क्र. एफ- 1-1-7-0001-2025 - छब्बीस - 1.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल , एतद्वारा, मध्यप्रदेश सामाजिक न्याय एवं निःशक्तजन कल्याण संचालनालय ( राजपत्रित ) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2015 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते है, अर्थात्ः -

उक्त नियमों में, अनुसूची- चार में, कॉलम ( 2 ) में, अनुक्रम 8 के सामने , मद 2 में विद्यमान शब्द " समग्र सामाजिक सुरक्षा विस्तार अधिकारी " के स्थान पर, शब्द " सामाजिक सुरक्षा अधिकारी " स्थापित किए जाएं.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Madhya Pradesh , hereby , makes the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Social Justice and Disabled Persons Welfare Class - III ( Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules , 2015 , namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules , in Schedule - IV , in column (2 ) , against serial number 8 , in item 2 , for the existing words "Mass Social Security Extension Officer " , the words " Social Security Officer " shall be substituted.

(4) अनुसूची- चार में, कॉलम (3 ) में, अनुक्रमांक 7, 8 , 9, 10, 11 तथा 12 के सामने , विद्यमान शब्द " समग्र सामाजिक सुरक्षा विस्तार अधिकारी " के स्थान पर , शब्द " सामाजिक सुरक्षा अधिकारी " स्थापित किए जाएं.

(2) In Schedule - II , in column (2 ) , against serial number 2, for the existing words " Samagra Samajik Suraksha Vistar Officer " , the words " Social Security Officer " shall be substituted.
(3) In Schedule - III , in column (2) , against serial number 1 , for the existing words " Samagra Samajik Suraksha Vistar Officer " , the words " Social Security Offcer " shall be substituted.
(4) In Schedule IV , in column (3 ) , against serial numbers 7, 8 , 9 , 10, 11 and 12 for the existing words "Samagra Samajik Suraksha Vistar Officer " , the words " Social Security Officer " shall be substituted.
