क्रमांक डीजीपी. २४१५/प्र.क्र.३७५/का.१४.---- दिवाणी प्रक्रिया संहिता, १९०८ च्या ऑर्डर २७, फौजदारी प्रक्रिया संहिता, १९७३ चे कलम २४ (३) व महाराष्ट्र विधि अधिकारी (नियुक्ती, सेवेच्या शर्ती आणि मानधन) नियम, १९८४ च्या नियम १३ मधील तरतुदीनुसार कोल्हापूर जिल्हा व सत्र न्यायालयाकरिता खालील अधिवक्त्यांची सहायक सरकारी वकील व अतिरिक्त शासकीय अभियोक्ता या पदावर शासन अधिसूचना समक्रमांक दिनांक ८ जुलै २०१६ अन्वये ९ जुलै २०१६ पासून पुढील २ वर्षे कालावधीसाठी नियुक्ती करण्यात आली होती.

NOTIFICATION

No. SPP-4018/3154/C.R.83/D-XIV.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of the section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. II of 1974), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Adv. Prabhakar S. Talwekar as "Special Public Prosecutor" for conducting the Session Case No. 125/2017, pending before Sessions Court, Hinghanghat, Dist. Wardha which is arising out of C.R. No. 17/2017 registered with Hinghanghat Police Station, Wardha.

2. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

3. Lump sum fees of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) as quoted by Adv. Prabhakar S. Talwekar has been already deposited by the applicant Shri Waman Narayanrao Raghatate to the Government, vide R.B.I. Challan No. 9680, dated 9th July 2018. The amount will be paid to Adv. Prabhakar S. Talwekar after completion of the case.

4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reasons.

Rakesh Tiwari, (2) Adv. Mangesh Aarote, (3) Adv. Shri. Vinod More, (4) Adv. Pankaj Chavan, Additional Government Prosecutor, as Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the cases under M.P.I.D. Act before Sessions Court, Mumbai with effect from date of notification until further orders.

2. Their appointments as Special Public Prosecutor will be co-termining with their appointment as Additional Public Prosecutor.
