क्रमांक राखते-१०१७/प्र. क्र. २५८/१७-अे.----खत (नियंत्रण) आदेश, १९८५ याच्या खंड २६अ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि याबाबतीत काढण्यात आलेल्या यापूर्वीच्या सर्व अधिसूचनांचे अधिक्रमण करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे,----
(एक) महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील प्रत्येक जिल्ह्यच्या जिल्हा अधिक्षक कृषी अधिकारी, याची जिल्ह्यचा अधिसूचित प्राधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्ती करीत आहे. तो उक्त जिल्ह्यच्या ठिकाणी असलेल्या विक्री केंद्रांना, ज्यांची विक्री केंद्रे व गोदामे संलग्न आहेत, अशा विक्रेत्यांना, रासायनिक खतांची घाऊक व किरकोळ विक्री करण्यासाठी प्राधिकृत पत्र देणे, त्यात सुधारणा करणे किंवा त्यांचे नुतनीकरण करणे यांच्या प्रयोजनाकरिता त्याच्या अधिकारितेचा वापर करील,
(दोन) विभागीय सहसंचालक (कृषि), कोकण विभाग, ठाणे यांच्या कार्यालयातील अधिक्षक कृषि अधिकारी यांची अधिसूचित प्राधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्ती करीत आहे. तो मुंबई व मुंबई उपनगर जिल्ह्यच्या ठिकाणी असलेल्या विक्री केंद्रांना, ज्यांची विक्री केंद्रे व गोदामे संलग्न आहेत, अशा विक्रेत्यांना, रासायनिक खतांची घाऊक व किरकोळ विक्री करण्यासाठी प्राधिकृत पत्र देणे, त्यात सुधारणा करणे किंवा त्यांचे नुतनीकरण करणे यांच्या प्रयोजनाकरिता त्याच्या अधिकारितेचा वापर करील,
(तीन) संचालक (निविष्ठा व गुण नियंत्रण), कृषि आयुक्तालय, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे यांची महाराष्ट्र राज्याकरिता अधिसूचित प्राधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्ती करीत आहे,------
(अ) तो राज्यातील एका जिल्ह्यत किंवा एकापेक्षा अधिक जिल्ह्यंच्या ठिकाणी असलेल्या विक्री केंद्रांना, ज्यांची विक्री केंद्रे व गोदामे संलग्न आहेत, अशा विक्रेत्यांना, रासायनिक खतांची घाऊक किंवा किरकोळ विक्री करण्यासाठी प्राधिकृत पत्र देणे, त्यात सुधारणा करणे, किंवा त्यांचे नुतनीकरण करणे याच्या प्रयोजनाकरिता ;
(ब) विशेष रासायनिक खतांचे मिश्रण, सूक्ष्मपोषक मिश्रित रासायनिक खते, त्याचा संयोग या पदाथार्ंसाठी र्िनमिती प्रमापणपत्र २ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, मार्च ५, २०१८/फाल्गुन १४, शके १९३९ AGRICULTURE, ANIMAL HUSBANDRY, DAIRY DEVELOPMENT AND FISHERIES DEPARTMENT

NOTIFICATION
FERTILIZER (CONTROL) ORDER, 1985.
No. Rakhate-1017 /CR-258 /17-A.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 A of the Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1985 and in supersession of all the existing notifications issued in this behalf the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints,—
(1) District Superintending Agriculture Officer, of each districts in the State of Maharashtra to be the Notified Authority of the district in which he shall exercise his jurisdiction for the purpose of granting, amending or renewing the letter of authorization for the wholesale or retail sale of fertilizers by the dealers whose sale depots and godowns attached to the sale depots are located in said district,
(2) Superinteding Agriculture Officer in the office of the Divisional Joint Director of Agriculture, Konkan Division, Thane to be the Notified Authority for the purpose of granting, amending or renewing the letter of authorization for the retail sale of fertilizers by the dealers whose sale depots and godowns attached to the sale depots are located in the district of Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban district,
(3) Director (Inputs and Quality Control), Commissionerate of Agriculture, Maharashtra State, Pune, to be the Notified Authority, for the State of Maharashtra,—
(a) for the purpose of granting, amending or renewing the letter of authorization for the wholesale or retail sale of fertilizers by wholesale dealers whose sale depots and godowns attached to the sale depots are located in one or more than once district within the State, (b) for the purpose of granting, amending or renewing a certificate of manufacture, for the preparation of special mixture of fertilizers, micronutrient mixture fertilizers, combinations thereof.
