No. BIR-42018/C.R. 97/Lab-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Bombay Industrial Relation Act, 1946 (11 of 1947), and with reference to the Notification No. ICE-0218/C.R. 06/ Lab-6, dated 3rd March 2018 of the Industries, Energy and Labour Department, Mumbai the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Judicial Officer shown in Column No. 2 in place of the judicial officer shown in Column No. 3, as the Member of Industrial Court shown in Column No. 4 of the schedule appended hereto.
