ज्याअर्थी, शासनाची अधिसूचना क्र. १८४९-११९१-प्र. क्र. ८०-९८-९९-नवि-१३, दिनांक २३-०७-१९९९ अन्वये नागपूर महानगर क्षेत्र म्हणून घोषित करण्यात आले आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त महानगर क्षेत्राकरीता शासनाची अधिसूचना क्र. टिपीएस-२४०९-२८९०-प्र.क्र. ३५६-०९-नवि-९, दिनांक ३१-०८-२०१० अन्वये नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यासची विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण म्हणून नियुक्ती केली आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासनाचे नगर विकास विभागाची अधिसूचना क्र. नामपा-२०१२-प्र.क्र. १-नवि-२६, दिनांक १४ मे २०१३ अन्वये उक्त अधिसूचित महानगर क्षेत्रातील मौजे हुडकेश्वर (बु.) व मौजे नरसाळा ही महसुली गावे उक्त महानगर क्षेत्रातून वगळून नागपूर महानगरपालिका हद्दीमध्ये समाविष्ट करण्यात आली आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासनाचे नगर विकास विभागाची अधिसूचना क्र. टिपीएस-१४१३-४०५-प्र.क्र. २१३-नवि-९, दिनांक १४-१०-२०१३ अन्वये उक्त मौजे हुडकेश्वर (बु.) व नरसाळा या क्षेत्राकरीता नागपूर महानगरपालिकेस नियोजन प्राधिकरण म्हणून घोषित केलेले आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, नागपूर महानगरपालिकेने उक्त क्षेत्राची प्रारुप विकास योजना महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ (यापुढे " उक्त अधिनियम " असे संबोधले आहे.) चे कलम २६ अन्वये दिनांक २८-११-२०१६ रोजी महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध केलेली असून, त्यावर जनतेकडून विहीत ६० दिवसाचे कालावधीत सूचना-हरकती मागविल्या आहेत;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २८ (२) अन्वये नियुक्त नियोजन समितीने प्राप्त आक्षेप-सूचना वरील सुनावणी बाबतचा अहवाल उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २८ (३) अन्वये नियोजन प्राधिकरणास दिनांक ९-१-२०१८ रोजी सादर केलेली आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने (महानगरपालिका नागपूर) सर्वसाधारण ठराव क्र. १८५, दिनांक २०-२-२०१८ अन्वये नियोजन समितीने अहवालास उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २८ (४) अन्वये मंजुरी दिलेली असून, मा. आयुक्त, महानगरपालिका, नागपूर यांना उक्त प्रारुप विकास योजना उक्त अधिनियमाचे ३० (१) अन्वये शासनास सादर करण्याबाबतचे अधिकार प्रदान केलेले आहे;

(१)२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक-अ नागपूर विभागीय पुरवणी, एप्रिल १२, २०१८/चैत्र २२, शके १९४० आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २८ (४) अन्वये नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने उक्त प्रारुप विकास योजनेत सुचविलेले बदल, उक्त प्रारुप विकास योजना शासनास सादर करण्यापुर्वी जनतेच्या अवलोकनार्थ प्रसिद्ध करणे आवश्यक आहे;
त्याअर्थी, आता मौजे, हुडकेश्वर (बु.) व नरसाळा क्षेत्राची प्रारुप विकास योजना उक्त बदलासह शासनास सादर करणेस्तव तयार करण्यात आलेली असुन, सदर प्रारुप विकास योजनेत नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने सुचविलेले बदल दर्शविलेले असून, सदर प्रारुप विकास योजना जनतेच्या अवलोकनार्थ याद्वारे प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहे;
उक्त प्रारुप विकास योजनेचे नकाशे व अहवाल अवलोकनार्थ सहाय्यक संचालक, नगर रचना विभाग, श्री. छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज प्रशासकीय इमारत, बी व सी विंग ३ रा माळा, महानगरपालिका, सिव्हील लाईन्स नागपूर व सहाय्यक संचालक, नगर रचना, शाखा कार्यालय, प्रशासकीय ईमारत क्र. १, दुसळा माळा, सिव्हील लाईन्स, नागपूर येथे कार्यालयीन वेळेत उपलब्ध असतील.

BY ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF TOWN PLANNING AND TOWN PLANNING OFFICER Publication of List of Modifications in Draft Development Plan of Hudkeshwar (Bu.) and Narsala, u/s 28 (4) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 No. D.P. Hudkeshwar-Narsala-sect 28 (4)-ADTP-753-2018.—
Whereas Government of Maharashtra vide Notification No. 1849-1191-CR-80-98-99-UD-13, dated 23-07-1999 Constituted Nagpur Metropolitan Area;
And whereas, Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-2409-2890-PR-356-09-UD-9, dated 31-08-2010 appointed NIT Nagpur as special Planning Authority for said area;
And whereas, Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department vide Notification No. NMC-2012-CR-1-UD-26, dated 14 May 2013 included the area of Revenue villages of Mouze-Narsala and Mouze Hudkeshwar (Bu.) in Nagpur Municipal Corporation;
And whereas, Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-2413-405-CR-213-UD-9, dated. 14 October 2013, declares the Nagpur Municipal Corporation being a local Authority shall be the Planning Authority for above said villages;
And whereas, Nagpur Municipal Corporation has published Draft Development Plan for the said Area under Section, 26 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (herein after it is referred to as the said act) on dated 28-11-2016 in Government Gazette and invited Objections-Suggestions from the general public within the period of 60 days;
And whereas, the Planning Committee Constituted under Section 28 (2) of the said Act has given hearing on the objections and suggestions so received and submitted its report to the Planning Authority on dated 9-1-2018;
And whereas, the Planning Authority, i. e. Nagpur Municipal Corporation vide Resolution No. 185 dated 20-2-2018 has approved the report under Section 28 (4) submitted by Planning Committee under Section 28 (3) of the said Act, and has given rights to the Commissioner, Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur for submission of Draft Development Plan to the Government for sanction under Section 30 (1) of the said Act.;

Now, therefore, this notice is hereby published to inform that said draft Development Plan of Mouze Hudkeshwar (Bu.) and Narsala is ready for submission to the state Government for Sanction. The list of Modifications is published for inspection to the public in the office of Assistant Director of Town Planning, Shri Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Administrative Building, B and C Wing, 3rd Floor, Nagpur Municipal Corpo- ration, 3rd Floor, Civil Lines, Nagpur and Assistant Director of Town Planning, Branch Office, Administrative Building No. 1, Second Floor, Civil Lines, Nagpur, during office hours on all working days.
