क्रमांक ज.श. मनपा/सार्व. निवडणूक/४१/२०१८. ज्याअर्थी , रानिआ/मनपा-२०१८/प्र.क्र. १६/का-५ , दिनांक १४ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ अन्वये राज्य निवडणूक आयुक्त, यांनी महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम ( सन १ ९ ४ ९ चा मुंबई ५ ९) ( यापुढे "उक्त अधिनियम " म्हणून उल्लेखिलेला) चे कलम ५ (३) , ५ -अ व कलम १४ अन्वये प्रारूप अधिसूचना प्रसिद्ध करण्याचे ठरविले आहे . सदर अधिसूचनेद्वारे जळगाव शहर महानगरपालिका क्षेत्रातील प्रभागांची संख्या व त्यांची व्याप्ती आणि ज्या प्रभागांमध्ये अनुसूचित जाती , अनुसूचित जमाती अणि नागरिकांचा मागासवर्ग प्रवर्गाच्या जागा आणि त्याचप्रमाणे स्त्रियांसाठी ( अनुसूचित जाती , अनुसूचित जमाती आणि नागरिकांचा मागासवर्ग स्त्रियांसह) जागा राखून ठेवण्यात येतील;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, प्रारूप मसुदा उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ५ , पोट कलम (३) च्या परंतुकाप्रमाणे जळगाव शहर महानगरपालिका क्षेत्रातील सर्व रहिवाशांच्या माहितीसाठी प्रसिद्ध करावयाचा आहे. ज्याअर्थी राज्य निवडणूक आयोग , महाराष्ट्र राज्य यांचे आदेश क्रमांक रानिआ/मनपा-२०१८/प्र . क्र. १६/का. - ५ , दिनांक १४ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ नुसार सदर अधिसूचनेचा प्रारूप मसुदा राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध करण्याचे अधिकार महानगरपालिका आयुक्त यांना प्रदान करण्यात आले आहेत. आणि त्यानुसार सदर प्रारूप मसुदा प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत असून , उक्त अधिसूचनेचा मसुदा दिनांक २१ एप्रिल २०१८ नंतर आयुक्त, राज्य निवडणूक आयोग , महाराष्ट्र राज्य किंवा त्यांनी प्राधिकृत केलेले अधिकारी विचारात घेतील.

उक्त अधिसूचनेच्या अनुषंगाने नागरिकांच्या हरकती किंवा सूचना असल्यास आयुक्त, जळगाव शहर महानगरपालिका यांचेकडे दिनांक २१ एप्रिल २०१८ रोजी किंवा तत्पूर्वी लेखी सादर कराव्यात . उक्त तारखेनंतर आलेल्या हरकती व सूचना विचारात घेतल्या जाणार नाहीत .

प्रारूप अधिसूचना

ज्याअर्थी, राज्य निवडणूक आयुक्त, महाराष्ट्र राज्य यांनी महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियमाच्या कलम ५ - अ च्या तरतुदीखाली जळगाव शहर महानगरपालिकेच्या बाबतीत खालील दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे निवडावयाच्या सभासदांची संख्या, अनुसूचित जाती , अनुसूचित जमाती आणि नागरिकांचा मागासवर्ग प्रवर्ग यांच्यासाठी राखून ठेवावयाच्या जागा व स्त्रियांसाठी ( अनुसूचित जाती , अनुसूचित जमाती आणि नागरिकांचा मागासवर्ग स्त्रियांसह) राखून ठेवावयाच्या जागा निश्चित केल्या आहेत .

४. उपरोक्त क्रमांक ३ पैकी वरील क्रमांक २ (अ) , ( ब) , (क) येथील जागांमध्ये अनुसूचित जाती , अनुसूचित जमाती आणि नागरिकांचा मागासवर्गाच्या स्त्रियांसाठी राखून ठेवावयाच्या जागांची संख्या खालील प्रमाणे राहील.

त्याअर्थी , आता राज्य निवडणूक आयुक्त महाराष्ट्र राज्य , महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियमाचे कलम ५ (३) , ५ -अ व कलम १४ अन्वये उक्त महानगरपालिका क्षेत्र जितक्या प्रभागात विभागण्यात येईल त्या प्रभागांची संख्या व त्यांची व्याप्ती या अधिसूचनेच्या अनुसूचीमध्ये दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे निश्चित करीत असून, ज्या प्रभागांमध्ये अनुसूचित जाती , अनुसूचित जमाती आणि नागरिकांचा मागासवर्ग प्रवर्ग व स्त्रियांसाठी ( अनुसूचित जाती , अनुसूचित जमाती आणि नागरिकांचा मागासवर्ग प्रवर्ग स्त्रियांसह) जागा राखून ठेवण्यात येतील ते प्रभाग निर्दिष्ट करीत आहे.

या अधिसूचनेच्या तारखेच्या निकटच्या पुढील सार्वत्रिक निवडणुकीच्या प्रयोजनार्थ ही अधिसूचना अमलात येईल.

क्रमांक ज.श. मनपा/सार्व. निवडणूक/४१/२०१८ .- The State Election Commissioner , Maharashtra State proposes to make the following Draft Notification under Section 5 ( 3) , 5-A and Section 14 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act ( Bom . LIX of 1949 ) ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Act " ) to fix for the Jalgaon City Municipal Corporation , the number and the extent of the wards into which the said Municipal area shall be divided and to specify the wards reserved for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens and Women ( including Women belonging to the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens ) , as the case may be , as shown in the Schedule to this Draft Order ;

andwhereas the said Draft Order is hereby published as required by the Section 5 (3) of the said Act for information of all the residents within the jurisdiction of the Jalgaon City Municipal Corporation . And whereas , vide order No. Sec./Mun-2018/letter No. 16/ Ka . - 5 , dated 14th February 2018 the State Election Commission , Maharashtra State has conferred its rights to Municipal Commissioner, Jalgaon City Municipal Corporation to publish the Draft in the Maharashtra Government Gazette . Accordingly this Draft Notification isbeing published and the said draft will be taken into consideration by the State Election Commissioner , Maharashtra State or the officer authorised by him for this purpose after 21st April 2018 ;

and whereas , all persons who desire to raise any objections or suggestions to this draft should submit the same to the Municipal Commissioner , Jalgaon City Municipal Corporation , in writing with reasons on or before dated 21st April 2018. Objections or suggestions received thereafter will not be considered .
