CORRIGENDUM

No. TPS-2416-CR-122(B)-16-EP-Corrigendum-UD–9.–

Whereas, in accordance with Sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government has sanctioned a part of the Draft Devel- opment Plan for Nagpur Metropolitan Area Vide Notification No. TPS-2416-CR-122(A)-16-SM-UD-9, Dated 05-01- 2018 with modifications as specified in Schedule-A of the notification which was published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette Extra-ordinary Part I-A Nagpur Divisional Supplement, dated 9th January 2018 at page Nos. 1 to 382, at Serial No. 4 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Final Development Plan");

And whereas, in accordance with Sub-Section (1) of Section 31 of the said Act, vide Notice No. TPS-2416- CR-122(B)-16-E.P.-UD-9, dated 05-01-2018, the State Government has republished the Substantial Modifications while sanctioning the said Final Development Plan as specified in Schedule-B of the notice (hereinafter referred to as "the said Excluded Part");

And whereas, it is observed that some errors, typographical mistakes are needed to be corrected in accordancewith the Government approval in the republished Substantial Modifications (EP) (Schedule B) for that purpose it is necessary to issue Corrigendum for the same as mentioned in Annexure-I attached hereto; Now, therefore, this Corrigendum is issued in respect of such corrections for the republished Substantial Modi- fications (Schedule B) as mentioned in Annexure-I attached hereto. -ॅ-+-१ (२६०५). Copy of this Corrigendum is kept open for the inspection of the public in the office of the Metropolitan Commissioner, Nagpur Metropolitan Regional Development Authority during office hours on all working days for a period of 30 days;

This Corrigendum shall also be published on the Government website at www.maharashtra.gov.in (ॅ/ह्यद्ध).
