याचिकेची सूचना

सूचना घ्यावी की, श्री. आर. के. नायर ह्यंच्याद्वारे दिनांक २३ जुलै २०१५ रोजीस समापनाकरिता कंपनी अधिनियम, १९५६ च्या कलम ४३३, ४३४, ४३९ अन्वये याचिका सादर करण्यात आली आणि ११ जुलै २०१७ रोजी दाखल करण्यात आली आणि सदर याचिका सन्मा. मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयासमोर सुनावणीकरिता १२ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ रोजी निश्चित करण्यात आले आहे. सदर याचिकेला सुनावणीच्या वेळी तुम्ही त्याच्या बाजूने वा परोक्ष जाण्यास इच्छुक असल्यास, त्याची सूचना मला लिखित स्वरूपात सुनावणीकरिता निश्चित करण्यात आलेल्या तारखेपूर्वी १० दिवसात पोहोचणे आवश्यक आहे आणि व्यक्ितशः वा तुमच्या वकिलामार्फत सुनावणीकरिता हजर राहावे. याचिकेच्या परोक्ष जाण्याची तुमची इच्छा असल्यास, त्याची कारणे आणि प्रतिज्ञापत्राची प्रत सूचनेसह सुपूर्द करावे. याचिकेची प्रत तुम्हाला आवश्यक असल्यास सदर विहित केलेल्या शुल्काच्या देयावर सुपूर्द केली जाईल.
