Whereas, the Development Plan of Warud, Tq. Warud, District Amravati has been partly sanctioned by the Government under Section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as " the said Act ") vide Notification No. TPS-283-1896-CR-8(B)- 2004-UD-30, Dated 15th July, 2005 and has come into force with effect from the 1st September, 2005 and the remaining part has been sanctioned vide No. TPS-2806-379-CR-243-2006-UD-30, dated the 6th June, 2007 and has come into force with effect from 16th July, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as " the said Development Plan ") ;
And whereas, according to the proposals of the said Development Plan, the land bearing Survey Nos. 503, 483, 281, 172 to 197 of City Warud (hereinafter referred to as " the said Land ") is reserved for " Site No. 28-Garden ", D. P. Raod, " Site No. 53-Garden" and 18 mt. wide D. P. Road respectively (herein- after referred to as " the said Reservation ") ;
And whereas, Warud Municipal Council vide its General Body Resolution No. 01, dated 04-08-2009 resolved to delete the said reservation from the said land and the land so released is proposed to be included in Residential Zone (hereinafter referred to as " the said Modification ") by carrying out a modification to the said Development Plan, and submitted the said modification proposal without follow- ing the legal formalities stipulated under Section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as " the said Act ") ;
And whereas, after making necessary enquiries and after consulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, the Government is of the opinion that the said modification needs to be rejected ;
Now therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 37 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby refuses to accord sanction to the said Modification.
This Notification shall be kept open for inspection by the general public during office hours in the Office of the Chief Officer, Warud Municipal Council, Warud.
This notification shall also be published on the Government website www.maharashtra.gov.in/Act & Rules.

Under the provision of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 the Development Plan of Buldana has been sanctioned by Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune vide No. D. P. Buldana (R.)-T. P. V.-6-8486, Date 3-11-1990. And has come into force with effect from Date 1-1-1991.
As per provisions under Section 38 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 at least once in twenty years from the date of coming into force of the sanctioned Development Plan. The Planning Authority may take up the 2nd revision of such Development Plan.
Taking into consideration the trend of Development and other circumstances etc. Municipal Council, Buldana vide General Body Resolution No. 18, Date 24-11-2017. Has decided to declare its intention to prepare the 2nd Revised Development Plan for entire Municipal limits of Buldana Town as per Section 38 and 23(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
The map duly signed by the President, Municipal Council, Buldana showing the entire limits of Municipal Council for which the Development Plan is to be prepared is kept open in office of the Municipal Council, Buldana for inspection of public during office hours. The objections or suggestions if any regarding the aforesaid map are invited in writing within a period of Sixty (60) days from publica- tion of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette. All the Objection/Suggestions received within the stipulated period shall be considered by the Municipal Council, Buldana.

Whereas, the Maharashtra Slum (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 has come into force with effect from 3rd day of September 1971, in the areas within the limits of the Municipal Council, Yavatmal by the Government of Maharashtra vide Govt. Notification of Urban Development, Public Health and Housing Department, No. SCA- 1571-35325, dated 3rd September 1971.
And whereas, I am being appointed as a Competent Authority, I am satisfied that area specified in the schedule hereto (hereinafter referred to "as said Area") is a source danger to health, safety or convenience of the public of that area and of its neighbourhood by reason of the area being over-crowed and lacking in basic amenities have rendered them in sanitary squalid or otherwise.

The Draft 13 Urban Growth Centers of Regional Plan Yavatmal has been prepared and it has been decided in the Regional Planning Board Meeting held on 27 March 2018 vide Resolution No. 2 to publish the said plan under Section 16(1) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.
Copies of the Draft 13 Urban Growth Centers of Regional Plan Yavatmal are available for inspection in the Following Offices during office hours.

Any Objections or Suggestions stating reasons with respect to the Draft Urban Growth Centers Plan may be sent in writing to the Board before the Expiry of 4 Months (Four) from the date of publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette which will be considered by the Regional Planning Committee and giving hearing to the Applicant to be heard with such objections or suggestions by the Regional Planning Committee before it submit its report to the Director of Town Planning through Regional Planning Board.
