क्रमांक आरसीटी. ०३१२/प्र. क्र. २२८/पुनबार्ंधणी-१६६/पोल-५अ.----मुंबई पोलीस अधिनियम (१९५१ चा २२) च्या कलम-५ब आणि त्यानुषंगाने प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील गृह विभागाच्या अखत्यारितील पोलीस दलातील पोलीस शिपाई (सेवाप्रवेश) नियम, २०११ मध्ये सुधारणा करण्यासाठी खालीलप्रमाणे नियम करीत आहेत :----

१. या नियमांना " महाराष्ट्र पोलीस शिपाई (सेवाप्रवेश) (सुधारणा) नियम, २०१६ " असे संबोधण्यात यावे.

२. महाराष्ट्र पोलीस शिपाई (सेवाप्रवेश) नियम, २०११ मधील नियम-४(१) (अ) (अ) मध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करण्यात येत आहे :----

३. महाराष्ट्र पोलीस शिपाई (सेवाप्रवेश) नियम, २०११ मधील नियम-४(१) (ब) (अ) मध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करण्यात येत आहे :----

No. RCT. 0312/CR.228/Reconstruction-166/Pol-5A.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 5 of the Mumbai Police Act (Mumbai XXII of 1951), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby amending the Maharashtra Police Constable (Recruitment) Rules, 2011 rules regulating recruitment to the post of Police Constables in the police force under the Home Department of the Government of Maharashtra, namely :—

1. These rules may be called the " Maharashtra Police Constable (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2016 ".

2. The following changes should be done in rule 4 (1) (A) (a) of the Maharashtra Police Constable (Recruitment) Rules, 2011 :—

" 1600 Meter running ....................... 20 Marks "

3. The following changes should be done in rule 4 (1) (B) (a) of the Maharashtra Police Constable (Recruitment) rules, 2011 :—

क्रमांक मुद्रांक. २०१५/४५७/अनौ.सं.क्र.०९/प्र.क्र.११२(१)/म-१.-----ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने, उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग शासन निर्णय क्र.आयटीपी-२०१३/(प्र.क्र.-२६५)/उद्योग-२, दिनांक २५ ऑगस्ट २०१५ अन्वये, महाराष्ट्राचे माहिती तंत्रज्ञान व माहिती तंत्रज्ञान सहाय्यभूत सेवा धोरण, २०१५ जाहीर केले आहे, त्याअर्थी, आता महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे, महाराष्ट्र मुद्रांक अधिनियम, (१९५८ चा अधिनियम क्र. ६०)(यापुढे याचा उल्लेख " उक्त अधिनियम " असा करण्यात येईल) याच्या कलम ९ च्या खंड (अ) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, लोकहितास्तव पुढील कार्यवाही करणे आवश्यक असल्याची खात्री पटत असल्याने खालील अनुसूचीतील रकाना (२) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या माहिती तंत्रज्ञान व माहिती तंत्रज्ञान सहाय्यभूत सेवांसाठी स्थापन करण्यात येणाया डाटा सेंटरना, अनुसूचीतील रकाना (४) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या पहिल्या संलेखावर अनुसूचीतील रकाना (३) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या मर्यादेपयर्ंत आकारणी योग्य असलेले मुद्रांक शुल्क दिनांक १ जुलै २०१५ रोजी सुरू होणाया व दिनांक ३० जून २०२० रोजी संपणाया कालावधीसाठी (दोन्ही दिवस धरून) खालील शतर्ींवर माफी/सवलत देण्यात येत आहे.

शर्ती :---

(१) ज्या डाटा सेंटरना मुद्रांक शुल्कातून माफी/सवलत देण्यात आली आहे ती सुरू करण्यात कसूर करणारे किंवा " महाराष्ट्राचे माहिती तंत्रज्ञान व माहिती तंत्रज्ञान सहाय्यभूत सेवा धोरण, २०१५" मधील कोणत्याही शतर्ींचा भंग करणाया डाटा सेंटरना जणू काही सुरूवातीपासूनच माफी देण्यात आली नसल्याप्रमाणे मुद्रांक शुल्क व दंड भरण्यास पात्र राहील.

(२) या धोरणाअंतर्गत येणाया डाटा सेंटरना मुद्रांक शुल्कातून माफी देण्यापूर्वी शासनाच्या इतर कोणत्याही धोरण/योजनांतर्गत संबंधित डाटा सेंटरना मुद्रांक शुल्कातून माफी घेतल्याची पडताळणी करणे गरजेचे असल्याने, उद्योग विभागाच्या सक्षम प्राधिकायाकडून माफीबाबत नाहरकत प्रमाणपत्र सादर करणे अनिवार्य असेल. स्पष्टीकरण :----- या आदेशाच्या प्रयोजनार्थ :-----

(अ) महाराष्ट्राचे माहिती तंत्रज्ञान व माहिती तंत्रज्ञान सहाय्यभूत सेवा धोरण, २०१५ म्हणजे शासनाने, शासन निर्णय उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग क्र. आयटीपी-२०१३/(प्र.क्र.-२६५)/उद्योग-२, दिनांक २५ ऑगस्ट २०१५ अन्वये, जाहीर केलेले " महाराष्ट्राचे माहिती तंत्रज्ञान व माहिती तंत्रज्ञान सहाय्यभूत सेवा धोरण, २०१५".

भाग चार ब--१अ४ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र भाग चार-ब, गुरुवार ते बुधवार, मार्च ८-१४, २०१८ /फाल्गुन १७-२३, शके १९३९ (ब) माहिती तंत्रज्ञान व माहिती तंत्रज्ञान सहाय्यभूत सेवांसाठी स्थापन करण्यात येणारे डाटा सेंटर म्हणजे याकरिता निर्देशित केलेल्या किंवा या प्रयोजनार्थ प्राधिकृत केलेल्या इतर कोणत्याही अधिकायांनी प्रमाणित केलेले डाटा सेंटर.

(क) अनुसूचीतील रकाना (२) मध्ये नमूद केलेला डाटा सेंटर प्रकार याचा अर्थ " महाराष्ट्राचे माहिती तंत्रज्ञान व माहिती तंत्रज्ञान सहाय्यभूत सेवा धोरण, २०१५" अंतर्गत मोडणारे डाटा सेंटर.

(अनु. ६), अभिहस्तांतरणपत्र (अनु. २५), गहाण मालमत्तेवरील अधिक प्रभार (अनु. ३३), भाडेपट्टा (अनु. ३६), गहाणखत (अनु. ४०), आणि प्रतिभूती बंधपत्र (अनु. ५४).

२ अ व ब प्रवर्ग क्षेत्रामधील डाटा सेंटर्स, किंवा १००% तारणगहाण, हडप, तारण, हक्कलेख निक्षेप, विद्यमान डाटा सेंटर्सचे विस्तारीकरण यासाठी.

(अनु. ६), अभिहस्तांतरणपत्र (अनु. २५) आणि भाडेपट्टा (अनु. ३६).

३ अ व ब प्रवर्ग क्षेत्रामधील खाजगी माहिती तंत्रज्ञान ७५% तारणगहाण, हडप, तारण, हक्कलेख निक्षेप, उद्यानातील, सेझमधील खाजगी माहिती तंत्रज्ञान उद्यानातील माहिती तंत्रज्ञान विशेष र्आथिक क्षेत्रातील डाटा सेंटर.

४ अ व ब प्रवर्गामधील डाटा सेंटर्स आणि अ व ब १००% तारणगहाण, हडप, तारण, हक्कलेख निक्षेप, प्रवर्गामधील एसटीपीआयने मान्यता दिलेले डाटा सेंटर.

विलेख (अनु. ६), अभिहस्तांतरणपत्र (अनु. २५), व भाडेपट्टा (अनु. ३६) आणि अभिहस्तांकित भाडेपट्टयाचे हस्तांतरण (अनु.६०).

५ नोंदणीकृत डाटा सेंटर्स. ७५% संमती व परवानगी करारनामे (अनुज्ञा) (अनु.

३६अ), अभिहस्तांकित भाडेपट्टयांचे हस्तांतरण (अनु. ६०).

६ राज्यातील नोंदणीकृत विलीनिकरण/विभक्त ७५% विलीनिकरण/विभक्त किंवा फेररचना किंवा फेररचित डाटा सेंटर्स.

MAHARASHTRA STAMP ACT.

No.Mudrank-2015/1914/UOR.NO.09/CR-112(I)/M-1-Whereas Government of Maharashtra, Industries Energy and Labour Department vide Government Resolution, No.ITP-2013/(CR-265)/ IND-2 dated 25th August, 2015 declared the IT/ITES Policy 2015. Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act (LX of 1958.), (hereinafter referred to as 'the said act') the Government of Maharashtra being satisfied that it is necessary to do so in the public interest hereby remits the stamp duty, chargeable on the first instrument of the Data Centres established for the purpose of providing services to Information Technology Unit or Information Technology Enabled Services Units mentioned in column (4) of the schedule appended in the areas specified in column (2) thereof to the extent specified in column (3) against them , for the period starting from the 1st July, 2015 and ending on 30th June, 2020, (Inclusive of both days) subject to following conditions namely :—

Conditions –

(1) Any Data Centre failing to start the activities for which the reduction or remission is granted or commits breach of any of the conditions of the Maharashtra IT/ITES Policy,2015 shall be liable to pay the stamp duty and penalty, as if, there was no remission from the beginning.

(2) For the Data Centre seeking stamp duty exemption under this policy, it will be essential to verify whether the data centre under consideration has availed / not availed any stamp duty exemption, under any other Policies of Government of Maharashtra. It will be compulsory to submit 'No Objection Certificate' from the competent Authority of Industries Energy and Labour Department in this regard.

Explanation- For the purpose of this Order :—

(a) " the Maharashtra IT/ITES Policy, 2015" means the Maharashtra IT/ITES Policy, 2015 declared by the Government of Maharashtra , vide the Government Resolution, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No.ITP-2013/C.R.-265/Inds-2, dated the 25th August, 2015.

(b) "Data Centre" means the Data Centre established for providing services to Information Technology Units (IT units) or Information Technology Enabled Services Units (ITETS units) so certified by implementing agency or any other officer authorised by it in this behalf, as such data centre,

(c) the words and expression used in column (2) of the schedule appended hereto shall have the meanings assigned to them under " the Maharashtra IT/ITES Policy, 2015"

क्रमांक खाक्षेस-२००४/प्र. क्र. २६९/रस्ते ८.----ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने दिनांक २३ फेब्रुवारी २००१ रोजी शासन निर्णय नियोजन विभाग क्रमांक पासुस. २०००/प्र.क्र. २३/का-१४७४(१), अन्वये नागपूर शहर एकात्मिक रस्ते विकास योजनेमधील सोबतच्या अनुसूची-अ मध्ये नमूद केलेली कामे शासन निर्णयात नमूद केलेल्या कालावधी व अटी व शर्तीस अधीन राहून 'बांधा, वापरा व हस्तांतरित करा' तवावर पार पाडण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र राज्य रस्ते विकास महामंडळ मर्यादित यांस उद्योजक म्हणून घोषित केले आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने दिनांक ३० नोव्हेंबर २००२ रोजी निर्गमित केलेल्या शासन अधिसूचना सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभाग क्रमांक खाक्षेस. २००२/प्र.क्र. १०७/रस्ते-९, अन्वये मुंबई मोटार वाहन कर अधिनियम, १९५८ (१९५८ चा मुंबई ६५) याच्या कलम २० ची पोट-कलमे (१-अ), (१-ब), (१-क), (१-ड) आणि (१-इ) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खाजगीकरणाच्या माध्यमातून 'बांधा, वापरा व हस्तांतरित करा' या योजनेतून नागपूर शहरातील नव्याने बांधण्यात आलेले रस्ते, पूल, उड्डाणपुलाच्या पोचमार्गासह बांधलेले उड्डाणपूल, रस्त्याचे भाग, पोचमार्गासह बांधलेले वळण मार्ग, भुयारी मार्ग आणि रेल्वे उड्डाणपूल/रेल्वेखालील पूल यांची करण्यात येणारी बांधणी, पुनबार्ंधणी, सुधारणा किंवा दुरुस्ती किंवा नागपूर शहर एकात्मिक रस्ते विकास कार्यक्रमाचा भाग असलेल्या (सदर अधिसूचनेच्या अनुसूची २ मध्ये विशेषत्वाने सविस्तररित्या वर्णन केल्याप्रमाणे) व कलम २० च्या प्रयोजनासाठी साकल्याने एकच मानण्यात आलेल्या कामाच्या समूहाचा वापर करणाया वाहनांवर आणि वाहनांकडून ओढून नेल्या जाणाया अनुयानांवर अनुसूची १ च्या स्तंभ (३) मध्ये त्यांच्यासमोर विर्िनदिष्ट केलेल्या दराने व कालावधीसाठी---

(१) नागपूर---- काटोल रस्ता, राज्य मार्ग २४८ वरील जकात नाक्याजवळ.

(२) नागपूर---- उमरेड रस्ता, राज्य मार्ग क्रमांक ९ वरील जकात नाक्याजवळ.

(३) नागपूर---- हिंगणा रस्ता, राज्य मार्ग २५५ वरील अभियांत्रिकी महाविद्यालयाजवळ.

(४) हिंगाणा रस्ता ते अमरावती रस्ता यामधील रिंग रोडवरील वाडी जंक्शन येथे बांधण्यात आलेल्या पथकर स्थानकांवर दिनांक १ डिसेंबर २००२ ते दिनांक ३० नोव्हेंबर २००५ पयर्ंत पथकर गोळा करण्यात येत होता,

आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाकडून वर निर्देशित अधिनियमांतर्गत दिनांक ५ जून २००७ आणि २३ जानेवारी २०१५ रोजी निर्गमित केलेल्या शासन अधिसूचना सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभाग क्रमांक खाक्षेस-२००४/प्र.क्र. २६९/रस्ते-८ द्वारे वर निर्देशित रस्त्यांवर दिनांक ३१ डिसेंबर २०१५ पयर्ंत पथकर लावण्यात आला होता ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे असे मत झाले आहे की, वर निर्देशित रस्त्यांचे बांधकाम, पुनबार्ंधकाम, सुधारणा, दुरूस्ती, संचालन आणि देखभाल या विशेष सेवा असल्याने या रस्त्यांवर पथकर लागू करून तो वरील पथकर स्थानकांवर गोळा करणे आवश्यक आहे ;

त्याअर्थी, आता, मुंबई, मोटार वाहन कर अधिनियम, १९५८ (१९५८ चा मुंबई ६५) याच्या कलम २० ची पोट-कलमे (१-अ), (१-ब), (१-क), (१-ड) आणि (१-इ) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे घोषित करते की, खाजगीकरणाच्या माध्यमातून 'बांधा, वापरा व हस्तांतरित करा' या योजनेतून नागपूर शहरातील नव्याने बांधण्यात आलेले रस्ते, पूल, उड्डाणपूलाच्या पोचमार्गासह बांधलेले उड्डाणपूल, रस्त्याचे भाग, पोचमार्गासह बांधलेले वळण मार्ग, भूयारी मार्ग आणि रेल्वे उड्डाणपूल/रेल्वे खालील पूल यांची करण्यात येणारी बांधणी, पुनबार्ंधणी, सुधारणा किंवा दुरूस्ती किंवा नागपूर शहर एकात्मिक रस्ते विकास कार्यक्रमाचा भाग असलेल्या (सदर अधिसूचनेच्या अनुसूची २ मध्ये विशेषत्वाने सविस्तररित्या वर्णन केल्याप्रमाणे) कामांचा समूह नागपूर शहरातील एक सुनिश्चित क्षेत्र निश्चित करून कलम २० च्या प्रयोजनासाठी नव्याने निर्देशित केलेले दर व कालावधीसाठी साकल्याने एकच मानण्यात येईल. या कामांचा वापर करणाया खालील अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ (२) मध्ये अनुक्रमे विर्िनदिष्ट केलेल्या प्रकारांच्या मोटार वाहनांवर आणि वाहनांकडून ओढून नेल्या जाणाया अनुयानांवर अनुसूची-१ च्या८ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र भाग चार-ब, गुरुवार ते बुधवार, मार्च ८-१४, २०१८ /फाल्गुन १७-२३, शके १९३९ स्तंभ (३) मध्ये त्यांच्यासमोर विर्िनदिष्ट केलेल्या दराने व कालावधीसाठी ----

(१) नागपूर---- काटोल रस्ता, राज्य मार्ग २४८ वरील जकात नाक्याजवळ.

(२) नागपूर---- उमरेड रस्ता, प्रमुख राज्य मार्ग क्रमांक ९ वरील जकात नाक्याजवळ.

(३) नागपूर---- हिंगणा रस्ता, राज्य मार्ग २५५ वरील अभियांत्रिकी महाविद्यालयाजवळ.

अनुक्रमांक ३ मध्ये नमूद केलेली वाहने वगळून अवजड वाहने. उदा. ट्रक-ट्रेलर, दोन पेक्षा अधिक आसांची वाहने.

टीपा :

(१) पथकराच्या दरात खालीलप्रमाणे सवलती देण्यात येतील :-------

(अ) एखाद्या वाहन धारकाने ५० किंवा १०० कुपन्स असलेली पथकर पुस्तिका आगाऊ खरेदी केल्यास त्यास पुस्तिकेच्या किंमतीमध्ये अनुक्रमे २५ टक्के व ५० टक्के सवलत देण्यात येईल.

(ब) वारंवार प्रवास करणाया वाहनांसाठी परतीच्या प्रवासाचे व दैनिक पासाचे दर हे त्या वाहनाच्या एकेरी प्रवास दराच्या अनुक्रमे दीड पट व अडीच पट राहतील. परतीच्या प्रवासाचा पास व दैनिक पास हा ज्या दिवशी पास काढला जाईल त्या दिवशीच्या रात्री १२-०० वाजेपयर्ंत ग्रा राहील.

(क) मासिक पासाचे दर एकेरी प्रवास दराच्या ५० पट राहतील.

(२) उपरोलिखित कोणत्याही दोन पथकर नाक्यांवरून ६ तासांच्या आत वाहन जात असेल तर त्या वाहनांस फक्त एकदाच पहिल्या पथकर नाक्यावर द्यावा लागेल.

(३) खालील वाहनांना पथकरातून सूट देण्यात येईल :-----

(१) केंद्र व राज्य शासकीय वाहने.

(२) लष्करी वाहने. (३) पोलीस दलाची वाहने. (४) अग्निशमन दलाची वाहने. (५) रुग्णवाहिका. (६) शववाहिका. (७) टपाल आणि तार खात्याची वाहने. (८) लोकसभा व राज्यसभेचे विद्यमान सदस्य तसेच महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा व महाराष्ट्र विधानपरिषदेचे विद्यमान सदस्य प्रवास करीत असलेली वाहने.

(९) महाराष्ट्रातील माजी संसद सदस्य व माजी महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा सदस्य किंवा माजी महाराष्ट्र विधानपरिषद सदस्य प्रवास करीत असलेली वाहने.

(१०) महाराष्ट्र राज्य परिवहन महामंडळाच्या बसेस (एसटी) (११) स्कूल बसेस.

(४) या प्रयोजनाकरिता उपरोल्लेखित पथकर नाक्यांवर पथकराची संपूर्ण रक्कम वसूल करण्याचा आणि ठेवून घेण्याचा हक्क महाराष्ट्र् राज्य रस्ते विकास महामंडळ मर्यादित, मुंबई यांना प्रदान करण्यात आला आहे.

MAHARASHTRA MOTOR VEHICLES TAX ACT, 1958.

No. PSP 2004/C.R.269/Road-8.— Whereas the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Resolution, Planning Department, Nos. पासुस-२०००/प्र.क्र.२३/का.१४७४(१), dated the 23rd February 2001, declared the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited as an entrepreneur to carry out the work of the Nagpur City Integrated Road Development Programme to complete the works mentioned in the Annexure-A appended thereto under the Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Scheme within the period and subject to the terms and conditions mentioned thereunder;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Notification, Public Works Department, No. PSP-2002/Cr-l07/Road-9, dated the 30th November 2002, issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1-A), (1-B), (1-C), (1-D) and (1-E) of section 20 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act (LXV of 1958), levied and collected the toll on the classes of motor vehicles specified in column (2) of the Schedule 1 appended thereto and on the trailors drawn by such motor vehicles passing over any of the bridges, flyover bridges, railway over/ under bridges including the approach roads thereto, subways, sections of roads or bypasses situated within or on the periphery of the City of Nagpur which were being newly constructed, re-constructed, improved or repaired, or which form a part of Nagpur City Integrated Road Development Programme (more particularly described in Schedule II of the said notification), the cluster of which was declared as one single entity for the purposes of the said section 20, under Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) scheme, at the rates and for the periods respectively, specified against each of the said vehicles in column (3) of the said Schedule I at the toll collection centers constructed on.— (l ) Nagpur-Katol Road, State Highway Number 248, near Octroi Naka, (2) On Nagpur - Urmed Road, Major State Highway Number 9, near Octroi Naka, (3) On Nagpur- Hingna Road State Highway Number 255, near Engineering College and (4) On Ring Road, between Hingana Road to Amravati Road near Wadi Junction, with effect from the 1st December 2002 to 30th November 2005;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Notification, Public Works Department, No.PSP-2004/CR-269/Road-8, dated the 5th June 2007and dated the 23rd January 2015, issued under the said Act, levied the toll thereof on the above mentioned roads, at the said toll collection centers upto the 31st December 2015;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is of the opinion that the construction, re- construction, improvement, repairing, operation and maintenance of the said roads is the special service to the public and, therefore, considers it expedient to levy and collect the toll on the said roads at the said toll collection centres mentioned therein;

And Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to extend the said period up to the 31st December 2016;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1-A), (1-B), (1-C), (1-D) and (1-E) of section 20 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act (LXV of 1958), the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that, the toll shall be levied, on the classes of motor vehicles specified in column (2) of the Schedule I appended hereto and on the trailors drawn by such motor vehicles passing over any of the bridges, flyover bridges, railway over/under bridges, including the approach roads thereto, subways, sections of roads or bypasses situated within or on the periphery of the City of Nagpur which were newly constructed, re-constructed, improved or repaired, or which form a part of Nagpur City Integrated Road Development Programme (more particularly described in Schedule II of the said notification) declared as one single entity१३ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र भाग चार-ब, गुरुवार ते बुधवार, मार्च ८-१४, २०१८ /फाल्गुन १७-२३, शके १९३९ for the purposes of the said section 20, under Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) scheme, at the rates specified against each of the said vehicles in column (3) of the said Schedule I, and collected at the toll collection centers constructed on (1) Nagpur-Katol Road, State Highway Number 248, near Octroi Naka, (2) On Nagpur-Urmed Road, Major State Highway Number 9, near Octroi Naka, (3) On Nagpur-Hingna Road State Highway Number 255, near Engineering College, (4) On Ring Road, between Hingana Road to Amravati Road near Wadi Junction and (5) On Wadi- Katol Road at Kilometre 3/800 near Octroi Naka, with effect from the 2nd January 2016 to 31st December 2016.

75.00 4. Heavy goods vehicles and heavy passenger motor vehicles as defined in the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), such as Truck-Trailers combination, Multi-axle Vehicles, etc., except vehicles covered by the entry at serial number 3 above.

Notes.—

(1) Concession in rates of toll are as given below, namely :—

(a) If a vehicle user purchases a toll coupon book in advance containing 50 or 100 coupons, he shall be given a discount of 25 per cent, and 50 per cent, respectively.

(b) The rates of return journey pass and daily pass of the frequently plying vehicles shall be one and a half times and two and a half times of their respective one way travel rates. Return journey pass and daily pass will be valid upto 12-00 midnight for the day of issuing the pass.

(c) The rates of monthly passes will be 50 times of their respective one way travel rates.

(2) Vehicles passing through any two of the above toll collection centres within 6 hours, shall be required to pay toll charges only once at the first toll collection centre.

(i) Central and State Government Vehicles.

(ii) Defence Vehicles.

(iii) Police Vehicles.

(iv) Fire Fighting Vehicles.

(v) Ambulances.

(vi) Hearses.

(vii) Vehicles of Post and Telegraph Department.

(viii) Vehicle carrying sitting members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Maharashtra Legislative Council.

(ix) Vehicle in which ex-members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Maharashtra Legislative Council are travelling.

(x) Buses of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (ST)

(xi) School Buses.

(4) For the purpose of this notification, the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited, Mumbai, is authorized to collect the toll at the abovementioned toll collection centres for the abovementioned period and retain the amount of the toll.
