No. SPP-4017-2345-C.R.329-D-XIV.— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (8) of the Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Proce- dure, 1973 (Act No.II of 1974), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Adv. Yogesh B. Mandpe as " Special Public Prosecutor " for conducting the Session Case No. 64/2017 pending before Session Court, Wardha which is arising out of C.R. No. 208/2017 registered with Selu Police Station, Dist. Wardha.

2. Adv. Yogesh B. Mandpe will not claim any remuneration or fees from the Government or applicant in above mentioned case.

3. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reason.

Whereas, it has been decided to delineate the Area of Operation of Water User Association (WUAs) on hydraulic basis and as per administra- tive convenience under Sections 5, 6, 7 and Rule 3 of the MMISF ACT, 2005.

Therefore, I, H. B. Mendhe, Executive Engineer, Gosikhurd Lift Irrigation Division, Ambadi (Bhandara), hereby, delineate Area of operation of following WUAs and direct that the certified copy of the updated map and list of land holders and/or occupiers of said WUAs shall be displayed on the notice board of the offices of concerned Gram Panchayat, Tahsil Offices, Irrigation Section, Sub Division and Division & at other Prominent public places.

ज्याअर्थी, एम.एम.आय.एस.एफ. कायदा, २००५ चे कलम ५, ६, ७ आणि नियम ३ नुसार पाणी वापर संस्थेचे जलशास्त्रिय तत्वावर आणि प्रशासकीय सोय लक्षात घेऊन लाभक्षेत्राचा आराखडा निश्चित करण्याचे ठरविण्यात आले आहे.

त्याअर्थी, मी. ह. ब. मेंढे, कार्यकारी अभियंता, गोसीख्ुर्द उपसा सिंचन विभाग, आंबाडी (भंडारा) याद्वारे खालील पाणी वापर संस्थांचे कार्यक्षेत्र घोषित करतो आणि संबंधित पाणी वापर संस्थांचा अद्ययावत नकाशा आणि जमीन धारकांची किंवा ताबाधारकांची यादी संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत, तहसिल कार्यालय, सिंचन शाखा, उपविभागीय आणि विभागीय कार्यालय तसेच इतर प्रमुख सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी प्रर्दशित करण्यास सूचित करीत आहे;

त्याअर्थी, आता, मी, ह. ब. मेंढे, कार्यकारी अभियंता, गोसीख्ुर्द उपसा सिंचन विभाग, आंबाडी (भंडारा) याद्वारे असेही जाहीर करतो की, अशा वेगवेगळ्या जमीन धारकांना/ताबाधारकांना योग्य प्राधिकरणाद्वारे पाणीपुरवठा केला जाणार नाही. आणि सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक यांकडून व्यवस्थापन या अंतर्गत पाणी वापर संस्थाद्वारे पाणीपुरवठा करण्याची पद्धत ही सर्व जमीनधारक व लाभधारक यांचे जमिनीला बंधनकारक राहील.

या अधिसूचनेमुळे व्यथित झालेल्या कोणत्याही व्यक्तीस ही अधिसूचना राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून तीस (३०) दिवसांचे आत राज्य शासनानी अधिसूचित केलेल्या मा. अधीक्षक अभियंता, गोसीख्ुर्द उपसा सिंचन मंडळ, आंबाडी (भंडारा) यांचेकडे अपील करता येईल.

Whereas, it has been decided to delineate the area of Operation of Water User Association (WUA's) on hydraulic basis and as per administrative convenience under Sections 5, 6, 7 and Rule 3 of the MMISF ACT, 2005.

Therefore, I, H. B. Mendhe, Executive Engineer, Gosikhurd Lift Irrigation Division, Ambadi (Bhandara), hereby, delineate Areas of operation of following WUA's and direct that the certified copy of the updated map and list of land holders and/or occupiers of said WUAs shall be displayed on the notice board of the offices of concerned Gram Panchayat,Tahsil Office, Irrigation Section, Sub-Division and Division and at other prominent public places.

Now, therefore, I, H. B. Mendhe, Executive Engineer, Gosikhurd Lift Irrigation Division, Ambadi (Bhandara), also hereby declare that no water shall be supplied by the Appropriate Authority to an individual holder or occupier of such land and that system of supply of water through Water User's Association shall be binding on all the holders and occupiers of the land under Management of Irrigation System by Farmers.

Any person affected by this notification or part thereof may, within thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, file an appeal before Superintending Engineer, Gosikhurd Lift Irrigation Circle, Ambadi (Bhandara).

त्याअर्थी, आता, मी, रविंद्र रामदास बानुबाकडे, कार्यकारी अभियंता, लघुसिंचन (जलसंधारण) विभाग, नागपूर असेही जाहिर करतो की, यापुढे समुचित प्राधिकरणातर्फे कोणीही वैयक्तिक जमीन धारकाला किंवा कब्जेदार यांचे जमीनीस पाणी पुरविले जाणार नाही आणि सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक यांकडून व्यवस्थापन याखाली येणा या जमिनीच्या सर्वधारकांवर व भोगवटधारकांवर पाणी वापर संस्थेमार्फत पाणी पुरवठा करून देणे बंधनकारक असेल.

Whereas, it has been decided to delineate the Area of

Operation of Water User's Association (WUA's) on

hydraulic basis and as per administrative convenience

under Sections 5, 6, 7 and Rule 3 of MMISF Act, 2005,

I, Ravindra Ramdas Banubakde, Executive

Engineer, Small Scale Irrigation (Water Conservation)

Division, Nagpur hereby, delineate Areas of operation of

following WUA's and direct that the certified copy of the

updated map and list of land holders and/or occupiers of

said WUA's shall be displayed on the notice board of the

offices of concerned Gram Panchayat, Tahsil Office, Sub-

Division and Division of other prominent public places.

Now, Therefore, I, Ravindra Ramdas Banubakde,

Executive Engineer, Small Scale Irrigation (Water

Conservation) Division, Nagpur also hereby declare

that no water shall be supplied by the Appropriate

Authority to an individual holder or occupier of such land

and the system of supply of water through Water User's

Association shall be binding on all the holders and

occupiers of the land under Management of Irrigation

System by Farmers.

Any person affected by the notification of part there of,

may within 30 days from the date of publication of the

notification in the Official Gazette, file an appeal before

Superintending Engineer, Small Scale Irrigation (Water

Conservation) circle Nagpur.

ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पध्दतीचे शेतक यांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५ चे कलम ५, ६, ७ व नियम ३ नुसार असा निर्णय झाला आहे की, पाणी वापर संस्थांचे जलशास्त्रीय व प्रशासकीय सोईने कार्यक्षेत्र निश्चित करण्यासाठी मी, रविंद्र रामदास बानुबाकडे, कार्यकारी अभियंता, लघुसिंचन (जलसंधारण) विभाग, नागपूर खालीलप्रमाणे पाणी वापर संस्थांचे अद्यावत नकाशाच्या प्रमाणित प्रती जमीनधारक आणि/ किंवा कब्जेदार यांच्या नावाच्या याद्या ग्रामपंचायत कार्यालय, तहसील कार्यालय, उपविभागीय व विभागीय कार्यालय आणि इतर महत्वाच्या सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी सूचना फलकावर माहितीसाठी प्रसिद्ध करित आहे.

त्याअर्थी, आता, मी, रविंद्र रामदास बानुबाकडे, कार्यकारी अभियंता, लघुसिंचन (जलसंधारण) विभाग, नागपूर असेही जाहिर करतो की, यापुढे समुचित प्राधिकरणातर्फे कोणीही वैयक्तिक जमीनधारकाला किंवा कब्जेदार यांचे जमीनीस पाणी पुरविले जाणार नाही आणि सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक यांकडून व्यवस्थापन याखाली येणा या जमिनीच्या सर्वधारकांवर व भोगवटाधारकांवर पाणी वापर संस्थेमार्फत पाणी पुरवठा करून देणे बंधनकारक असेल.

ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पध्दतीचे शेतक यांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५ चे कलम ५, ६, ७ व नियम क्र. ३ नुसार असा निर्णय झाला आहे की, पाणी वापर संस्थांचे जलशास्त्रीय व प्रशासकीय सोईने कार्यक्षेत्र निश्चित करण्यासाठी मी, रविंद्र रामदास बानुबाकडे, कार्यकारी अभियंता, लघुसिंचन (जलसंधारण) विभाग, नागपूर खालीलप्रमाणे पाणी वापर संस्थांचे अद्यावत नकाशाच्या प्रमाणित प्रती जमीनधारक/कब्जेदार यांच्या नावाच्या याद्या ग्रामपंचायत कार्यालय, तहसील कार्यालय, उपविभागीय व विभागीय कार्यालय आणि इतर महत्वाच्या सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी सूचना फलकावर माहितीसाठी प्रसिद्ध करित आहे.

त्याअर्थी, आता, मी, रविंद्र रामदास बानुबाकडे, कार्यकारी अभियंता, लघुसिंचन (जलसंधारण) विभाग, नागपूर असेही जाहीर करतो की, यापुढे समुचित प्राधिकरणातर्फे कोणीही वैयक्तिक जमीनधारकाला किंवा कब्जेदार यांचे जमिनीस पाणी पुरविले जाणार नाही आणि सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक यांकडून व्यवस्थापन याखाली येणा या जमिनीच्या सर्वधारकांवर व भोगवटधारकांवर पाणी वापर संस्थेमार्फत पाणी पुरवठा करून देणे बंधनकारक असेल.

त्याअर्थी, आता, मी, रविंद्र रामदास बानुबाकडे, कार्यकारी अभियंता,

लघु सिंचन (जलसंधारण) विभाग, नागपूर असेही जाहीर करतो की, यापुढे समुचित प्राधिकरणातर्फे कोणीही वैयक्तिक जमीन धारकाला किंवा कब्जेदार यांचे जमिनीस पाणी पुरविले जाणार नाही आणि सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक यांकडून व्यवस्थापन याखाली येणा या जमिनीच्या सर्वधारकांवर व भोगवटधारकांवर पाणी वापर संस्थेमार्फत पाणीपुरवठा करून देणे बंधनकारक असेल.

Whereas, it has been decided to delineate the Area of Operation of Water User Association (WUA's) on hydraulic basis and as per administrative convenience under Sections 5, 6, 7 and Rule 3 of the MMISF Act, 2005, I, Ravindra Ramdas Banubakde, Executive Engineer, Small Scale Irrigation (Water Conservation) Division, Nagpur hereby, delineate Areas of operation of following WUA's and direct that the certified copy of the updated map and list of land holders and/or occupiers of said WUA's shall be displayed on the notice board of the offices of concerned Gram Panchayat, Tahsil Office, Sub- Division and Division of other prominent public places.

Any person affected by this notification or part there of, may within 30 days from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette, file an appeal before Superintending Engineer, Small Scale Irrigation (Water Conservation) Circle, Nagpur.

Whereas, it has been decided to delineate the area of Operation of Water Users Association (WUAs) on hydraulic basis and as per administrative convenience under Sections 5, 6, 7 and Rule 3 of MMISF Act, 2005.

I , R. R. Sonone, Executive Engineer, Chandrapur Irrigation Division, Chandrapur hereby delineate Areas of Operation of following WUAs and direct that the certified copy of the updated map and list of land holders and/or occupiers of said WUAs shall be displayed on the notice board of the offices of concerned Gram Panchayat, Tahsil Office, Irrigation Section, Sub-Division and at other prominent public places ;

Therefore, I, R. R. Sonone, Executive Engineer, Chandrapur Irrigation Division, Chandrapur also here by, declare that no water shall be supplied by the Appropriate Authority to an individual holder or occupiers

Any Person affected by this notification or part thereof, may within 30 days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, file an appeal before Superintending Engineer, Chandrapur Irrigation Project Circle, Chandrapur.
