२. आणि ज्याअर्थी , प्रारूप मसुदा उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ५ , पोटकलम (३ ) च्या परंतुकाप्रमाणे सांगली मिरज कुपवाड शहर महानगरपालिका क्षेत्रातील सर्व रहिवाशांच्या माहितीसाठी प्रसिद्ध करावयाचा आहे . ज्याअर्थी राज्य निवडणूक आयोग , महाराष्ट्र यांचे आदेश क्र. रानिआ/मनपा-२०१६ /प्र.क्र.२६/ का-५ , दिनांक २०.०८.२०१६ नुसार सदर अधिसूचनेचा प्रारुप मसुदा राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध करण्याचे अधिकार महानगरपालिका आयुक्त यांना प्रदान करणेत आले आहेत . आणि त्यानुसार सदर प्रारूप मसुदा प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत असून, उक्त अधिसूचनेचा मसुदा दि. २३.०३.२०१८ नंतर आयुक्त, राज्य निवडणूक आयोग, महाराष्ट्र किंवा त्यांनी प्राधिकृत केलेले अधिकारी विचारात घेतील.

३. उक्त अधिसूचनेच्या अनुषंगाने नागरिकांच्या हरकती किंवा सूचना असल्यास आयुक्त, सांगली मिरज आणि कुपवाड शहर महानगरपालिका यांचेकडे दिनांक ०६ एप्रिल २०१८ किंवा तत्पूर्वी लेखी सादर कराव्यात. उक्त तारखेनंतर आलेल्या हरकती व सूचना विचारात घेतल्या जाणार नाहीत .

No. SEC / MNC - 2018 / CR - 10/D - 5 , 2nd February 2018 .-- The State Election Commissioner , Maharashtra proposes to make the following Draft Notification under Section 5 (3) , 5 A and Section 14 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act , ( Bom.LIX of 1949 ) ( hereinafter referred to as the " said Act " ) to fix for the Sangli Miraj Kupwad City Municipal Corporation , the number and the extent of the wards into which the said municipal area shall be divided and to specify the wards reserved for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , the Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens ) , as the case may be , as shown in the Schedule to this Draft Order .

2. And whereas , the said Draft Order is hereby published as required by the Section 5( 3) of the said Act for information of all the residents within the jurisdiction of the Sangli - Miraj - Kupwad City Muncipal Corporation . And whereas , vide Order No. SEC /MNC - 2016/CR - 26/D - 5 , dated 20.08.2016The State Election Commission , Maharashtra , has conferred its rights to Municipal Commissioner , Sangli -Miraj- Kupwad City Municipal Corporation to publish the draft in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, this Draft Notification is being published and the said draft will be taken into consideration by the State Election Commissioner , Maharashtra or the Officer authorised by him for this purpose after dated 23.03.2018 .

And whereas , all persons who desire to raise any objections or suggestions to this draft should submit the same to the Municipal Commissioner , Sangli - Miraj - Kupwad City Municipal Corporation , in writing with reasons on or before dated 06.04.2018 Objections or suggestions received thereafter will not be considered.
