महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतकयांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५.
क्रमांक सीडीए. १०१५/(४३५/१५)/लाक्षेवि (कामे).----महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतकयांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५ मधील कलम १ चे उप कलम (३) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे राज्यपाल खालील तक्त्यात स्तंभ (२), (३), (४), (५) व (६) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे उपरोक्त अधिनियम लागू करण्यासाठी पाटबंधारे प्रकल्पाचे नाव, क्षेत्र, अधिनियमातील कलमे, लागू करण्याच्या तारखा व इतर तपशील अधिसूचित करत आहेत. प्रस्तुत अधिनियमातील कलम ७ मधील तरतुदीनुसार अधिसूचित क्षेत्रात समुचित प्राधिकरण वैयक्तिक जमीनधारकास अथवा भोगवटाधारकास पाणीपुरवठा करणार नाही आणि पाणी वापर संस्थेतर्फेच पाणीपुरवठा करण्याची पद्धत सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतकयांकडून व्यवस्थापन या योजनेखालील कार्यक्षेत्रातील सर्व जमीनधारक व भोगवटाधारकास बंधनकारक राहील.

MAHARASHTRA MANAGEMENT OF IRRIGATION SYSTEM BY FARMERS (MMISF) ACT, 2005.
No. CDA.1015/(435/15)/CAD (Works).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(3) of Maharashtra Management of Irrigation System by Farmers (MMISF) Act, 2005 (Mah. 23 of 2005) the Governor of the State Government of Maharashtra hereby notifies Areas, Irrigation Projects, Sections of the Act and Date of Applications as specified in columns (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) of the table below for bringing in force the Act. In said notified area, as provided under section 7, no water shall be supplied by the Appropriate Authority to an individual holder or occupier of such land and the system of supply of water through Water Users Association shall be binding on all the holders and occupiers of the land under Management of Irrigation System by Farmers.

महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतकयांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५.
क्रमांक सीडीए-१०१५/(४३५/१५)/लाक्षेवि (कामे).----महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतकयांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५ मधील अधिकाराचा वापर करण्यासाठी आणि कर्तव्ये पार पाडण्यासाठी कालवा अधिकारी यांची नियुक्ती करण्यासाठी या कायद्यातील कलम २ (च) नुसार राज्य शासनास अधिकार दिले आहेत.
त्यानुसार महाराष्ट्र पाटबंधारे अधिनियम, १९७६ च्या कलम २ च्या खंड (४) अन्वये महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतकयांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५ अंतर्गत अधिकाराचा वापर करण्यासाठी आणि कर्तव्ये पार पाडण्यासाठी खाली नमूद केले प्रमाणे महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल खालील तक्त्यात स्तंभ क्रमांक (३) व ( ४) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्टीत केल्याप्रमाणे, कालवा अधिकायास अधिकार प्रदान करण्यात येत आहेत.

MAHARASHTRA MANAGEMENT OF IRRIGATION SYSTEM BY FARMERS ACT, 2005.
No. CDA.1015/(435/15)/CAD (Works).—To exercise the powers and discharging the duties allocated in Maharashtra Management of Irrigation System by Farmers Act, 2005, the powers are given to Government of Maharashtra to appoint appropriate Canal Officers as per Maharashtra Management of Irrigation System by Farmers Act, section 2 (f).
Henceforth as per Maharashtra Irrigation Act, 1976 section 2( 4), The Government of Maharashtra appoints following Canal Officers as per following table to exercise the powers and discharging the duties under the Maharashtra Management of Irrigation System by Farmers, Act 2005.

क्रमांक प्राफेब.२०१०/प्र.क्र.२६/पुनबार्ंधणी-३/म-१०.---- ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६ (१९६६ चा महा. अधि. एकेचाळीस) चे कलम-४ पोट-कलम (१) च्या खंड, (तीन) व (सहा) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांच्या अनुषंगाने तालुक्यांचा समावेश असलेले उपविभाग त्यांच्या मुख्यालयासह, क्रमांक प्राफेब.२०१०/प्र.क्र.२६/पुनबार्ंधणी-३/म-१०, दिनांक २६ जुलै २०१३ च्या शासन अंतिम अधिसूचनेद्वारे (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख उक्त अधिसूचना म्हणून करण्यात आला आहे) प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेले आहेत ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त कलम-४ च्या पोट-कलम (४) नुसार आवश्यक असल्याप्रमाणे यापुर्वी दिनांक २६ जून २०१२ रोजी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेल्या शासन प्रारूप अधिसूचनेद्वारे गोंदिया जिल्हयातील मोरगाव-अजर्ुनी आणि सडक-अजर्ुनी या तालुक्यांच्या उप विभागाचे मुख्यालय हे सडक- अजर्ुनी असून ते दिनांक २६ जुलै २०१३ च्या अंतिम अधिसूचनेमध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे मोरगाव-अजर्ुनी नसल्यामुळे मा.मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या नागपूर खंडपीठाने जनहित याचिका क्र. ७२/२०१३ मध्ये दिनांक १० डिसेंबर २०१४ रोजी दिलेल्या निर्णयानुसार दिनांक २६ जुलै २०१३ ची उक्त अंतिम अधिसूचना, त्या अधिसूचनेमधील परिशिष्टामध्ये नमूद करण्यात आलेल्या नागपूर विभागातील गोंदिया जिल्हयातील मोरगाव-अजर्ुनी या उपविभागासंदर्भातील बाब क्र. १४१ रद्दबातल ठरविली आहे.
आणि ज्याअर्थी, गोंदिया जिल्हयातील मोरगाव-अजर्ुनी उप विभागामध्ये मोरगाव-अजर्ुनी आणि सडक-अजर्ुनी या तालुक्यांच्या उप विभागाचे मुख्यालय मोरगाव-अजर्ुनी येथे होणे महाराष्ट्र शासनाला आवश्यक वाटत असल्यामुळे आता महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६ (१९६६ चा महा. अधि. एकेचाळीस) चे कलम-४ च्या पोट-कलम (१) च्या खंड, (तीन) व (सहा) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि याबाबतीत महाराष्ट्र शासनास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून उक्त अधिसूचनेमध्ये सुधारणा करण्यासाठी काढण्याचे प्रस्तावित असलेल्या अधिसूचनेचे प्रारूप कलम-४ च्या पोट कलम (४) नुसार आवश्यक असल्याप्रमाणे त्याद्वारे परिणाम होण्याचा संभव असलेल्या सर्व व्यक्िंतच्या माहितीसाठी दिनांक २३ जून २०१५ रोजी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आले होते ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासनाने सदरहू प्रकरणी प्राप्त हरकती व सूचना विचारात घेतल्या आहेत.
त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६ (१९६६ चा महा. अधि. एकेचाळीस) चे कलम-४ च्या पोट-कलम (१) च्या खंड, (तीन) व (सहा) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि याबाबतीत महाराष्ट्र शासनास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून शासन उक्त अधिसूचनेच्या परिशिष्टातील अ.क्र. १४१ वरील मजकूराऐवजी खालील प्रमाणे सुधारित मजकूराचा समावेश करीत आहे.

MAHARASHTRA LAND REVENUE CODE, 1966.
No. Pra. Phe. B.- 2010/C. R. 26/ Reconstruction-3/M-10.—Whereas, vide the Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No. Pra. Phe. B.-2010/ C. R. 26 / Reconstruction- 3/M-10, dated the 26th July 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the said Notification) issued in exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (iii) and (vi) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966), the Sub-Divisions consisting of Talukas mentioned therein are specified alongwith their headquarters ;
And whereas, the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Nagpur Bench vide its Judgement dated 10th December 2014 passed in Public Interest Litigation No. 72 of 2013 quashed and set aside the said notification so far as it related to specifying Morgaon-Arjuni as headquarter of the Morgaon-Arjuni Sub-Division in Gondia District in Nagpur Division under entry No. 141 of the Schedule appended thereto, on the ground that in the draft notification dated the 26th June 2012, previously published under sub-section (4) of the said section 4, the headquarter of the Sadak-Arjuni Sub-Division was specified at Sadak-Arjuni and not at Morgaon Arjuni, as specified in the said final notification ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considered it expedient to specify that Morgaon-Arjuni and Sadak-Arjuni Talukas in Gondia District should constitute a Morgaon-Arjuni Sub-Division having headquarter at Morgaon-Arjuni ;
And whereas, vide the Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No. Pra.Phe.2010/C.R.26/Reconstruction -3/M.10, dated the 23rd June 2015 the draft of the notification, which the Government of Maharashtra proposed to issue in this behalf in exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (iii) and (vi) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966), was published as required by sub-section (4) of the said section 4 for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby ;
And whereas, the objections and suggestions received in this behalf are considered by the Government ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (iii) and (vi) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, amends the said notification as follows :—
