NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA RECOGNITION OF TRADE UNIONS AND PREVENTION OF UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICES ACT, 1971.
No. ULP.2018/C.R.-27/LAB-3.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Maharahtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 (I of 1972), and with reference to the Notification No. ICE. 0218/C.R. 6/Lab-6, dated 3rd March 2018, of the Industries, Energy and Labour Department.
