एफ- 10-02-2022 - सत्रह मेडि- 02.- सुशासन के लिए आधार अधिप्रमाणन ( सामाजिक कल्याण, नवाचार, ज्ञान ) नियमावली, 2020 के नियम 5 के साथ पठित आधार ( वित्तीय और अन्य सहायिकियों, प्रसुविधाओं और सेवाओं का लक्षित परिदान ) अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 18 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा (4 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) के उपखण्ड ( दो ) , द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए एवं इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्र. एफ 10-02-2022 - सत्रह- मेडि-2, दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 2022 को अतिष्ठित करते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा , ई - वित्त प्रवाह सॉफ्टवेयर के आहरण एवं संवितरण अधिकारियों/ भुगतान स्वीकृतकर्ता ( ओं ) तथा राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन, मध्यप्रदेश शासन के अधीन पी.सी.पी.एन.डी.टी. ऑनलाइन पोर्टल में प्रविष्टियां करने वाले अर्हित पंजीकृत चिकित्सा व्यवसायी ( व्यवसायियों ) द्वारा प्रसूति संबंधी अल्ट्रासोनोग्राफी करने के लिए जनसांख्यिकीय जानकारी और बायोमेट्रिक अधिप्रमाणन का उपयोग सुनिश्चित करने, ई - के वाय सी के लिए आधार अधिप्रमाणन सेवाओं के उपयोग को अधिसूचित करती है. उपरोक्त सेवाएं भारत की समेकित निधि से उपगत व्यय को अंतर्ग्रस्त करने वाले क्रियान्वयन अभिकरणों के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत की जाती है.
2. यह अधिसूचना मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी तथा इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण राज्य पर होगा.

No. 10-02-2022 - XVII- M- 02.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- clause (ii ) of clause ( b) of sub- section (4) of Section 4 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies , Benefits and Services ) Act, 2016 ( 18 of 2016 ) read with Rule 5 of the Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation Knowledge ) Rules , 2020 and in supersession of this department's Notification No. F 10-02-2022 - XVII- Medi - 2,dated 25th August , 2022, the State Government, hereby, notifies the use of Aadhaar authentication services for e -KYC for ascertaining demographic details and biometric authentication of Drawing and Disburing Officer (S) / Payment approver( S ) of e - Vitta Pravah software and for qualified Registered Medical Practitioner (S) conducting obstetric ultrasonography and making entries in the PCPNDT online portal under the National Health Mission, Government of Madhya Pradesh . The aforesaid services are offered through the implementing agencies involving expenditure incurred from the Consolidated funds of India.
2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette and shall extend to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh .
