क्र. 1464- बाईस - वि - 3- स्था. - 2024.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल, एतद्वारा , मध्यप्रदेश विकास आयुक्त पंचायत और ग्रामीण विकास तृतीय श्रेणी ( लिपिक वर्गीय और अलिपिक वर्गीय ) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 1999 का संशोधन दिनांक 01 फरवरी 2020 एवं 07 अक्टूबर 2022 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं , अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियमों में,-
मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र दिनांक 01 फरवरी 2020 के माध्यम से संशोधन कंडिका 3 में नियम 11 के उपनियम 7 के पश्चात्, जोड़े गये उपनियम ( 8 ) के स्थान पर निम्नानुसार संशोधित उपनियम ( 8 ) पढ़ा जाएं, अर्थात् :-
" ( 8 ) सीधी भर्ती के लिए उपलब्ध रिक्तियों में 50 प्रतिशत पद ऐसे कर्मचारियों के लिए आरक्षित होंगे जो विभागों / निकायों में संविदा आधार पर समकक्ष पद पर कार्यरत है तथा जिन्होंने संविदा पद पर न्यूनतम पांच वर्ष की सेवा पूर्ण कर ली हो, किन्तु ऊपर उल्लिखित आरक्षण का लाभ लेकर नियुक्त होने के पश्चात्, पुनः इस लाभ के लिए पात्रता नहीं होगी , ऐसे अभ्यर्थी द्वारा जितनी सेवा की गई हो, संविदा पर अधिकतम आयु सीमा में छूट उतनी अवधि के लिए .... अनुमत की जाएगी, किन्तु छूट सहित अधिकतम आयु सीमा , पद हेतु भर्ती के लिए जारी विज्ञापन में विहित तारीख को, 55 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी . ".

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Madhya Pradesh , hereby , makes the following amendement in the Madhya Pradesh Development Commissioner Panchayat and Rural Development , Class III (Ministrial and Non Ministrial ) Service Recruitment Rules , 1999 , dated 01st February 2020 and 07th October 2022 makes the following amendments , namely :-

In the Said rules ,-
In sub - clause ( 3) of the amendment through the Madhya Pradesh Gazette dated 01st February 2020, for sub - rule ( 8 ) added after sub - rule 7 of rule 11 , the following amended sub -rule (8 ) shall be read, namely : -
"(8) 50 percent posts in vacancies available for the direct recruitment shall be reserved for such employees working on equal post in the Departments / Bodies on Contract basis and have completed minimum five years of service on contract post , but after being appointed by taking benefit of reservation mentioned above , there shall be no eligibility for this benefit again . Exemption in upper age limit shall be allowed up to such period as the service has been rendered by such candidate working on contract, but the upper age limit including the exemption , shall not be more than 55 years on the date prescribed in advertisement issued for the recruitment for the post ." .
