ज्याअर्थी, मुरुड-जंजिरा शहराची विकास योजना (दुसरी सुधारित) भागश: मंजुरीबाबत नगरविकास विभाग अधिसूचना क्रमांक टीपीएस १७०९/७९१/सीआर ३७२/०९/युडी-१२, दिनांक ३ एप्रिल २०१२ नुसार मंजूर केलेले असून ती दिनांक ३ एप्रिल २०१२ पासून अंमलात आली आहे. उक्त मंजूर विकास योजनेमधील आरक्षणे व प्रस्ताव हे २०१२ मधील मुरुड शहराचा विकास लक्षात घेऊन नियोजित केलेले असल्यामुळे मुरुड शहराच्या व त्या सभोवताली चालू असलेल्या विकास लक्षात घेता उक्त विकास योजना सुयोग्य अशा सुविधा पुरविण्यासाठी सुधारित करणे आवश्यक झाले आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, मुरुड-जंजिरा नगरपरिषदेने सर्वसाधारण सभा ठराव क्र. ९७, दिनांक ६ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ अन्वये महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ च्या कलम ३७(१) अन्वये मुरुड-जंजिरा शहराच्या मंजूर विकास योजनेत खालीलप्रमाणे बदल करण्याचे ठरविण्यात आले आहेत :-----

(१) स.नं. १४५, हि.नं. १३, सि.स.क्र. १६१४ पैकी क्षेत्र ०-०४-० जागेमध्ये वाढीव वाडी झोनचे क्षेत्र रहिवासी विभागात समाविष्ट करणे.

त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ च्या कलम ३७(१) अन्वये ही जाहीर सूचना देण्यात येत आहे की, ज्यांना उक्त बदलांबाबत हरकती अगर सूचना द्यावयाच्या असतील त्या त्यांनी ही सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांचे मुदतीत लेखी स्वरूपात नगरपरिषदेकडे सादर कराव्यात म्हणजे या फेरफाराचे प्रस्तावाला अंतिम स्वरूप देण्यापूर्वी त्यांचा विचार केला जाईल.

उक्त फेरफार दर्शविणारा विकास योजनेचा भाग नकाशा नगरपरिषदेच्या कार्यालयात कामकाजाच्या वेळांत जनतेच्या अवलोकनार्थ ठेवण्यात आलेला आहे.

Whereas, Development Plan of Murud-Janjira (Second Revised) has been sanctioned by the State Government vide Urban Development Department's Notification bearing No TPS-1709/791/ CR-372 /09/UD-12, dated 3rd April 2012 and has come into force w.e.f 3rd April 2012 ;

And whereas, the Murud-Janjira Municipal Council vide General Body Resolution No. 97 dated 6th February 2018 has decided to make modifications under section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 to sanctioned Development Plan of Murud- Janjira as below :—

(1) To delete the extended Wadi Zone from Part of S. No. 145, H. No. 13, C.T.S No. 1614 Area 0-04-0 and to include in Residential Zone.

Now therefore, vide this notice published under section 37(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, it is informed that those who want to give suggestions or objections in respect of the said modification may submit to the Murud-Janjira Municipal Council in writing within a period of 30 days from the date of Publication of the notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette so that those could be considered before finalizing the proposal of said modification.

A part plan of Development Plan showing the said the modification is kept open for the inspection of the public during office hours in the office of the Murud-Janjira Municipal Council.

अर्जासोबत दोन पासपोर्ट फोटो आणि जन्मतारखेचा पुरावा म्हणून ग्रामसेवकाचा दाखल तसेच आंगणवाडीमध्ये प्रवेश घेतला असल्यास आंगणवाडीचा दाखला जोडण्यांत यावा.

अर्जासोबत विद्याथ्र्याचे वैद्यकीय प्रमाणपत्र जोडण्यात यावे.

As per the requirements of Rule 18 of Securities Contracts (Regulations) Rules, 1957, the proposed amendments to the Byelaws of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSEIL) as given hereunder are published for criticism in accordance with the provisions of Section 23 of General Clauses Act, 1897 in the Gazette of State of Maharashtra. Any person having any observations on the proposed amendments to Byelaws can send the same in writing to the undersigned at Exchange Plaza, Sixth Floor, 'A' wing, Plot C-1, Block G, Bandra–Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai 400 051 within fifteen days from the date of this publication in the Gazette. The observations received after the aforementioned date will not be considered when the proposed amendments will be taken for consideration.

NSEIL Byelaws

(i) The definition of 'Trading Member' is proposed to be modified as under (words in bold letters are proposed to be included):

Quote

17. TRADING MEMBER

"Trading Member" means a Stock broker and the member of the NSE registered in accordance with Chapter V of the Bye-Laws and will include such an entity which is permitted by NSE to enter into Tri-party Repo transactions on the TRM segment.

(ii) (a) The term "Tri-party Report Market/TRM" is proposed to be inserted in Chapter I as Byelaw 9, as under:

9. Tri-party Repo Market / TRM

Tri-party Repos on securities may be admitted to dealings on the TRM segment (under the Debt Segment). For the purpose of this Byelaw, securities admitted for trading on the TRM segment shall mean and include all such securities as may be notified by the relevant authority from time to time.

(b) As a consequence, it is proposed to renumber the serial numbers of remaining Byelaws in Chapter I.

(iii) Byelaw 22 of Chapter IX is proposed to be modified as under (words in bold letters are proposed to be included):

Quote

"The margin deposits shall be held by the Exchange (and in case of Tri-party Repos, shall be held by the NSCCL) and when they are in the form of Bank Deposit Receipts and securities and such Receipts and securities may at the discretion of the relevant authority be transferred to such persons or to the name of a Bank approved by the Exchange. All margin deposits shall be held by the Exchange and / or by the approved persons and /or by the approved Bank solely for and on account of the Exchange without any right whatsoever on the part of the depositing trading member or those in its right to call in question the exercise of such discretion."

(iv) Byelaw 1(g) of Chapter XII is proposed to be modified as under (words in bold letters are proposed to be included):

Quote

(g) if he, being an individual and /or partnership firm, /it, being a company incorporated under the Companies Act, files an application for adjudication of himself as an insolvent or for its winding up or an application is admitted against him/ it in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 or any other analogous bankruptcy laws applicable to him / it, as the case maybe..

(v) Byelaw 3 of Chapter XII is proposed to be modified as under (words in bold letters are proposed to be included):

Quote

"A trading member being subject to (1) (g) above, shall be declared a defaulter although he/it may not have at the same time defaulted on any of his / its obligations on the Exchange provided however the time for preferring an appeal against such order under the applicable Acts, if any, has expired."
