क्र. एफ 1-1-1-0095-2025-जीएडी-आरटीआई-एक.-यतः राज्य सरकार ने सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 22) की धारा 15 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 11-II-2005-सूअप्र-1-9, दिनांक 22 अगस्त, 2005 व्दारा उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने तथा सौंपे गए —त्यों का पालन करने के लिए पहले से ही राज्य सूचना आयोग, का गठन कर दिया है.

अतएव, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण में, राज्य सूचना आयोग, मध्यप्रदेश में वर्तमान में पदस्थ मुख्य सूचना आयुक्त और तीन राज्य सूचना आयुक्तों के अतिरिक्त निम्नलिखित अधिकारी होंगे, अर्थात :-

श्री आलोक नागर राज्य सूचना आयुक्त

श्री राजेश भट राज्य सूचना आयुक्त

राज्य सूचना आयुक्त का कार्यकाल उस तारीख से, जिसको कि वे अपना पद ग्रहण करते हैं, तीन वर्ष या पैंसठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, इनमें से जो भी पूर्वतर हो, होगा जैसा कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 16 की उप-धारा (1) तथा (2) में उल्लिखित है.

क्र. एफ 1-1-1-0095-2025-जीएडी-आरटीआई-एक.-भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्र. एफ 1-1-1-0095-2025-जीएडी-आरटीआई-एक, दिनांक 02 अप्रैल, 2026 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्‌द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.

F- 1-1-1-0095-2025-GAD-RTI-I.-Whereas, the State Government has already constituted the State Information Commission, Madhya Pradesh vide this department's Notification No. F 11-II/05/1/9 dated 22nd August, 2005 under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Right to Information Act,2005 (22 of 2005) to exercise the powers conferred and perform the functions assigned to it under the said Act;

now, therefore, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 15 of the said Act, the State Information Commission, Madhya Pradesh shall consist of the following officers, in addition to the Chief Information Commissioner and three State Information Commissioners presently posted therein, namely: -

Shri Alok Nagar State Information Commissioner

Shri Rajesh Bhat State Information Commissioner

The term of office of the State Information Commissioner shall be of three years from the date, on which they assume office or till they attain the age of sixty five years, whichever is earlier, as mentioned in sub-section (1) and (2) of section 16 of the said Act.
