क्रमांक औविअ-४२०१८/प्र.क्र. ९६/कामगार-२.----औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, १९४७ (१९४७ चा चौदा) यांच्या कलम ७(अ) व ८ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून तसेच उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग यांची अधिसूचना क्रमांक आयसीई-०२१८/प्र.क्र. ६/काम--६, दिनांक ३ मार्च २०१८ रोजीच्या अधिसूचनेस अनुसरून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे खालील परिशिष्टातील रकाना क्रमांक २ मध्ये दर्शविलेल्या न्यायिक अधिकायाची रकाना क्रमांक ३ मधील न्यायिक अधिकायाच्या जागी रकाना क्रमांक ४ मध्ये दर्शविल्यानुसार पीठासीन अधिकारी, औद्योगिक न्यायाधिकरण या पदावर नियुक्ती करीत आहे.

INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE ACT, 1947.
No. IDA-42018/C.R. 96/Lab-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7A and 8 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), and with reference to the Notification No. ICE-0218/C.R. 06/Lab- 6, dated 3rd March 2018 of the Industries, Energy and Labour Department, Mumbai the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Judicial Officer shown in Column No. 2 in place of the judicial officer shown in Column No. 3, as the Presiding Officer of Industrial Tribunal shown in Column No. 4 of the schedule appointed hereto.
