क्रमांक सेप्रनि-२०१६/प्र. क्र. १७१/आस्था-१.----- भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद ३०९ च्या परंतुकाद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागाच्या अधिपत्याखालील महाराष्ट्र अभियांत्रिकी सेवा वर्ग-१ मधील अधीक्षक अभियंता (स्थापत्य) (सेवाप्रवेश) नियम, १९८३ मध्ये पुढीलप्रमाणेे सुधारणा करीत आहेत :----
१. या नियमांना सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागाच्या अधिपत्याखालील महाराष्ट्र अभियांत्रिकी सेवा वर्ग-१ मधील अधीक्षक अभियंता (स्थापत्य) (सेवाप्रवेश) (सुधारणा) नियम, २०१८ असे म्हणावे.
२. सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागाच्या अधिपत्याखालील महाराष्ट्र अभियांत्रिकी सेवा वर्ग-१ मधील अधीक्षक अभियंता (स्थापत्य) (सेवाप्रवेश) नियम, १९८३ (यापुढे सदर नियमाला " मुख्य नियम " असे संबोधण्यात यावे), मधील " वर्ग-१ ", या शब्द आणि अक्षराऐवजी " गट-अ ", असे शब्द आणि अक्षर दाखल करण्यात येत आहे.
३. मुख्य नियमांतील नियम-२ मध्ये " वर्ग-१ ", या शब्द आणि अक्षराऐवजी " गट-अ " असे शब्द आणि अक्षर दाखल करण्यात येत आहे.
४. मुख्य नियमांतील नियम-३ ऐवजी पुढीलप्रमाणे नियम दाखल करण्यात येत आहेत :----
" ३. नियम-२ च्या उपबंधाना बाधा येऊ न देता, नियम-२ मध्ये र्िनदिष्ट केलेल्या व्यक्तींना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या महाराष्ट्र अभियांत्रिकी सेवा गट-अ व गट-ब मध्ये असतांना पुढील दोन गटांपैकी गट-अ, मधील एक किंवा अधिक शाखांतील कमीतकमी तीन वषार्ंचा आणि गट-ब, मधील एक किंवा अधिक शाखांतील कमीतकमी एका वर्षाचा अनुभव असला पाहिजे.

भाग चार-अ--८३---१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, एप्रिल ९, २०१७ / चैत्र १९, शके १९४० (अ) (एक) संशोधन,
(दोन) संकल्पचित्र, (तीन) प्रकल्प तयार करणे, किंवा (चार) अन्वेषण किंवा,
(ब) (एक) बांधकाम, किंवा
(दोन) व्यवस्थापन.
५. सदर पदावर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने, याबाबत करण्यात आलेल्या नियमानुसार, हिंदी व मराठी भाषा परीक्षा, अगोदर उत्तीर्ण केलेल्या नसतील किंवा त्या परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्यापासून तिला सूट मिळाली नसेल तर तिला सदर परीक्षा विहित मुदतीत उत्तीर्ण करणे आवश्यक राहील.
६. सदर पदावर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने माहिती व तंत्र संचालनालयाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेले संगणक संचलन प्रमाणपत्र विहित मुदतीत धारण करणे आवश्यक राहील. ".

NOTIFICATION
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No. RTR-2016/CR-171/Estt.1— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Superintending Engineer (Civil) in the Maharashtra Services of Engineers, Class-I (in the Public Works Department) (Recuritment) Rules, 1983, as follows, namely :—
1. These rules may be called the Superintending Engineer (Civil) in the Maharashtra Services of Engineers, Class-I (in the Public Works Department) (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
2. In rule 1 of the Superintending Engineer (Civil) in the Maharashtra Services of Engineers, Class-I (in the Public Works Department) (Recruitment) Rules, 1983 (hereinafter referred to as " the principal Rules "), for the word and letter " Class I," the word and letter " Group A, " shall be substituted.
3. In rule 2 of the principal Rules, for the word and letter " Class I ", the word and letter " Group- A," shall be substituted.
4. For rule 3 of the principal Rules, the following rules shall be substituted, namely :—
" 3. Without prejudice to the provisions of rule 2, the person referred to in the rule 2, shall have, while in the Maharashtra Services of Engineers, Group-A and Group B, under the Government of Maharashtra, gained an experience of not less than three years in any one or more branches from Category I and not less than one year in any one or more branches from Category II, namely :—
I. (i) research,
(ii) designs,
(iii) project preparation, or
(iv) investigation ;
II . (i) construction, or
(ii) management.
5. A person appointed to the post shall be required to pass the examinations in Hindi and Marathi languages within prescribed period according to the rules made in that behalf, unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing those examinations.
6. A person appointed to the post shall possess a Certificate in Computer Operations within prescribed period as prescribed by the Directorate of Information Technology, Government of Maharashtra, from time to time. ".
