क्रमांक १/ड-९/२०१८.----महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा नियमातील पुढील सुधारणा उक्त नियमातील नियम २२५ च्या पोट-नियम (३) ला अनुसरून, याद्वारे प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहेत :------

नियम २४३, २४४
" (र) महिला व बालकांचे हक्क आणि कल्याण समिती "
नियम २४२ यानंतर (र) मधील " महिलांचे हक्क व कल्याण समिती " या मजकुराऐवजी " महिला व बालकांचे हक्क आणि कल्याण समिती " हा मजकूर दाखल करण्यात यावा.
नियम २४३ च्या समास टिपेमध्ये व नियम २४३(१) च्या ओळ क्रमांक ३ वरील " महिलांचे हक्क व कल्याण समितीची रचना " या मजकुराऐवजी " महिला व बालकांचे हक्क आणि कल्याण समितीची रचना " हा मजकूर दाखल करण्यात यावा.
नियम २४४ मध्ये " महिलांचे हक्क व कल्याण समितीची कामे " या मजकुराऐवजी " महिला व बालकांचे हक्क आणि कल्याण समितीची कामे " व पोट-नियम (५) ऐवजी पुढील नियम नव्याने दाखल करण्यात येईल :---
(५) बालकांचे आरोग्य, शिक्षण, संरक्षण व मुलभूत हक्क इत्यादींकरिता केंद्र शासनाचा बाल न्याय अधिनियम, २०१५ तसेच केंद्र शासनाचा बालकांचे लैंगिक शोषणपासून प्रतिबंध कायदा (POCSO Act), २०१२ व तद्नुषंगिक विहित नियमांनुसार राज्य शासनाच्या कक्षेत येणाया बाबी संबंधात राज्य शासनाने केलेल्या उपाययोजना व अंमलबजावणी संदर्भात दोन्ही सभागृहांना माहिती देणे.

भाग चार--क--२७----१महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-क, एप्रिल २७, २०१८/वैशाख ७, शके १९४० २ (६) बालकांच्या विकासासाठी शासकीय पातळीवर अंगिकृत केलेल्या बाल न्याय अधिनियम, २०१५ च्या अनुषंगाने बाल धोरणाची अंमलबजावणी संदर्भात शासनस्तरावर केलेल्या कार्यवाहीची माहिती दोन्ही सभागृहांना देणे.
(७) राज्य शासनाच्या विविध विभागांमार्फत राबविण्यात येणाया बालकांच्या कल्याणार्थ योजनांची तपासणी करून तत्संदर्भात शासनास सुयोग्य उपाययोजना सुचविणे.
(८) सभागृहाने किंवा अध्यक्षांनी/सभापतींनी समितीकडे विनिर्देशपूर्वक र्िनदिष्ट केलेल्या बाबींचे परीक्षण करणे.

NOTIFICATION
No. 1/D-9/2018.—In pursuance of the sub-rule (3) of rule 225 of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Rules, the following amendments to the said rules, are hereby published :—
AMENDMENTS TO THE MAHARASHTRA LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY RULES
PART XV "COMMITTEES"
Rules 243, 244
" (r) Committee on Rights and Welfare of Women and Child "
After Rule 242, in (r) for the words " Committee on Rights and Welfare of Women " the words " Committee on Rights and Welfare of Women and Child " be substituted.
In the marginal note of Rule 243 for the words " Constitution of Committee on Rights and Welfare of Women " the words " Constitution of Committee on Rights and Welfare of Women and Child " be substituted.
In sub-rule (1) of Rule 243, for the words "Committee on Rights and Welfare of Women" the words "Committee on Rights and Welfare of Women and Child" be substituted.
In the Rule 244, for the words " Functions of Committee on Rights and Welfare of Women " the words " Functions of Committee on Rights and Welfare of Women and Child " be substituted and sub-rule (v) shall be substituted by the following new rules :-- (v) to inform both the House regarding measures adopted and implementation made by the Government in respect of matters falling within the purview of the State Government that are governed by Acts of Central Government namely Juvenile Justice (Protection and Care of Children) Act, 2015 which provides for health, education, protection and fundamental rights etc. of children as well as Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 Central Government and similarly prescribed rules incidental thereto;
(vi) to inform both the Houses in respect of action taken on the Government level regarding implementation of the child policy as per Juvenile Justice (Protection and Care of Child) Act, 2015 adopted by the Government for the development of the children;
(vii) to examine various welfare schemes for children implemented by various Departments of the State Government and to make recommendations thereon;
(viii) to examine such of the matters as are specifically referred to the committee by the House or the Speaker/Chairman.
