(2) The Hon'ble judges shall then sit singly taking up Single Judge's assigments as mentioned above.

Read.—(1) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/Steno/2014/75, dated 17th September 2014 in respect of appointment of Smt. Waishali Sushil Waghmare, as Personal Assistant, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on probation for a period of two years.

(2) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/Prob. Gr. A/ 3090/2017, dated 28th July 2017, in respect of extending the probation period of Smt. Waishali Sushil Waghmare, Personal Assistant, for a period of one year from 18th September 2016 to 17th September 2017 due to unsatisfactory leave record.

No. PL(APP)/Prob. Gr.A/1833/2018.—Smt. Waishali Sushil Waghmare is appointed as Personal Assistant on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on proba- tion for a period of two years or until an order declaring her to have satisfactorily completed the probation period, is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later. She has joined as Personal Assistant on 18th September 2014. On considering her unsatisfactory leave record her probation period was extended for a period of one year i.e. till 17th September 2017. Now, she has completed her probation period satisfactorily and she is continued on an officiating basis as Personal Assistant w.e.f. 18th September 2017.

Read.—(1) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/Steno/2014/106, dated 19th September 2014 in respect of appointment of Miss Sharayu Pandurang Khot, as Personal Assistant, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on probation for a period of two years.

(2) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/Prob. Gr. A/ 3089/2017, dated 28th July 2017, in respect of extending the probation period of Miss Sharayu Pandurang Khot, Personal Assistant, for a period of one year from 1st October 2016 to 30th September 2017 due to unsatisfactory performance and leave and late record.

Gr.A/1834/2018.—Miss Sharayu Pandurang Khot is appointed as Personal Assistant on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on probation for a period of two years or until an order declaring her to have satisfactorily completed the probation period, is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later. NOTIFICATION

No. PL(APP)/Prob./Gr-A/NAG/2018/1979.—Shri Ashok Madhukarrao Zoting, Senior Trans- lator and Interpreter, working on the establishment of the Bombay High Court Bench at Nagpur is hereby promoted and appointed on the post of ' Deputy Chief Translator and Interpreter ', on the establishment of the Bombay High Court Bench at Nagpur, w.e.f. from the date he assumes charge of the said post in Pay Band of Rs. 15,600-39,100 and Grade Pay of Rs. 6600, subject to the result of litigation/representation, whether pending, if any or that may be filed in which any appointment/seniority etc. in respect of the post of ' Deputy Chief Translator and Interpreter ', would be challenged.

No. Exam. 1101/2018.—In partial modification of High Court Notification No. Exam. 1101/2018, dated 16th March 2018 the Lower and Higher Standard Departmental Examinations of the staff of the Subordinate Courts for the year 2018, will be held on Saturday, the 13th October, 2018 and Sunday, the 14th October 2018 from 11-00 a.m. to 2-00 p.m. and from 3-00 p.m. to 6-00 p.m. instead of 14th and 15th July, 2018.

The concerned Principal District Judge/Administrative Head shall inform the intending candidates of the dates, time and place of the examination.
