No.F. No. 71 -B - Lok Ada ( PUS ) -SLSA- 2025 . In exercise of the powers conferred under section 22 -B of the Legal Services Authorities Act , 1987 ( as amendedby Central Act No. 37 of 2002 and hereinafter referred to as the Act) , the Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority by this Notification Endt . No. F. No. 71 - B - Lok Ada (PUS )- SLSA- 6603-2025, dated 13th March 2025 also establishes Permanent Lok Adalat at newly constituted Civil District Agar-Malwa , in respect of all the Public Utility Services as defined in the clause (b ) of the Section - 22A of the Act .

No. 71 - B - Lok Ada ( PUS ) -SLSA- 2025.- In exercise of the powers conferred under section 22 - B of the Legal Services Authorities Act , 1987 ( as amendedby Central Act No. 37 of 2002 and hereinafter referred to as the Act) , the Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority makes the following amendment in the previous Notification Endt . No. F. No. 71 - B - Lok Ada ( PUS ) -2371 - SLSA- 2019 , dated 22nd October 2019 regarding appointment of the Chairman of Permanent Lok Adalats :-
In Place of " Secretary District Legal Services Authority cum Addl . District Judge of Concerned District " the following be inserted :-
