भारताचे संविधान.
क्रमांक एसआरव्ही. २०१७/प्र. क्र. १२१/कार्या-१२.—भारतीय संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद ३०९ खालील परंतुकान्वये प्रदान केलेल्या प्राधिकाराचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल याद्वारे ""महाराष्ट्र शासकीय गट अ व गट ब (राजपत्रित व अराजपत्रित) पदांवर सरळसेवेने व पदोन्नतीने नियुक्तीसाठी महसुली विभाग वाटप नियम, २०१५"" मध्ये आणखी सुधारणा करण्यासाठी पुढील नियम करीत आहेत :—
१. या नियमांस "" महाराष्ट्र शासकीय गट ""अ"" व गट ""ब"" (राजपत्रित व अराजपत्रित) पदांवर सरळसेवेने व पदोन्नतीने नियुक्तीसाठी महसुली विभाग वाटप (सुधारणा) नियम, २०१८"" असे म्हणावे.
२. ""महाराष्ट्र शासकीय गट ""अ"" व गट ""ब"" (राजपत्रित व अराजपत्रित) पदांवर सरळसेवेने व पदोन्नतीने नियुक्तीसाठी महसुली विभाग वाटप नियम, २०१५"" मधील नियम १२ मधील,-----
(१) खंड (अ) मध्ये आई किंवा वडील या शब्दानंतर ""किंवा महिला अधिकायांचे सासरे किंवा सासू "" या शब्दाचा समावेश करण्यात यावा.
(२) खंड (क) खालीलप्रमाणे समाविष्ट करण्यात यावा :—
""(क) वाटप झालेला महसुली विभाग आपसात बदली या कारणास्तव बदलून देणे.— आपसात बदली (Mutual Change) याकारणास्तव वाटप झालेला महसुली विभाग बदलून देण्याची विनंती सरळसेवेने किंवा पदोन्नतीने नियुक्त झालेल्या अधिकायांकडून प्राप्त झाल्यास, महसुली विभाग सरळसेवा किंवा पदोन्नतीने नियुक्ती झालेल्या अधिकायांमध्ये आपसात बदली करता येईल ;
महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, एप्रिल १२, २०१८/चैत्र २२, शके १९४० २परंतु, अशाप्रकारे आपसात महसुली विभाग बदल करताना पुणे व कोकण विभागाचा भाग असलेला कोकण-२ महसुली विभागातून नागपूर किंवा अमरावती किंवा औरंगाबाद किंवा कोकण विभागाचा भाग असलेला कोकण-१ किंवा नाशिक महसुली विभागात बदलून जाणाया अधिकायांनी प्रथम अशा बदलून दिलेल्या महसुली विभागात रुजू होणे आवश्यक आहे .""

NOTIFICATION
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No.SRV. 2017/CR121/Desk12.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules further to amend the "Revenue Division Allotment for appointment by nomination and promotion to the posts of Group "A" and Group "B" (Gazetted and Non-Gazetted) of the Government of Maharashtra Rules, 2015," namely:-
1. These rules may be called the "Revenue Division Allotment for appointment by nomination and promotion to the posts of Group "A" and Group "B" (Gazetted and Non-Gazetted) of the Government of Maharashtra (Amendment) Rules, 2018."
2. In rule 12 of the" Revenue Division Allotment for appointment by nomination and promotion to the posts of Group "A" and Group "B" (Gazetted and Non-Gazetted) of the Government of Maharashtra Rules, 2015";
(i) in clause (a), after the words, " father or mother "the words " or Father -in- law or Mother- in- law of woman officer "shall be inserted;
(ii) for clause (c), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :—
" (c) Change in allotted Revenue Divisions on the mutual basis.— If request for change in the already allotted Revenue Division on the mutual basis is received from an officer appointed either by nomination or promotion, then such Revenue Division may be changed with another officer appointed either by nomination or promotion:
Provided that, while allowing such change in the Revenue Division on mutual basis, the officer whose Revenue Division is changed from Konkan-II Part of Konkan Revenue Division or Pune Revenue Division to either Nagpur or Amravati or Aurangabad or Konkan-I Part of Konkan or Nashik Revenue Division, shall be required to join first in the Revenue Division allotted to him."
