क्रमांक एफ ए 3-33 / 2017 / 1 / पांच (01 ) राज्य सरकार , मध्यप्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम , 2017 (क्रमांक 2017 का 19) की धारा 9 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 15 की उप- धारा (5) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , परिषद की सिफारिशों पर , इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ-ए- 3-33/2017/1/पांच (33) दिनांक 19 सितम्बर , 2025 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, -
(क) अनुसूची II – 9 % में , क्रम सं . 4 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात , निम्नलिखित क्रम सं . और प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -

क्र.- एफ- ए- 3-33-2017-1- पांच.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में, इस आशय की अधिसूचना क्र. एफ-ए- 3-33-2017-1- पांच-(01 ), दिनांक 30 जनवरी 2026 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.

No. F A 3-33/2017 / 1 /V ( 01 ) : In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 9 and sub- section (5) of section 15 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017) , the state government on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do ,on the recommendation of the council, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification No. F A-3-33/ 2017/ 1 /V(33 ) dated 19th September , 2025 ,
In the said notification , -
(a) in the Schedule II - 9% , after S. No. 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. Nos . and entries shall be inserted, namely: -
