The Devlopment Plan of Amravati (R) has been sanctioned by the Government in Urban Development by Notification No. TPS-2892-1180-CR-90-92 (B)-UD-13, dated 4th December, 1992 and it has come into force with effect from 25th February, 1993. Amravati Municipal Corporation through its General Body Resolution intends to make the following modification U/s 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 to the sanctioned Develop- ment Plan of Amravati (Revised).

Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 for changing the Site No. 3
for Rural Hospital.

The Devlopment Plan of Patur has been sanctioned by the Government under Government Resolution Urban Development and Public Health Department No. TPS 2576-1125-UD-5, Dated 25th June 1976 and has come into force w.e.f. 1st August 1976 and as According to this Development Plan in the reserve Site No. 03 (Play Ground).
The Municipal Council Patur have decided to minor Modification to reserve admeasuring General Body resolution No. 2, Dated 24 November 2017 under Section Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, Rule 37, Sr. No. 19/1 and 16/1 0.71 + 0.28 Total 0.99 R. proposed Minor Modification.
The Plan Showing the aforesaid proposed Minor Modification Signed & Dated by the President, Municipal Council, Patur is kept open in the Office of the Municipal Council, Patur on all working days during the office hours for inspection by the public.
Any perosn who has any ojbection or suggestion in respect of the said proposed Minor Modification to the said Development Plan of Patur should communication the same in writing to the President, Municipal Council, Patur within one month from the date of Publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette.
