Act No. XI of 2015) published on 6th April 2015, Home Department Government is pleased to constitute the Police Establishment Board at the Level of Specialized Agencies, namely Crime Investigation Department, State Intelligence Department, Protection of Civil Rights, Anti-Corruption Bureau, State Reserve Police Force, Anti Terrorist Squad and Highway Traffic.

क्रमांक बीएड४६१५/प्र.क्र.२१०/मशि-२.---महाराष्ट्र विना अनुदानित खाजगी व्यावसायिक शैक्षणिक संस्था (प्रवेश व शुल्क यांचे विनियमन) अधिनियम, २०१५ (२०१५ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र.२८) याच्या कलम २ च्या खंड (द) आणि कलम-३ ची पोट कलमे (१) व (२) यांद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि शासकीय अधिसूचना उच्च व तंत्र शिक्षण विभाग क्रमांक एमआयएससी-२०१५/प्र.क्र. २५२/ तांशि-४, दिनांक १६ जून २०१५ अनुसार, महाराष्ट्र शासन, यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ (२) मध्ये नमूद केलेले जादा शैक्षणिक अभ्यासक्रम हे, व्यावसायिक शैक्षणिक अभ्यासक्रम म्हणून घोषित व अधिसूचित करीत आहे; आणि अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ (३) मध्ये अशा अभ्यासक्रमाच्या संबंधात प्रवेशासाठी नमूद केलेल्या अटी व शर्ती ह्य, त्यासाठीच्या पात्रतेच्या अटी व शर्ती असतील असे विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहे :-----

१. (क) शिक्षणशास्त्र पदवी (बी.एड) प्राप्त करण्यासाठी
शिक्षणशास्त्र पदवी अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष
(ख) शिक्षणशास्त्र पदवी (बी.एड) प्राप्त करण्यासाठी,
मु व दूरस्थ अध्यापन शिक्षण पद्धतीमार्फत
(एक) उमेदवार भारतीय नागरिक असला पाहिजे आणि त्याने, विज्ञान व गणित/ समाजशास्त्रे (इतिहास/भूगोल/अर्थशास्त्र/राज्यशास्त्र/मानसशास्त्र/तवज्ञान/ शिक्षणशास्त्र/ ग्रंथालय)/ मानव्यशास्त्र (सर्व भाषा व साहित्य)/वाणिज्य, या विषयांसह किमान ५० टक्के गुण प्राप्त करून (मागासवर्ग प्रवर्गाच्या बाबतीत किमान ४५ टक्के गुण) पदवी परीक्षा आणि / किंवा पदव्युत्तर (मास्टर्स) पदवी उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी.
शिक्षणशास्त्र पदवी अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
किंवा
(ग) शिक्षणशास्त्र पदवी (बी.एड) प्राप्त करण्यासाठी (दोन) उमेदवार भारतीय नागरिक असावा आणि त्याने, अभियांत्रिकी आणि तंत्रशास्त्र शिक्षणशास्त्र (अंशकालीन) पदवी अध्ययनक्रमाचे
(विज्ञान व विशेष विषय म्हणून गणित यासह) पदवी आणि/किंवा पदव्युत्तर पदवी परीक्षा प्रथम वर्ष.
उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी. व्यवस्थापन/अभियांत्रिकी/संगणक/ कायदा/माहिती/तंत्रज्ञान/कृषि/ (घ) बी.ए.बी.एड/बी.एस.स्सी. बी.एड पदवी प्राप्त बीबीआय/वैद्यकशास्त्र/सर्व सामाजिक शास्त्रे/ललित कला/ प्रयोगनिष्ठ कला (संगीत/ करण्यासाठी ४ वषार्ंच्या संकलित अध्ययनक्रमाचे नृत्य/नाटय इ.) या विषयांसह परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी आणि किमान ५५टक्के गुण प्रथम वर्ष
(मागासवर्गातील प्रवर्गाच्या बाबतीत ५० टक्के गुण) मिळविलेले असावेत.

(ङ) बी.एड एम.एड (संकलित) पदवी प्राप्त करण्यासाठी बी.एड एम.एड(तीन वषार्ंचा संकलित अभ्यासक्रम) अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
उमेदवाराने वरील (एक) आणि (दोन) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या विषयांमध्ये महाराष्ट्र शासनाकडून समकक्ष पदवी आणि / किंवा पदव्युत्तर पदवी म्हणून मान्यता देण्यात आलेली पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी.
किंवा
उमेदवाराने, केंद्र किंवा राज्य विधानमंडळाच्या अधिनियमाद्वारे संस्थापित केलेल्या मु (च) बी.ए.बी.एड पदवी प्राप्त करण्यासाठी बी.ए. बी.एड (दृष्टी क्षीणता) अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
विद्यापीठाने दिलेली कोणतीही पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी.
किंवा
(छ) बी.एड पदवी प्राप्त करण्यासाठी बी.एड (विशेष शिक्षण-दृष्टी क्षीणता)अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
उमेदवाराने, केंद्र किंवा राज्य विधानमंडळाच्या अधिनियमाद्वारे, संस्थापित केलेल्या किंवा विद्यापीठ अनुदान आयोग, १९५६ याच्या कलम ३ अन्वये अभिमत विद्यापीठ म्हणून घोषित केलेल्या कोणत्याही विद्यापीठाकडून देण्यात येणाया कोणत्याही पदवीची अंतिम वर्षाची परीक्षा दिलेली असली पाहिजे.
(ज) बी.एड पदवी प्राप्त करण्यासाठी बी.एड (विशेष शिक्षण-श्रवण क्षीणता) अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
इतर राज्य उमेदवार :
(झ) बी.एड पदवी प्राप्त करण्यासाठी बी.एड (विशेष शिक्षण-मानसिक विकलांगता) अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
(ञ) बी.एड पदवी प्राप्त करण्यासाठी बी.एड (विशेष शिक्षण-अध्ययन विकलांगता) अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
उमेदवार भारतीय नागरिक असावा आणि त्याने, केंद्र किंवा राज्य विधानमंडळाच्या अधिनियमाद्वारे संस्थापित केलेल्या किंवा विद्यापीठ अनुदान आयोग अधिनियम, १९५६ याच्या कलम ३ अन्वये अभिमत विद्यापीठ म्हणून घोषित केलेल्या कोणत्याही विद्यापीठाकडून भारतीय विद्यापीठ संघाने मान्यता दिलेल्या कोणत्याही विद्या शाखेतील किमान तीन वषार्ंच्या कालावधीची पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी किंवा मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकारने/राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषदेने (एनसीटीई) मान्यता दिलेली समकक्ष अर्हता, सर्व प्रवगार्ंसाठी किमान ५५ टक्के गुण मिळवून धारण केलेली असावी.
किंवा
(ट) बी.एड पदवी प्राप्त करण्यासाठी बी.एड (विशेष शिक्षण-चलन व चेतासंस्था विकार) अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
(ठ) बी.एड पदवी प्राप्त करण्यासाठी बी.एड (विशेष शिक्षण) एच.आय/व्ही.आय./एम.आर./ एल.आय./आणि सी.पी. दूरस्थ अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
(ड) बी.एड पदवी प्राप्त करण्यासाठी बी.एड (विशेष शिक्षण-ऑटीझम स्पेक्ट्रम डिसऑर्डर) अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
उमेदवाराने, केंद्र किंवा राज्य विधानमंडळाच्या अधिनियमाद्वारे संस्थापित केलेल्या किंवा विद्यापीठ अनुदान आयोग, अधिनियम, १९५६ याच्या कलम ३ अन्वये अभिमत विद्यापीठ म्हणून घोषित केलेल्या कोणत्याही विद्यापीठातून भारतीय विद्यापीठ संघाने मान्यता दिलेल्या कोणत्याही विद्या शाखेतील, किमान तीन वषार्ंच्या कालावधीची पदवी असणाया परीक्षेच्या अंतिम वर्षाची परीक्षा दिलेली असावी किंवा मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकारने/राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषदेने मान्यता दिलेली समकक्ष अर्हता धारण केलेली असावी. पदवी परीक्षा किमान ५५ टक्के गुणांनी उत्तीर्ण होण्याच्या अधीन राहून अशा उमेदवाराचा तात्पुरत्या प्रवेशासाठी विचार करण्यात येईल.
(ढ) बी.एड पदवी प्राप्त करण्यासाठी बी.एड (विशेष शिक्षण)- संकलित अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
२ शिक्षणशास्त्र पदव्युत्तर पदवी (एम.एड) प्राप्त करण्यासाठी शिक्षणशास्त्र पदव्युत्तर पदवी अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
उमेदवार भारतीय नागरिक असावा आणि त्याने, किमान ५० टक्के गुणांसह (मागास प्रवर्गाच्या बाबतीत किमान ४५टक्के गुण) राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषदेच्या मान्यताप्राप्त व मान्यताप्राप्त अकृषि विद्यापीठाशी संलग्नित असणाया बी.एड महाविद्यालयामधून (१) बी.एड, (२) बी.ए.बी.एड/बी.एस्सी बी.एड, (३) बी.एल.एड्, (४) डी.एल.एड्. (५० टक्के गुण यासह) पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी.
किंवा
मान्यताप्राप्त अकृषि विद्यापीठाशी संलग्न असणाया राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक परिषदेने मान्यता दिलेल्या बी.एड महाविद्यालयामधून कोणत्याही बी.एड अभ्यासक्रमाची अंतिम वर्षाची परीक्षा दिलेली असावी.

उमेदवार भारतीय नागरिक असावा आणि त्याने, किमान ५० टक्के गुणांसह (मागास प्रवर्गाच्या बाबतीत किमान ४५ टक्के गुण) राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषदेने मान्यता दिलेल्या, मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाशी संलग्नित असणाया बी.एड महाविद्यालयामधून बी.एड (विशेष शिक्षण दृष्टी क्षीणता) ही पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी.

राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषदेने मान्यता दिलेल्या, मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाशी संलग्नित असणाया बी.एड महाविद्यालयातून बी.एड (विशेष शिक्षण दृष्टी क्षीणता) ही अंतिम परीक्षा दिलेली असावी.
४ शिक्षणशास्त्र पदव्युत्तर पदवी (एम.एड) प्राप्त करण्यासाठी शिक्षणशास्त्र पदव्युत्तर पदवी एम. एड (विशेष शिक्षण-श्रवण क्षीणता) अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
उमेदवार भारतीय नागरिक असावा आणि त्याने, किमान ५० टक्के गुणांसह (मागास प्रवर्गाच्या बाबतीत किमान ४५ टक्के गुण) राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषदेने मान्यता दिलेल्या, मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाशी संलग्नित असणाया बी.एड महाविद्यालयामधून बी.एड (विशेष शिक्षण श्रवण क्षीणता) ही पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी.

५ शिक्षणशास्त्र पदव्युत्तर पदवी (एम.एड) प्राप्त करण्यासाठी शिक्षणशास्त्र पदव्युत्तर पदवी एम. एड (विशेष शिक्षण-मानसिक विकलांगता) अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
किंवा
६ शारीरिक शिक्षण पदवी (बी.पी.एड) प्राप्त करण्यासाठी शारीरिक शिक्षण पदवी अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषदेने मान्यता दिलेल्या, मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाशी संलग्नित असणाया बी.एड महाविद्यालयातून बी.एड (विशेष शिक्षण मानसिक विकलांगता) ही अंतिम परीक्षा दिलेली असावी. उमेदवार भारतीय नागरिक असावा आणि त्याने, किमान ५० टक्के गुण मिळवून (मागास प्रवर्गाच्या बाबतीत किमान ४५ टक्के गुण) कोणत्याही विद्या शाखेतील पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी आणि एआययू/आयओए/एसजीएफआय/भारत सरकार यांच्याकडून मान्यताप्राप्त क्रीडा व खेळ यामध्ये आंतर महाविद्यालयीन/आंतरविभागीय/जिल्हा/शालेय स्पधार्ंमध्ये किमान सहभाग घेतलेला असावा.
किंवा उमेदवारांने ४५ टक्के गुणांसह (मागास प्रवर्गाच्या बाबतीत किमान ४० टक्के गुण) शारीरिक शिक्षणामधील पदवी उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी.
किंवा उमेदवाराने, किमान ४५ टक्के गुणांसह (मागास प्रवर्गाच्या बाबतीत किमान ४० टक्के गुण) कोणत्याही विद्या शाखेमधील पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी आणि शारीरिक शिक्षण हा विषय अनिवार्य/ऐच्छिक विषय म्हणून अभ्यास केलेला असावा.
किंवा उमेदवाराने ४५ टक्के गुणांसह (मागास प्रवर्गाच्या बाबतीत किमान ४० टक्के गुण) पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी आणि त्याने राष्ट्रीय/ आंतरविद्यापीठीय/राज्य स्पधार्ंमध्ये सहभाग घेतलेला असावा किंवा एआययू/आयओए/एसीएफआय/ भारत सरकार यांनी मान्यता दिलेल्या क्रीडा प्रकारांत व खेळांमध्ये आंतर महाविद्यालय/ आंतर विभागीय/ जिल्हा/शालेय स्पधार्ंमध्ये पहिले, दुसरे किंवा तिसरे स्थान पटकावलेले असावे.

किंवा उमेदवाराने ४५टक्के गुणांसह (मागास प्रवर्गाच्या बाबतीत किमान ४० टक्के गुण) पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी आणि त्याला किमान तीन वषार्ंचा अध्यापनाचा अनुभव असावा. (प्रतिनियुक्तीवर सेवेत असणारे उमेदवार; ते म्हणजे, प्रशिक्षित शारीरिक शिक्षण शिक्षक/प्रशिक्षक).
उमेदवार भारतीय नागरिक असावा आणि त्याने किमान ५० टक्के इतक्या गुणांसह (मागास प्रवर्गाच्या बाबतीत किमान ४५ टक्के गुण) शारीरिक शिक्षणामधील पदवी (बी.पी.एड) किंवा त्यास समकक्ष पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी.
७ शारीरिक शिक्षण पदव्युत्तर पदवी (एम.पीएड) प्राप्त करण्यासाठी शारीरिक शिक्षणाच्या पदव्युत्तर पदवीच्या अध्ययनक्रमाचे प्रथम वर्ष.
किंवा
उमेदवाराने किमान ५० टक्के गुणांसह (मागास प्रवर्गाच्या बाबतीत किमान ४५ टक्के गुण)
आरोग्य व शारीरिक शिक्षण विज्ञान(बी.एस्सी.) पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी.

MAHARASHTRA UN-AIDED PRIVATE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (REGULATIONS OF ADMISSION AND FEES) ACT, 2015.
No. BEd. 4615/C.R. 210/Mashi.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (r) of section 2 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Un-aided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission and Fees) Act, 2015 (Mah. Act. No.28 of 2015) and in continuation of the Government Notification, Higher and Technical Education Department, No.MISC.2015/CR No.252/TE-4, Dated 16th June 2015, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares and notifies the additional educational courses of study mentioned in column (2) of the schedule appended hereto be the Professional Educational Courses and specifies that the conditions and the requirements for admissions mentioned in respect of such course, in column (3) of the schedule shall be the eligibility conditions and requirements, therefor.

1 (a) First year of Bachelor of education programme leading to Bachelor of Education Degree (B.Ed.)
(i) The candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree with subjects Sciences and Maths/Social Sciences (History/ Geography/Economics/Political Sciences/ Psycology/ Philosophy/ Education/Library)/Humanity Sciences (all languages and literature)/Commerce and secured minimum 50% marks (Minimum 45% marks in case of Backward Class catagories).

(b) First year of Bachelor of education programme through open and distance learning system leading to Bachelor of Education Degree (B.Ed.)
(c) First year of Bachelor of education programme (part- time)leading to Bachelor of Education Degree (B.Ed.)
(d) First year of 4 year integrated programme leading to Bachelor of B.A.B.Ed./ B.Sc.B.Ed. degree.
(ii) The candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree with subjects in Engineering and Technology/ (with Science and Maths as a special subjects) / Bachelors Degree with the subjects Management / Engineering / Computers / Law/Information / Technology / Agriculture/ BBI / Medical Sciences /All Social Sciences / Fine Art / Performing Art (Music/Dance / Drama etc.) and secured minimum 55% marks (Minimum 50% marks in case of Backward Class catagories).
OR
(e) First year of B.Ed. M.Ed. (Three year integrated) programme leading to Bachelor of B.Ed.,M.Ed. (Integrated) Degree.
The candidate should have passed Bachelor's Degree recognized as an equivalent degree by the Government of Maharashtra, to the Bachelors Degree and/or Master's Degree in subjects mentioned in (i) and (ii) above.
OR
(f) First year of B. A. B. Ed. programme leading to Bachelor of (Special Education-Visual Impairment) Degree.
The candidate should have passed any Bachelor's Degree given by Open University incorporated by an act of the Central or State Legislature.

duration in any descipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India/NCTE with minimum 55% of marks for all catagories.

(k) First year of B.Ed. programme leading to Bachelor of (Special Education – Locomotor and Neurological Disorder) Degree.
The candidate should be appeared for the final year examination of any Bachelor's Degree awarded by any of the universities incorporated by an act of the Central or State Legislature or declared to be Deemed University under section 3 of the UGC act, 1956 of minimum 3 years (l) First year of B.Ed. programme leading to Bachelor of (Special Education – H.I./V.I./M.R./L.I. and C.P.-distant) Degree.
duration in any descipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India/NCTE. Such candidate can be considered for provisional admission subject to passing the degree examination with minimum 55% of marks.
(m) First year of B.Ed. programme leading to Bachelor of (Special Education – Autism Spectrum Disorder) Degree.
(n) First year of B.Ed. programme leading to Bachelor of (Special Education – Integrated) Degree.
The candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed Bachelor's Degree from NCTE approved B.Ed. college affiliated to recognized non 2 First year of Master of education programme leading to Master of Education Degree (M.Ed.)
Agricultural University, in (1) B.Ed., (2) B.A.B.Ed.,/ B.Sc.B.Ed., (3) B.El.Ed., (4) D.El.Ed. with an under graduate degree (with 50% marks in each) with minimum 50% marks (Minimum 45% marks in case of Backward Class catagories.)

6 First year of Bachelor of physical education programme leading to Bachelor of Physical Education Degree (B.P.Ed.)
The candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 50% marks (Minimum 45% marks in case of Backward Class catagories) and having atleast participation in the inter-college/inter-zonal/ district/school compitition in sports and games as recognized by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/ Government of India.

The candidate should have passed Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education with 45% marks (Minimum 40% marks in case of Backward Class catagories).
OR
The candidate should have passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline 45% marks (Minimum 40% marks in case of Backward Class catagories) and studied Physical Education as compulsory/elective subject.

The candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or equivalent with atleast 50% of Marks (Minimum 45% marks in case of Backward Class catagories.).

The candidate should have passed Bachelor's Degree of Science (B.Sc.) in health and Physical Education with atleast 50% marks (Minimum 45% marks in case of Backward Class catagories.).

MAHARASHTRA UN-AIDED PRIVATE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (REGULATIONS OF ADMISSION AND FEES) ACT, 2015.
No. Shulk-2012/C.R.183/12/Mashi-2.—Whereas, pursuant to the judgment and order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of T.M.A. Pai Foundation and Others Vs State of Karnataka and Others [(2002) 8 SCC 481], the Government of Maharashtra has constituted the Pravesh Niyantran Samiti and the Shulka Niyantran Samiti (hereinafter referred to as " the said Samitis") to regulate the admissions and the charging of Fees by unaided private professional educational institutions ;
And whereas, with a view to give statutory framework to the said Committees and to provide for regulation of admissions and fees by the Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions; the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 (Mah. Act. No.28 of 2015) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") has been promulgated on the 17th August 2015 ;
And whereas, the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 (hereinafter referred to as "the NCTE Act") is primarily concern with the setting up of a National Council for the purpose of ensuring planned and co-ordinated development of teacher education system and also the regulation and maintenance of norms and standard for the same ;
And whereas, section 32(d)(v) of the NCTE Act provides the powers of make regulations in respect of tuition fees chargeable by institutions under Clause (h) of section 12, the National Council has framed the "National Council for Teacher Education (Guidelines for Regulations of Tuition Fees and other fees chargeable by Unaided Teacher Education Institutions) Amendment Regulations, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as "the 2010 Regulations") with effect from 29th August 2010 ;
And whereas, Regulation 4 of the 2010 Regulations clearly stipulated that the Eligibility and Procedure of Admission will be regulated as per the policy of State Government and in terms of NCTE Regulations, laying down the norms and standard for various Unaided Teachers Education programmes ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has declared the Degree courses namely the B.Ed., B.P.Ed., M.Ed. and M.P.Ed. as courses of professional education by notification No.BEd- 4615/C.R.210/Mashi-2, dated 21st January 2016.
Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the said Act and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following order :—
1. This order may be called the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admissions and Fees) (Further Removal of Difficulty) Order, 2016.
2. During the period of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 (Mah. Act. No.28 of 2015) is in force, the functions of the Admissions Regulating Authority under section 9 of the said Act, in respect of the B.Ed., M.Ed., B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed. courses shall be discharged by Pravesh Niyamak Pradhikaran and that the function relating to the regulation of fees in respect of such courses shall be discharged by the Shikshan Shulk Samiti in accordance with the provisions of the 2010 Regulations of NCTE.
