एफ- 1 / 1 / 1/ 0008/2024/ GAD / RTI / 1-9:: यतः राज्य सरकार ने सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 22) की धारा 15 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 11-11 /2005 /सूअप्र/ 1 /9 दिनांक 22.08.2005 द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन उसे प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने तथा उसे सौंपे गए कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए पहले से ही राज्य सूचना आयोग , मध्यप्रदेश का गठन कर लिया है ;

अतएव , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण में, राज्य सूचना आयोग , मध्यप्रदेश में निम्नलिखित पदाधारी होंगे, अर्थातः-

राज्य सूचना आयुक्तों की पदावधि उस तारीख से, जिसको कि वे अपना पद ग्रहण करते हैं , तीन वर्ष के लिए या पैंसठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक , इनमें से जो भी पूर्वतर हो, होगी जैसा कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 16 की उपधारा ( 1 ) तथा (2) में वर्णित है ।

F- 1 / 1 / 1/ 0008 / 2024/ GAD / RTI / 1-9 :: Whereas , the State Government has already constituted the State Information Commission , Madhya Pradesh vide this department's Notification No. F 11-11/ 2005 / RTI / 1/ 9 dated 22.08.2005 under sub - section ( 1) of section 15 of the Right to Information Act , 2005 ( 22 of 2005) to exercise the powers conferred on it and to perform the functions assigned to it under the said Act;

Now, therefore , in pursuance of sub - section (2) of section 15 of the said Act, the State Information Commission , Madhya Pradesh shall consist of the following officials , namely: -

State Chief Information Commissioner 1 Shri Vijay Yadav

State Information Commissioner

2 Dr. Vandana Gandhi

State Information Commissioner

3 Dr. Umashankar Pachauri

State Information Commissioner

4 Shri Onkar Nath

The term of office of the State Chief Information Commissioner and State Information Commissioner shall be of three years from the date on which they enter upon their office or till they attain the age of sixty five years , whichever is earlier, as mentioned in sub - section ( 1) and ( 2 ) of section 16 of the said Act .
