BOMBAY INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT, 1946.
No. BIR-32018/C.R.-80/LAB-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Bombay Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (11 of 1947), and with reference to the Notification No. ICE-0218/C.R. 06/Lab-6, dated 3rd March 2018 of the Industries, Energy and Labour Department, Mumbai, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Judicial Officer shown in Column No. 2 in place of the Judicial Officer shown in Column No. 3 as the Member of Industrial Court shown in Column No. 4 of the schedule appointed here to.
