क्रमांक एसयुटी. १०/२००८/प्र.क्र.१७/र-६.-----निर्वासित हितसंबंध (विभक्तीकरण) अधिनियम, १९५१ (१९५१ चा ६४) याच्या कलम ४ द्वारे तसेच, सर्वसाधारण वाक्खंड अधिनियम, १८९७ (१८९७ चा १०) याच्या कलम ६ द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि त्याबाबतीत, त्यास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन, केंद्र सरकारच्या मान्यतेने आणि रिट याचिका क्र. २००८ ची ६१५ मध्ये मुंबई न्यायमंडळाच्या माननीय उच्च न्यायालयाने दिनांक ५ ऑगस्ट २००८ रोजी दिलेले निदेश विचारात घेता, याद्वारे, श्री. डी. एम. आहेर, महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे उप सॉलिसिटर-नि-उप सचिव, विधी व न्याय विभाग, मादाम कामा मार्ग, हुतात्मा राजगुरु चौक, मंत्रालय, मुंबई ४०० ०३२ यांची, उक्त अधिनियमाद्वारे किंवा त्याअन्वये सक्षम अधिकायाला नेमून दिलेली कार्ये पार पाडण्याच्या प्रयोजनार्थ, संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्र राज्यासाठी सक्षम अधिकारी म्हणून, नियुक्ती करीत आहे.

EVACUEE INTEREST (SEPARATION) ACT, 1951.
No.SUT.10/2008/CR-17/R-6. – In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Evacuee Interest (Separation) Act, 1951 (LXIV of 1951) read with section 6 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (X of 1897), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra, with the approval of the Central Government, and in the light of the directions given by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay on the 5th August 2008 in Writ Petition No. 615 of 2008, hereby appoints Shri. D. M. Aher, Deputy Solicitor-cum-Deputy Secretary to Government of Maharashtra, Law and Judiciary Department, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032, to be the Competent Officer for the whole of the State of Maharashtra for the purpose of performing the functions assigned to the Competent Officer by or under the said Act.

D. Savant, Solicitor-cum-Joint Secretary to Government of Maharashtra, Law and Judiciary Department, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032, to be the Appellate Officer for the purpose of hearing appeals against the orders of the Competent Officer appointed under the said Act vide Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No. SUT.10/ 2008/CR-17/R-6, dated the 9th March, 2018 and he shall have jurisdiction over the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
