महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६.

क्रमांक जमीन-२०१८/प्र.क्र.२४६/ज-४अ.----ज्याअर्थी, भारत सरकारने मुंबई-अहमदाबाद अतिजलद रेल्वे प्रकल्प सुरु केला आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, रेल्वे मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार यांचे अंतर्गत सदर मुंबई-अहमदाबाद रेल्वे प्रकल्पाची अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र सरकार व गुजरात सरकार यांच्या सहकायाने नॅश्नल हायस्पीड रेल कॉर्पोरेशन ही शासकीय कंपनी गठीत केली आहे;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, मुंबई-अहमदाबाद अतिजलद रेल्वे मुंबई उपनगर, ठाणे व पालघर जिल्ह्यतून जात आहे;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, नॅश्नल हायस्पीड रेल कोर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड यांनी आपल्या पत्र क्र. NHSLRCL/MA/MMOV/GOM-CORRSP/78.1/ 1167 दिनांक २८ मार्च २०१८ या पत्राद्वारे महाराष्ट्र शासनास विनंती केली आहे की महाराष्ट्र शासनाने अधिकृत राजपत्रामध्ये अधिसूचित करावी की मुंबई-अहमदाबाद जलद गती रेल्वे प्रकल्प हा अत्यंत महत्वाचा प्रकल्प आहे.

त्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६ (महाराष्ट्र XLI १९६६) (राज्यपाल यांचे आदेश क्र.RB/DB/e-१३०१६(१०)(२०१७)/ ८९०/२०१७ दिनांक १४ नोव्हेंबर २०१७ अन्वये महाराष्ट्र शासनाने कलम ३६ (अ) करिता मुंबई-अहमदाबाद रेल्वे प्रकल्प हा अत्यंत महवाचा प्रकल्प म्हणून अधिसूचित करीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA LAND REVENUE CODE, 1966.

No. Zamin-2018/C.R-246/J4A.—Whereas, the Government of India has undertaken the Mumbai- Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project ;

And whereas, the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited, a Government Company set up under the Ministry of Railway with partnership from the Government of Maharashtra and the Government of Gujarat to implement the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project ;

And whereas, the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project is passing through Mumbai Suburban, Thane and Palghar Districts of the State of Maharashtra ;

And whereas, the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited, has, vide its letter No. NHSRCL/ MA/MM01/GOM-CORRSP./78.1/1167, dated the 28th March 2018, requested the Government of Maharashtra to declare the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project as the Vital Government Project, by notification in the Official Gazette ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Explanation to third proviso to sub-section (1) of section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966) (as inserted by the Governor's Order, No. RB/DB/e-13016(10) (2017)/890/ 2017, dated the 14th November 2017, issued by the Office of the Governor of Maharashtra, under sub-paragraph (1) of Paragraph 5 of the FIFTH SCHEDULE to the Constitution of India), the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares the Mumbai- Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project as a Vital Government Project for the purposes of section 36A.
