निम्न क्रम में परिवर्तित एवं आबंटित की जाएंगी अर्थात्‌ अनुसूचित जनजाति से अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जाति से अनुसूचित जनजाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति / अनुसूचित जाति से अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग से अनुसूचित जनजाति. आरक्षित प्रवर्गों के लिए परामर्श (काउंसलिंग) संचालित करने तथा आरक्षित श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों को सीटों का आबंटन करने के पश्चात्‌, रिक्त सीटें, यदि कोई हों, अनारक्षित सीटों में संविलीन की जाएंगी और उसके पश्चात्‌ अनारक्षित सीटों पर पुनः आबंटन किया जाएगा.".

F-14-17-2007-XLII-1.--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vyavasayik Shikshan Sanstha (Pravesh Ka Viniyaman avam Shulk Ka Nirdharan) Adhiniyam, 2007 (No. 21 of 2007), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Admission Rules, 2008, namely:--

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in rule 8, for sub-rule (1-A), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:--

"(1-A) In the counselling of general pool, if a candidate of reserved category gets a place in the merit list of unreserved category, he shall first be allotted a seat in unreserved category. If he does not get a seat as per his preference in unreserved category, he shall be allotted a seat in reserved category as per his eligibility.

After such allotment, the vacant reserved seats shall be mutually converted and allotted in the following order- i.e. Scheduled Tribes to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Castes to Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Tribes/ Scheduled Castes to Other Backward Classes, Other Backward Classes to Scheduled Tribes. After conducting counselling for reserved categories and allocating seats to reserved category candidates, the vacant seats, if any, shall be merged with unreserved seats and after that allotment shall be made again on unreserved seats.".
