In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971) the Central Government has approved the appointment of S/Shri N.V. Sapkal, B. Dinkar and A.W. Kardhekar, all Superintending Engineers, Mumbai Port Trust as Estate Officer for the purpose of the said Act by Notification No.A-12011/1/2015-PE-II dated 27th March 2018 and the approval notified in the Gazette under GSR No.288 (E), dated 27th March 2018.

2. The said Notification having been published in the Gazette of India on 27th March 2018 have come into force from that day and is republished for information.
