क्रमांक बाकस-२०१८/प्र. क्र. ३०(१)/का-०३.----बाल न्याय (मुलांची काळजी व संरक्षण) अधिनियम, २०१५ (२०१६ चा २) मधील कलम २७ च्या पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेले अधिकार व त्यानुषंगाने देण्यात आलेले इतर अधिकार यांचा वापर करून आणि मुंबई शहर जिल्ह्यसंदर्भात सद्यस्थितीत अस्तित्वात असलेल्या सर्व अधिसूचना व त्यानुषंगाने देण्यात आलेले आदेश अधिक्रमित करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे मुंबई शहर या जिल्ह्यसाठी बाल कल्याण समिती गठीत करीत आहे आणि उक्त अधिनियमांतर्गत काळजी व संरक्षणाची गरज असलेल्या बालकांसाठी समितीला प्रदान केलेल्या शक्ती व कर्तव्य पार पाडण्याकरीता अध्यक्ष व सदस्यांची सदर अधिसूचना शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध केलेल्या दिनांकापासून तीन वषार्ंच्या कालावधीसाठी नियुक्ती करीत आहे.

No. CWC-2018/CR 30(32)/D-3.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 27 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (2 of 2016) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all existing notifications and orders issued in this behalf relating to Chandrapur District, the Government of Maharashtra hereby constitutes the Child Welfare Committee for Chandrapur District and appoints Chairperson and Members for period of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, for exercising the powers and to discharge the duties conferred on such committee, in relation to children in need of care and protection under the act.
