[दिनांक १७ दिसम्बर , २०२५ को राज्यपाल की अनुमति प्राप्त हुई; अनुमति " मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र ( असाधारण) " में दिनांक १८ दिसम्बर , २०२५ को प्रथमबार प्रकाशित की गई . ]
३१ मार्च , २०१२ को समाप्त हुए वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान कतिपय सेवाओं पर उन रकमों से , जो
उन सेवाओं के लिए और उस वर्ष के लिए मंजूर की गई थी, अधिक व्यय हुई रकमों की पूर्ति करने के लिए मध्यप्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से धन के विनियोग को प्राधिकृत करने के लिए उपबंध करने हेतु अधिनियम .
भारत गणराज्य के छिहत्तरवें वर्ष में मध्यप्रदेश विधान-मण्डल द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित होः-
संक्षिप्त नाम .
१. इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम मध्यप्रदेश विनियोग (क्रमांक -५ ) अधिनियम , २०२५ है .

२. मध्यप्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से , अनुसूची के कॉलम ( ३) में विनिर्दिष्ट वे राशियां, जिनका कुल योग रुपये एक सौ पैंतीस करोड़ दस लाख सोलह हजार आठ सौ साठ होता है , उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम ( २ ) में विनिर्दिष्ट सेवाओं की बावत् प्रभारों को चुकाने के लिए ३१ मार्च , २०१२ को समाप्त हुए वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान उन रकमों से , अधिक व्यय हुई रकमों की पूर्ति करने के लिए दी और उपयोजित की जाने के लिए प्राधिकृत की गई समझी जाएंगी .
३१ मार्च, २०१२ को समाप्त हुए वर्ष के कतिपय अधिक व्यय की पूर्ति करने के लिए मध्यप्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से रुपये १,३५,१०,१६,८६० का दिया जाना .
विनियोग .
३. इस अधिनियम के अधीन मध्यप्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से दी जाने और उपयोजित की जाने के लिए प्राधिकृत की गई समझी गई राशियां , अनुसूची में अभिव्यक्त सेवाओं और प्रयोजनों के लिए ३१ मार्च , २०१२ को समाप्त हुए वित्तीय वर्ष के संबंध में विनियोजित की गई समझी जाएंगी .

No. 28 OF 2025
THE MADHYA PRADESH APPROPRIATION (NO. 5) ACT, 2025
[ Received the assent of the Governor on the 17th December , 2025 ; assent first published in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette ( Extra - ordinary ) " , dated the 18th December , 2025. ]
An Act to provide for the authorization of appropriation of money out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Madhya Pradesh to meet the amounts spent on certain services during the financial year ended on the 31st day of March , 2012 in excess of the amounts granted for those services and for that year.
Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Seventy - Sixth year of the Republic of India as follows : -
Short title .
1 . This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Appropriation (No. 5) Act , 2025.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Madhya Pradesh the sums specified in column (3) of the Schedule, amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Rs . One Hundred Thirty Five Crore Ten Lakh Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty shall be deemed to have been authorized to be paid and applied to meet the amount spent on defraying the charges in respect of the services specified in column (2 ) of the said Schedule during the financial year ended on the 31st day of March, 2012 in excess of the amounts granted for those services and for that year.
Issue of Rs . 1,35,10,16,860 rupees out of the Consolidated expenditure for Fund of the State ofMadhya Pradesh to meet certain excess the year ended on 31 March , 2012.
Appropriation.
3. The sum deemed to have been authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Madhya Pradesh under this Act shall be deemed to have been appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the financial year ended on the 31st day of March, 2012.
