शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए , मध्यप्रदेश के राज्यपाल , एतद्वारा , सामाजिक न्याय एवं निःशक्तजन कल्याण संचालनालय (राजपत्रित ) सेवा भर्ती नियम , 2015 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते है, अर्थात्: -

उक्त नियमों में -
1. नियमों में सर्वत्र , शब्द " सामाजिक न्याय एवं निःशक्तजन कल्याण " जहाँ कहीं भी वे आये हों, के स्थान पर , शब्द " सामाजिक न्याय एवं दिव्यांगजन सशक्तिकरण" स्थापित किए जाएं । 2. अनुसूची-एक मे, अनुक्रमांक 12,18 और 22 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित अनुक्रमांक तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियां स्थापित की जाएं, अर्थात्:-

No.F 1 / 0015 /2025 /26-1 : - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Madhya Pradesh hereby, makes the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh , Directorate of Social Justice and Disabled Persons Welfare ( Gazetted ) Service Recruitment Rules, 2015 , namely : -
AMENDMENT
In the said rules ,
1. throughout the rules , for the words " Social Justice and Disabled Persons Welfare " , wherever they occur, the words " Social Justice and Empowerment of persons with Disabilities " shall be substituted .
2. In Schedule - l, for serial numbers 12, 18 and 22 and entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries relating thereto shall be substituted , namely
