क्र. 27-7-2024 - सा. उन्नीस. - राज्य सरकार ने सागर जिले में पर्यटन एवं परिवहन सुविधा हेतु पहाड़ी के तल से टिकिटोरिया देवी मंदिर तक रोप - वे फनिक्युलर रेलवे स्टेशन परियोजना क्रियान्वित करने का विनिश्चय किया है. परियोजना के क्रियान्वयन हेतु राज्य शासन द्वारा नेशनल हाईवे लॉजिस्टिक मैनेजमेंट लिमिटेड को अधिकृत किया गया है. अतएव, राष्ट्रीय रोप- वे परियोजना " पर्वतमाला " के उपबंधों के अनुसार रोप- वे परियोजना के क्रियान्वयन के लिए निम्नलिखित जीपीएस निर्देशांक के साथ रोप-
वे परियोजना का कॉरिडोर ( रोप - वे फनिक्युलर रेलवे स्टेशन पहाड़ी के तल से शुरू होकर टिकिटोरिया देवी मंदिर तक) अधिसूचित किया जा रहा है, अर्थात् : -

ट्रैक (फनिक्युलर स्टेशनों के बीच ) की मध्य रेखा से 19 मीटर (दोनों ओर 9.5 मीटर ) के गलियारे के भीतर कोई नया निर्माण मौजूदा संरचना / भवन और वृक्षारोपण की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
उपर्युक्त में से, ट्रैक की मध्य रेखा से 10 मीटर (दोनों ओर 5.00 मीटर ) का गलियारा (फनिक्युलर स्टेशनों के बीच ) संचालन और अनिवार्य बचाव आवश्यकताओं के लिए उपयोग किया जाएगा ।
स्टेशन टर्मिनल भवन ( ओं ) के गलियारे और परिधि के दोनों ओर 4.5 मीटर की चौड़ाई के अतिरिक्त क्षेत्र का उपयोग निर्माण के दौरान कार्य स्थल पहुँच , मचान, बैरिकेडिंग , एवं भविष्य में किसी भी बड़े रखरखाव आदि के लिए किया जा सके ।
फनिक्युलर के लिए टर्मिनल स्टेशन (ओं ) का निर्माण उक्त गलियारे के भीतर किया जाएगा ।
No. 27 / 7 /2024/G/ 19 The State Government has decided to implement the Ropeway funicular railway station project for tourism and transport facility in Sagar District from the bottom of the hill and ends at Tikitoriya Devi Temple . The National Highway Logistics Management Ltd. has been authorized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh for implementation of the project . Therefore, for the implementation of the Ropeway funicular railway station project as per the provision of the National Ropeway programme " Parvatmala " , the corridor (Ropeway Funicular Railway Stations from the bottom of the hill and ends at Tikitoriya Devi Temple) with the following GPS Co- ordinates is being notified, namely: - 682(1)

No new construction / existing structure /building (s) and plantation of tree ( s ) having the tendency to achieve a longer height shall be allowed within corridor of 19 meters (9.5 m on both sides from the centre line of track ( between Funicular stations).
Out of the above, the corridor of 10 meters (5.00 m on both sides ) from the centre line of track (between Funicular stations ) will be used for operation and mandatory rescue requirements.
Additional area will be used for working space with a width of 4.5 mtr. on either side of along the corridor and perimeter of station terminal building (s) to keep scaffolding, barricading, approach during construction and any future major maintenance etc.
The construction of terminal station(s) for funicular shall be built within the said corridor.
