क्रमांक म.वि.वि.कं/शिर्डी/३१/१५८२ /२०१८ . ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र विमानतळ विकास कंपनी मर्यादित ( यापुढे जिचा उल्लेख " म.वि.वि.कं. " असा करण्यात आला आहे ) ही कंपनी , कंपनी अधिनियम, १९ ५६ अन्वये संस्थापित झाली आहे व महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या नियंत्रणाखाली कार्य करीत आहे .
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या नगर विकास विभागाने महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना अधिनियम , १ ९ ६६ ( १ ९ ६६ चा महाराष्ट्र क्रमांक ३७) (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख " उक्त अधिनियम" असा करण्यात आला आहे ) याच्या कलम ४० च्या, पोट- कलम १ ( ब) अन्वये म.वि.वि. कंपनीस काकडी, तालुका कोपरगाव , जिल्हा अहमदनगर येथील शिर्डी विमानतळाच्या क्षेत्रातील ३०२.८० हेक्टर अधिसूचित क्षेत्रासाठी शासन अधिसूचना क्रमांक टीपीएस -१६०८/२६६२/प्र . क्र. १११/० ९/युडी- ९, दिनांक २८ मे २०० ९ अन्वये " विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण " म्हणून नियुक्त केले आहे.
आणि ज्याअर्थी, म.वि.वि. कंपनीच्या संचालक मंडळाने ६२ व्या बैठकीत झालेल्या ठरावाद्वारे प्रारूप नियोजन प्रस्ताव व विकास नियंत्रण नियमावलीस , उक्त अधिनियमातील तरतुदींचे पालन करून प्रसिद्ध करण्यासाठी आणि शासनास सादर करण्यासाठी मान्यता दिली आहे.
त्याअर्थी, आता , उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ४० च्या पोट- कलम (३ ) च्या खंड (ड) द्वारे समाविष्ट केलेल्या कलम ११५ च्या पोट- कलम ( २ ) द्वारे उक्त क्षेत्रासाठीचा प्रारूप नियोजन प्रस्ताव आणि प्रारूप विकास नियंत्रण नियमावली हे जनतेच्या माहितीसाठी आणि महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात ही अधिसूचना प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांच्या आत त्यावर हरकती व सूचना मागविण्यासाठी याद्वारे प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहेत. हरकती व सूचना असतील तर त्या उपाध्यक्ष व व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक , म.वि.वि. कंपनी मर्यादित यांच्याकडे लेखी स्वरूपात व उपरोक्त पत्त्यावर विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधीत पोहोचतील अशा रीतीने पाठविण्यात याव्यात. सदर प्रस्ताव संचालक, नगररचना , महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे यांच्याकडे मान्यतेसाठी पाठविण्यापूर्वी मुदतीत प्राप्त झालेल्या हरकती व सूचनांवर उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ४० , पोट- कलम ( ३) च्या खंड (ड) द्वारे दाखल केलेल्या कलम ११५ च्या पोट- कलम (३ ) मध्ये तरतुदीनुसार यथायोग्य कार्यवाही करण्यात येईल.
वरील प्रारूप नियोजन प्रस्तावाची आणि प्रारूप विकास नियंत्रण विनियमाची प्रत जनतेच्या माहितीसाठी पुढील ठिकाणी उपलब्ध आहे: -- वि (एच) ९ २२

Notification
Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ( Mah . Act . XXXVII of 1966)
No. MADC / Shirdi / 31 / 1582 / 2018.- Whereas , the Maharashtra Airport Development Company Limited (hereinafter referred to " MADC " ) is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and functions under the superintendence and control of the Government of Maharashtra;
and whereas , Government . of Maharashtra in Urban Development Department has , in exercise of its powers conferred under sub- section ( 1 - B) of Section 40 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ( Mah . XXXVII of 1966 ) ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Act " ) , vide Government Notification No. TPS- 1608 / 2662 /CR - 111 / 09 / UD - 9 , dated 28th May /2009 ; appointed MADC to be the Special Planning Authority for the notified area of Shirdi Airport area at Kakadi , taluka Kopargaon , district Ahmednagar admeasuring 302.80 Hactare and comprises area from Kakadi village of Kopargaon Taluka of Ahmednagar district ;, and whereas , MADC , had in accordance with sub - section (2) of Section 115 as substituted by Clause (d) of sub- section (3) of Section 40 of the said Act carried out survey of the aforesaid notified area and prepared the existing land use map and accordingly prepared the Draft Proposal for the development of land within its jurisdiction ;
and whereas , the Board of Directors of MADC , in its 62nd Board meeting held on 28th December 2017 , has approved the Draft Planning Proposal and Development Control Regulations , for publishing and submittingto the Government after following the due process under the said Act.
Now, therefore , as required by sub - section (2) of Section 115 as substituted by Clause (d) of sub- section (3) of Section 40 of the said Act , the Draft Planning Proposal and Draft Development Control Regulations for the said area , are hereby published , for information and inviting suggestions and objections thereto from the public within a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette . The Suggestions and objections , if any, will be sent in writing and addressed to Vice Chairman and Managing Director , MADCLtd. on the above address , so as to reach within stipulated period . The suggestions/ objections received during stipulated period will be duly processed in accordance with the law embodied in sub- section (3) of Section 115 as substituted by Clause (d) of sub- section (3 ) of Section 40 of the said Act , before submitting the proposal to the Director of Town Planning , Maharashtra State , Pune for approval .
A Copy of above Draft Planning Proposals and Draft Development Control Regulations is kept open for inspection of the public at following offices :-
