The Kalmeshwar Municipal Council by its Resolution No. 5, Dated 16-2-2018 has declared its intention to prepare Development Plan of Kalmeshwar-Bramhani City (second revised) as per the provi- sions of Sections 38 and 23(1) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 for the area within its jurisdiction.
A copy of the plan showing the area for which the Development Plan is to be prepared is kept open for inspection for the public on the working days at the office of the Kalmeshwar Bramhani Municipal Council as required u/s. 23 (2) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966. Suggestions or objections, if any, which should be communicated in writing within 60 (Sixty) days form the date of publication of Municipal intention in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall be considered by the Kalmeshwar-Bramhani Municipal Council as required by Section 23(1) of the Act.
